    Look at how tiny the room is, you wouldn’t be able to open your luggage at all. I was travelling alone, but book a room for 2 pax. It is completely unbelievable. It wasn’t what I paid for at all. Check-in was at Skypark Central. I kept shuttling between two hotels with my luggages as my first room was dirty and had no power plugs. I was told that I could not disconnect the plugs as it would cause the entire floor to not have WiFi and TV network, and if I needed to charge my items, please go to the lounge instead. Staff was so rude and shouted at me in public. When we could not reach a resolution, and everyone was staring at him (not me, as I was polite throughout), he threw my credit card on the floor. My credit card ended up with a crack. I had requested for his name through face to face and via email, to file a complaint with the police but no one responded to me. I ended up leaving and booked another different hotel (Nine Tree) on the same day which was so much better. It didn’t cost that much more and had a much better location, actually. All my Korean friends were so shocked by my treatment of Hotel Skypark II.

    Great location in the main shopping and night market area. Two metro stations nearby. Was able to walk within a half hour to some of the palaces and other areas like Insa-dng culture area. Nice, clean rooms. Would definitely stay again.

    Very disappointing and poor service - Part of my room cupboard fell off and 6 staff came and proposed to repair on the spot. We stopped them as it will be very dusty when they start to drill and the cupboard is near the bed! They proposed to move us up another floor but not my elderly mum and aunt's room. This is not an option for us as we initially booked 1 with 2 deluxe twin rooms so both rooms should move up together as we explained we need to take care of the elderly. Seriously it is a safety issue to their guests and they should consider any option including an upgrade as a nice gesture for failing to take safety measures. As a renowed hotel chain, they should have checked the room before allowing us to check in. We do not want to make a fuss as we are on holidays. The trigger point to make us negatively towards the service of the hotel was the booking for shuttle service. Even if it is a miscommunication, the way one of their hotel staff, Seong Woo Lee communicated to us was extremly rude! We are alarmed with the poor customer service attitude. He seriously needs to go for some training to improve his service level. He raised his voice at me and displayed immense unprofesionalism when i was merely making an inquiry to solve the issue. Guests entrust their holidays to stay with your hotel and should not leave feeling disappointed and unwelcomed.

    I do not normally write reviews about my hotel stays. However, my latest experience staying at Hotel Skypark Myeongdong II in Seoul was a total letdown & I have to share & voice my discontent.

    Good customer service. Rooms are small. Japanese toilets. Free lounge with ice, nail varnish, coffee, WiFi. Indoor smoking shelter and coin operated laundry. Heating is centralised and can be stuffy. Poor breakfast

    Really strick check in. After a long flight of 19 hours we only got the room at 3pm. No one help us with the luggage. The room is so so so so small !!! With no window and so no natural light. The only good point is the location. The location is perfect close to the best street for shopping ! Specially skin care.

    What can I say...I stayed in this hotel for two weeks for CoVid19 quarantine. The staff was helpful and attentative. Naturally not an experience I care to repeat, but that is not their fault.

    The hotel is superb, the staff is very helpful and friendly. The free lounge at level b2 is place where you can enjoy your take away food with friends and relatives. I strongly recommend anyone who plan to visit korea to stay here.

    Small hotel located in the heart of MyeongDong, Seoul. Quite smooth service provided. Amenities are so so and room is clean although small. Suitable for tourists who just mean to have a city tour, spend short time in a room and just sleep in.

    The room was very small with basic amenities like fridge and kettle. But it was clean, in good condition, it was cleaned every day while we were out and couldn't hear any other rooms. The location was very central. I'd be happy to stay here again

    Very good hotel with good price ! Good placement ! The staff are good too even if you don't speak Korean, they do the maximum to understand you ( Specially the sir at entrance "luggage", he was extremely nice and try his maximum to be helpful, thanks a lot to him ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐)

    We stayed 2 nights at Skypark Myeongdong ll last month, and we cannot forget the room number :) Firstly, I and my sister love location of this hotel, we can find anything around the hotel, Lotte Mall is just 400m distance. Lean room, nice staff,.. Everything be going well unstill the second night. From ~10pm, we could not sleep because the noise from the door, sound likes someone try to open our door room. It is happened every 20-30minutes ... even though no one at room corridor. 2 - 3 hours later, everything was fine. Anyways, we still love the hotel because of night market, food, restaurant ..and nice trees in front of hotel, leaves turns to red in autumn.

    I requested for a refund 1 month before check-in date. Still have not received the refund after more than a month canceling the booking. When I inquired on the refund, only response I am getting from the hotel is to check with my credit card company. My credit card company confirmed they have not received the refund. The hotel refused to assist to check on my refund. Please be careful booking directly with the hotel. My booking is over 3m won. Looks like I am going to lose the money they took from my card.
