The receptionist staffs are all very welcoming, and especially doctor Jung is very patient, kind and she explained all the details during the consultation Actually my first time went to obgyn but she made me very comfortable. (unlike other clinic in Korea who wants you to finished fast and just pay) PLUS the interior is so pretty! Recommended for expats women who are looking an english speaker obyn!

I usually do not write any review on the web, but this clinic is literally amazing. I visited this clinic with my girlfriend and I was deeply touched by the way the staffs and doctors treated her. They gave very professional diagnosis and treatment. Some of the staffs and all the doctors can talk in English. The two female doctors gave thorough medical explanation. Also the place is managed very cleanly and hygienically. You can easily access this clinic from the 1st exit of Shin-sa sta., near the Garosu-street. I recommend this clinic as the top-tier hospital for women in Seoul.

I'm disappointed by my visit to this clinic. Although they were all professional and courteous, I feel tricked and misguided into taking multiple unnecessary tests for what should have been a routine checkup. I feel like I have been duped by a business to make a profit, which feels like a betrayal from a medical healthcare provider. To be more specific, the doctor suggested an ultrasound in the middle of my pap smear to look more carefully. I assumed that she had seen something troublesome or suspicious only to find out later it is primarily used to check for reproductive viability, even though I had never expressed any intent of that kind. Although English services may be limited, I suggest going to another clinic that prioritizes patient care over profits.

Be advised that the prices on their website are not accurate. I went in to get my Mirena IUD replaced and was charged 500,000 won for it, while their website said 400. Pap smear was 100,000, website said 50. They also charged me 100,000 for an ultrasound, which was unexpected. If you go here make sure you ask for a thorough breakdown of the prices beforehand.

Pros: kind staff, nice facilities, smooth check-in Cons: I was in and out of my appointment in 5 minutes and you could tell the nurse and doctor were trying to get everything done as quickly as possible. Doctor offered multiple procedures that were unnecessary and expensive. They tell you your results in the waiting room where other people can hear.

Super disappointed in their service. The front desks ladies are rude and unprofessional. I asked one to explain why the price was too high, and she tried to convince me that i did a "certain" test right infront of people. No manners or respect for customer privacy. I respecfully stopped her by asking to get an explanation from the doctor herself. The doctor is also dismissive, nothing was explained to me,she just wanted to get me out of there as fast as possible, she seemed like she didn't care. They all seem like they don't respect patients, they just want you to get checked fast so they can quickly trick you into paying for tests you don't need to take. Also the mixed my results with someone else i think, and told me I was okay when the report clearly says "follow up treatment" plus I verified the results from another doctor. When i went back to clarify this and get a prescription, the doctor wanted to cover up their mistake by sticking to the same "I am okay" story. I insistedly showed her the results are saying i meed treatment, and that's when she said she's going to give me a prescription". Find another clinic, this one is not focusing on helping you(customer satisfaction) it's all about money.

I love this clinic, they are very thorough & also care for your best interest. I travel an hour for my appointments and it’s worth it! 100% recommended 💕

They have good price offers for the facial treatments, very nice, clean and modern facilities, and the nurses were so kind. I would definitely return.

I’ve wasted so much money here. They make you take unnecessary tests here not covered insurance, the last time I went here my bill was nearly 200,000 won because of their recommendations they told me to get, and because on my vulnerable state I just agreed blindly. They never let you know how much services will be unless you basically beg them to tell you beforehand. You also have to waste time and make ANOTHER trip just to get your results instead of them just emailing it to you. Definitely hate going here because of these things. If you go here just do your research and don’t do unnecessary tests.
