Nice hotel. Good breakfast traditionsl south korean with roles and bread/toast friendly staff, great location. Right next to metro, handy for baseball, central park, and Incheon and Seoul etc etc.

The rooms are really small but it's cheap at the same end. Clean , helpful staff and all basic amenities are it's traits.

This is a budget orientated 2 star hotel, in a good location - right next to a train/subway station, with plenty of shopping nearby. Rooms are fairly small, but clean and functional. Rates usually include breakfast.

Great place to stay in seoul, only 40 mins to main areas by rail line next to station and food places. Beds are comfortable, but the pillows are hard, and wifi is strong and good all the time til night can be not as good. Food is free on 1st floor/2 everyday changes type of korean but always tasty.

Breakfast was cold, and if I wanted a room with a 2-person bed shoved in a corner I would've saved my money and booked a guesthouse or hostel. Very dissapointed as I've been to another location and liked it, but this location sucked. Didn't like my room, the elevators were confusing and glitchy, I won't be returning.

Best in the class on cleanness, services, breakfast, and location !!! I have stayed this hotel for a week for a business and leisure trip. This hotel reminded a well-known budget minded Japanese business hotel chain in Japan. The well appointed hotel room is meticulously clean with proper amenities made me very comfortable right away otherwise felt to be a bit smaller room size to Koreans. It is an identical design maximizing the space utilized in many Japanese hotel chains. Hotel staffs were exceptional to response my needs from late night parking assistance to room change. Oh my god, the free breakfast was better than home cook food. Korean traditional menu combined with simple American menu. The buffet style breakfast in a well arranged and clean dining room is surely so personalized as if your grandma and mother are cooking for you every morning! No to mention about the location within 2 minutes from the major subway station and nearby restaurants and entertainment centers. I was amazed by how much all staff members are working hard and professional. I would recommend hotel management to recognize all staff members on their hard work and special raise of their salary by at least 15%. I strongly recommend this hotel for your hotel stay in your next trip to Korea.

I stayed with my wife at Toyoko Inn, Bupeyong for 12 nights, it’s a very well located hotel , half an hour by metro to Seoul. Breakfast is fantastic and room service is excellent. The rooms are very clean and the shower is brilliant. The staff is very helpful too! I will recommend this hotel to any travellers around the area!!

The rooms are small by North American standards, but large for European or Asian accommodations. The room was clean and comfortable, and although I've stayed in higher end hotels this trip, I had the best sleep here. The blackout curtain blocked light without any gaps, the air conditioning worked well, and the multi-lingual staff even provided an extra pillow upon request. The room has a bathtub. Although it is a variant of the typical sink/shower combination found in most guest houses here, it's nice to be able to soak and clean yourself without getting the floor wet, too. There were other thoughtful touches like inexpensive laundry facilities (1000 krw each to wash, dry and purchase detergent), sleepwear, and even crushed ice for the water in the lobby. When I stayed a second night, fresh towels and bottles of water were lefts by my door without having to request them. It was such a thoughtful detail. Not all hotels and guest houses in this range have elevators, so not having to lug my bags up several flights of stairs was a treat. The elevators were fast and worked well, as long as you picked the one appropriate for your floor. Double check, because chances are only one of the elevators will work for you. The location is convenient. You're right next to the train station and across the street from a vibrant neighborhood with restaurants, cafes and street food. Just exit the hotel, walk left and cross that main road, take a right and cross that road. The shopping mall to the right of the hotel has an amazing food court with dozens of local vendors, just walk over and head down one level. It had a cozy market feel and everything looked so good. If that isn't enough, there's a 7/11 next door. This is not a 5 star hotel, but I was happier with this room than the higher end properties I stayed in. The bed was on the firm side, which may not be to everyone's liking, but my back was happy. There was a little bit of noise from outside, but it wasn't bad. The 10 am checkout is earlier than most places, but you can purchase a later checkout for 11,000 krw/hour. Overall, I was extremely happy with this property and the kind staff. I look forward to another stay when I return to Korea.

Located just in front of a station. Customers with a various of nationality. The hotel provides meal coupons as they can not easily check invalid people. A discounted price is also offered due to a noise from railway.

Worst elevator planning I've ever seen. I waited 20 minutes to get an elevator down on my last day since I had some pretty heavy luggage and I was not able to get a single one as they were always filled with guests. I had to go down 10 floors on foot with 2 large suitcases AFTER waiting 20 minutes in front of the elevators. Everything else was perfect and I was even planning on staying here again, but now I just don't want to come here ever again.

The staff is helpful, one even ordered a cab for me with her phone. The breakfast is simple but delicious, the room is clean and modern, good for a solo trip visitor. There’s 7-11 and GS25 nearby, many eateries around, located right next to Lotte shopping mall.

Front desk staffs are not informing but educating their guests. They are not friendly. Elevators are too small to cover up entire floors. It takes 40mins to reach the first floor in busy times.

Convenient location but the hotel facility is a bit dated and the breakfast is not as good as other locations.

Tiny rooms, no space to sit down and use the toilet. With that being said, it's an authentic Japanese style budget hotel and the Toyoko does a decent job for a value hotel

It is a very clean hotel. People who are working at the restaurant and the reception desk are very kind. Especially, the manager of the hotel is friendly to the guests. I really enjoyed my stay there! I strongly recommend you to go there.

Very nice business hotel. Small rooms, so if not needing extra space, this is a great cost efficient hotel. Staff is always helpful and polite.

budget hotel with great view, super clean, nice breakfast. i stay at many toyoko-inn in korea now. good thing here is great view. my room is 23th floor. perfect view here. bad thing is slow WIFI. only 8Mbps here. the other toyoko-inn hotels are 20-35Mbps. except wifi speed, everything is same of same hotels. budget hotel with great view, super clean, nice breakfast. just few days ago i stayed at Hotel Silla, the one of the most high end hotel. by comparing two hotels, i don't think many differences in fact. Cuz in the other hotel, i paid 10 times of this hotel.

Clean and efficient hotel. Staffs are nice. It is right next subway station which is very convenient and safe but also you can feel and hear every train passing by. Room is a but small side. There is a barely space between bed and desk. Bathroom is also only big enough for one person at a time.
