I have been attending cryotherapy sessions for 5mths now and have found it amazing, yes very cold but the benefits are outstanding. I have beem suffering with Fibromyalgia for years and since 2016 was on more medication than I could count and having infusions 2-3times a year to help with pain relief. I am so pleased to say that I now have NO medication and can function daily thanks to my weekly Cryotherapy sessions and a cold shower each day 😀 thanks so much to the team at Abstc they have been so understanding and supportive its made my experience even better than I ever expected. After suffering with severe lower back pain from disc bulges with a tear in one, I was searching for complementary therapies to ease the pain. I signed up initially for 4 Cryotherapy treatments. I was nervous about the treatment but more so about standing half naked in front of a stranger! I am female, 44 years old and do not have the athletic build I think these guys are used to seeing! But Aaron and Kieran made me feel comfortable, explained everything in detail about what to expect. After the first go in the chamber, I felt immediate pain relief which I thought was too good to be true. My back felt better, my mood was lifted, and my skin even looked better. I have since researched and Cyro can give you a Collagen boost, perfect for someone my age! I completed my four rounds in the chamber (once per week) and I was off the strong pain medication which I hated taking by round three. I have since signed up for two sessions per month to keep things on track and have been a Cryo user for about 3-4 months now. Is it cold in the chamber? HELL YES but the benefit far outweighs the 3 minutes of feeling cold. If you are nervous about going, don’t be you won’t regret it. I don’t have a photo of me in the chamber to share with you, but I can share my MRI image showing the problem disc bulges. I cannot recommend this treatment enough for anyone suffering with a back problem like I was. Huge thanks to Aaron and Kieran.

The cryotherapy has been an amazing help for myself not only physically but mentally too. It always gives me a push of energy. It’s a great experience and keeps my mental health much more positive. If I haven’t been feeling great 4 minutes in the cryo never fails to lift my mood. And to top it off Aaron and the staff are always so welcoming and I’ve never had a bad experience. 110% recommend.

Just had some ‘Shockwave’ treatment on a sore Achilles and I am amazed how effective and immediately pain free I am feeling, cannot recommend this style of treatment enough! The CRYO chamber is brilliant too!

ABSTC CRYO LTD is an amazing experience. Firstly, the team at AB Sports Therapy Clinic are excellent at explaining the science behind cold therapy and what benefits can come from it. The experience itself is amazing. Whilst you are standing in temperatures of -87 degree Celsius, you feel rejuvenated, reenergised, fresh and ready to conquer the day/week. A feeling that is worth standing in -87 degree Celsius I would highly recommend the use of cold therapy.
