Honestly, I don't like to make bad reviews, but with this hotel is impossible not to do it. The rooms aren't very clean, it is better if you don't look under the bed. There are mushrooms in the shower. The air conditioner does not work properly, imagine that in summer in Seoul. The hot water in the shower takes forever to come out. I asked three times for an extra blanket because we are two people and the one they put on the bed is just too small for both of us, they say they would bring the blanket to the room the three times I asked and I'm still waiting for the blanket, the service is bad. I've been here for a few weeks and the sauna they offer is not working. The breakfast is really bad. Basically, you book something they offer on the website that is not real. Also it takes one hour to go to City Hall by metro (you need to walk 15 minutes from the hotel to the station). Is not a good choice.

A bit isolated yet convenient public transportation. 3 minutes to the bus stop and approximately 10 minutes to the metro station by walk. Spacious room and good cleanliness.

Hotel is far from center of Seoul city. You have to pay 20.000won for taxi from Insadong area to hotel. Room is small but clear. There is a small supermarket on the 1st floor. Breakfast in hotel is really terrible experience. There in no meat in this meal. And I have to buy instant noodle in the supermarket because I can't eat anything in breakfast πŸ₯²

Stayed two nights. Beautiful, practical rooms. Hotel where groups of travelers usually stay. Very busy during breakfast.

One of the best places to stay in South Korea. The location, accessibility, services, facilities and the view that this place has is truly worth experiencing. The room that we got, offered the best view that we had seen in any hotel room that we have been in. It offered us Seoul's skyline, mountains and the Han River. It's a struggle for us every night though, we are torn if we should just go to sleep or stay up late and enjoy the amazing view. This hotel also has a roof top that offers even more amazing view! The room is also very clean and the minimalist style really suits the place. It has a very smart use of space. The room also has huge windows that allows you to have an awesome view of the scenery around the place. Amenities inside the room are also complete. We stayed there during Winter and Ondol floor heating is really real. You don't have to worry about feeling cold because the room and the floor is heated well. CU Convenient store and a bakery is also present at the first floor which is really convenient because you don't have to go outside the hotel to buy the things that you need especially during winter. Food choices during breakfast also offers Western and Korean foods. However if you want to have variation, they don't offer that much. They serve the same variety of breakfast everyday but don't get me wrong I love eating the food choices everyday because everything is truly delicious. Simple yet awesome. Internet connection is not the strongest though but it can still get things done and posted. Also, this hotel has a C-type socket. You can bring your own adaptor or you can just rent one at the front desk with a deposit money of 5,000 KRW. Not to worry though, the deposit money will be returned upon the return of the unit. Overall this is an awesome place to stay in. P.S Convenient stores and restaurants are also available around the area. The neighborhood is also a neighborhood of apartments so that really gives you a feel that you are really like a local living in one of the apartment buildings. The neighborhood overall is quite and friendly. Would highly recommend this place to anyone who wishes to have an awesome and homey stay in South Korea. Great job JK!

Money meets value. Meal is not so good. Room is clean. Far from downtown.

Best hotel with proper price. Room condition is the best. Convenient store on the 1st floor is very helpful every time.

The staff was very pleasant and professional. The breakfast buffet was a great surprise. I did wish however it was closer to attractions as everything was so far away.

Place was super clean and because it was slightly further from the streets it's pretty quiet. Convenient store available inside the lobby.

Good hotel. We're in a group tour and you wont expect much, given the budget price you've paid, but the hotel is unsuspectedly nice. Room door has a problem, but staff is accommodating.

Pizza was yummy but it took forever to come out. Go for the views and enjoy a cheeky drink with your bae. Summer fun for real, unless you expect a dining experience. Then it's your fault for not reading this.

The hotel was a great stay. The staff are friendly, the rooms are spacious and equipped with amenities. The breakfast buffet has many choices of dishes, bread and fruits and there is a beautiful cafe and a convenient store right in the lobby.

It was OK! Decent hotel, I had the view of Han River so it was very nice. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. However, maybe due to COVID19 the rooms weren't used and heavy dust was being collected. My room was not clean, it was very dusty and dust was everywhere! Dust was on the kettle, surfaces, you name it. But, despite this, it was a very lovely stay and it was good!

Shower is extremely clogged and the drain emits a strange pipe odour. hard-to-operate shower controls are dangerous and I nearly scorched myself. Sharp bed corners are a hazard. Due to the lack of space, I tripped accidentally and my leg got cut on the bed corner, leaving a 4cm long cut. The location requires a long walk to the nearest metro station. I don’t recommend this hotel at all.

Shower is clogged and hard to use. Lack of floor space to spread out the baggage. Yellow stains on bedsheet and disgusting mold on wall. Closet smells extremely bad. This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I feel like a refugee here. Would never recommend this hotel to other people, it’s absolutely disgusting and revolting.

    1. Stayed at 3 rooms (because of hotel transfer to Seorak) all of the rooms have clogged bathroom floors. No partition between toilet and shower. 2. Sheets were not changed even though they see that it already has stains. Towels have certain stench. 3. No extra pillows. Just 2 for a queen sized bed. Even though we requested for additional pillows, they said they are out and can't provide any more. 4. Some receptionist are not foreigner friendly. Even if we used the translator, if they will just say no. One time we called and asked for something, he raised his voice and said "speak english" even though obviously I am speaking english 5. Location is 4/10. - to Itaewon around 18km - myeongdong around 10km - hongdae around 8km 6. Our rooms had massage chairs so I guess it a plus (?) after a long day. 7. Breakfast was sad. They served cold japchae and super dry eggs. we ended up buying convenient store bread for breakfast. Not a lot of food options. Sad because breakfast is what we look forward to in every hotel we check in. Nearest place to eat would be CU convenient store inside the hotel but other than that no stores nearby. Transportation like trains and bus stops are far. We only used taxi the whole trip. Over all would recommend other hotels by the city center so that moving around would be easier.
