Would 100% not recommend if you value your sleep. I was called repeatedly at almost 2am for a deposit which I had already paid. I was promised a call back from Jane, the person who was calling, but I am still waiting days later. Not even the decency to apologise

DO NOT BOOK A ROOM HERE!! I chose this apartment for my 6th wedding anniversary and wish I never did. The pictures do not show all the problems the apartment has. Make sure you DO NOT BOOK A ROOM HERE!! The apartment is located on a paved street in the city center. There is no parking. You'll have to leave your car at the bottom of an uphill street. You will be greeted with dogs that are not on leashes, numerous homeless people, and awful singing echoing on the street by amplifiers. We could overlook all that and the wobbly small tables in the living area we left in a corner to not risk our 100 GBP deposit, the unusable TVs, being told to go to Poundland to get batteries for the 2 remotes as there weren't any, having to repair the toilet seat while also being compensated £20 for the inconvenience. The despicable state of what is being touted as luxury on this site is alarming. The jacuzzi didn't work so is in fact a bath. The heated towel rack didn't work. The extractor fan over the hobs has no on switch, and no lights so it doesn't work. The floors feel greasy and leave your feet gray, a number of tripping hazards. It seemed that there weren't any working smoke detectors. They must have been removed by people unable to cook without setting them off and not added back. The single glazing in the heart of the city doesn't seem problematic until you realize that there is a karaoke bar that happens to stay open until around 1 a.m. on Saturday. We have pictures to back us.

Wonderful place to stay for a weekend. Perfect ambience to spend a great time. Excellent furnishings and facilities for all guests. Feels very premium and exquisite. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Best value for money in this area. No disturbances and peaceful environment. Loved my stay here, would come back without thinking again🍸🍸

The stay was absolutely brilliant! Couldn’t have asked for anything more, there was snacks ready for us on the table when we entered.The place is very luxurious and comfy.On top of that the customer service was impeccable and the host was very helpful, definitely one of the best apartments I’ve stayed in Bradford and will be booking again.

What a wonderful place to stay. Very accessible to centre with full vip transport system near the hotel. Warm room with cozy ambiance giving a full luxury vibe. Best for friends and family.

Room service of the hotel is too good and cleanness of the hostel is also good 👍. This is one of the best choice for comfort with all facilities and environment along food quality.

Booked this place as it was last minute, rang the number that was on the site, i was rang back with 3 different numbers. It should be told they don’t have parking on site. I wasn’t aware so when I tried to ring to cancel, I was ignored. Was told to transfer the money and deposit that is refundable. Couldn’t sleep all night it’s so noisy, no hot water and the tv doesn’t work. I rang several times to the lady who asked for the transfer she didn’t respond or reply or call back. Terrible service. Now I’m having to go through the bank to get my money back, because I’m just being ignored. Do not recommend this hassle.

Do not even think to book this place!!!!! This is the best advice we can give you. Booked this for 1 nights with my wife, hoping to be able to relax in the jacuzzi whilst watching something on Netflix. What foolish we were….. paid £85 for the night and been asked for a pre-authorised deposit of £100, in case of any damage we could have caused. But I can tell you one thing, there was no need for that, the place was absolutely trashed beforehand, you can see the pics for yourself. We booked this through Airbnb, and we were lucky that the Support Service intervened, we got the booking canceled and got the full refund, after leaving that night to stay somewhere which was 1.000 times more decent and cost on £65 (4* Hotel). We would not have dared to use the jacuzzi, the bathroom was full of mould and hair. The whole flat looked like was not hovered in ages and how can you say that you cleaned anything when the freeze looks like in the picture? For that amount of ice to built up to the point where the door does not shut, you need a few good weeks. Probably a few good weeks ago was the last time when this flat was cleaned. Water leaking damaged floorboards, holes in walls and tiles and more and more. In short, just a massive disaster and disappointment. Just as a reply to the host: How am I abusing your business? I think you are just not caring about your customers’ money. The photos just speak for themselves. And what is your policy? Provide unkempt and untidy accommodation? I think you need to become a better citizen.

Good.......Modern decor - Huge tv in main room and large tv in bedroom area. Great, powerful rainfall shower and jacuzzi bath, Lovely mood lighting creates a lovely ambience at night. Fully equipped kitchen area. Central location. Hosts very responsive to any queries or problems. Bad...... Nothing really, maybe a lick of paint due to previous guests scuffing the walls (so disrespectful ) and maybe new bedding as ours looked a little worn although it was perfectly clean. Overall...... A great apartment at a great price in a prime location. Way better than some budget "chain" hotels i've stopped in over the years.

This was one of the best places I have stayed at..top 5 star..everything was perfect would definitely stay here again worth the price and a good atmosphere 😍
