Had an extremely pleasant stay at Yeouido Park Centre Marriott, Seoul which service is superb. Upon reaching the hotel lobby on the first night approximately midnight, we were greeted with a warm welcome by Jessica. Being hungry and there isn’t food nearby that’s available, Jessica actually offered to help us order delivery and paid for us first until we collected the food. She even confirmed the order and price with us during ordering. There were also instances whereby they helped us solve certain issues such as access to the gym and going the extra mile to help us whenever we have issues. Not to forget the greetings every morning and night when we pass the counter. Over the next couple of days with this particular Marriott, we experienced warm and friendly service staffs including James and Rachel just to name a few. Overall I feel the service here is even better and much more genuine than some of the bigger hotels we’ve been to including Conrad Seoul. I look forward to revisiting this particular outlet again the next time I am in Seoul despite the location. Shoutout to the whole team and thank you for such great service.

Great stay at Marriott executive apartments. The apartments are fairly spacious with living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. The breakfast is pretty good with lots of options - western and korean. The pool is huge and there is also a korean baths area. The location is close to the subway and near restaurants. Overall good stay.

Luxurious hotel with friendly & professional staffs. Various leisures offered as well including screen gold, gym, sauna, swimming pool etc. Convenient store 7/11 is also accessible on B1 floor and closes at 11PM. Breakfast was also very delicious. Room was spacious and nice but a bit dry due to its weak AC. Other than that everything was great and superb!

Service here is excellent. The staff was extremely helpful and patient in answering every question I had. They called for cabs whenever we needed them and made sure we got the right size when it came time to head to the airport. Rooms are very well appointed and have everything you need for a short or long term stay. Especially appreciated the washer/dryer being in room so I could take care of laundry. Cab to Incheon Airport from here was ₩80,000 and about a 50 minute drive.

I have utilized this establishment as a place to take rest amid my efforts of business in Korea. The rooms are slightly worn-down but comfortable and chic. Aside from a few staff, the employees of the front desk have a bit of improvement needed in regards to their ability to communicate with guests in English. The location is not close to Gangnam or Jamsil.

Excellent stay because of the superb staff. They truly went out of their way to make my stay in Korea awesome. As a visitor who wanted to eat, beautify, relax and enjoy the many wonderful things Seoul has to offer, I did not know where to start. They researched, recommended, made reservations and were so attentive to the details that I would not know about. Mina even ran out in the rain to get me a taxi because it was hard to book one on a rainy day. Mina, Amy, Rachel and Haeri all worked as a team to help me. Thank you! Rooms were a bit outdated but it was a very comfortable stay with all the necessary amenities. I didn't mind though because the staff was so wonderful.

I use this hotel when ever I visit Seoul, the apartments are very comfortable, well appointed and very relaxed. The front desk staff are absolutely fantastic, very welcoming and extremely helpful. The location in Yeouido is excellent, it’s IFC Mall and Hyundai mall within in 10 minutes walking distance.
