Although there was a slight hitch, which was no fault of Affordable Appliances, John, and the extremely capable installation engineers, were determined to sort it out to ensure customer satisfaction. Just wow! From start to finish John was so helpful and knowledgeable and really helped us make the correct choice for our new fireplace. He was friendly and knowledgeable without being pushy. Fireplace was ordered and we were then kept up to date on progress. John called to confirm fitting date- all went like clockwork! Fireplace fitted absolutely spot on. Absolutely great service. I called them for a new cooker, was given excellent advice, a good price and a quick delivery. Their electrician installed the appliance for a very reasonable fee, quickly and without fuss. Old cooker taken away along with all the packaging. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Absolutely brilliant! I purchased my machine last month and wanted to make sure that it worked properly before writing a review. A friend recommended Affordable Appliances to me as I need a washing machine. I went in with my daughter and viewed some of the machines on offer.The sales team (a gentle man and a lady) asked me general questions inc how many washes I do a week ect. and directed me to a mid-priced machines that suited all my needs. They even showed me how to operate the self clean button as the instruction booklet was not clear. I was not pressurised into buying anything and they were happy for us to go have a cuppa to discuss the machines that I was interested in and to take look on line to see if I could find them any cheaper. They even gave me photo copies of the machines that I was interested in!! Their prices were better than anywhere else!! I returned and paid for the washing machine I wanted and it was delivered and fitted on the Wednesday! ( Visited the shop on the Monday) (They even took my broken machine alway) all for a very reasonable fee!! Machine is working brilliantly! Thank you for your excellent customer service!

John is amazing not pushy and listens to your requirements and good prices. Delivery guys Ross and Dec very helpful and friendly. I am glad the delivered my fridge freezer or it would still be outside on the road in packaging. Would not go though the door so they had to take doors off. Nothing too much trouble. Absolutely fantastic. Thank you again. I will be back. Total trust in this company and staff.
