have
previously
and
this
Christmas
spent
hundreds
at
The
Entertainer
in
Bradford.
Only
when
you
have
a
problem
do
you
find
out
how
good
a
store
is.
We
took
back
a
clearly
faulty
toy
after
xmas
and
the
service
and
policy
was
disgusting,
made
to
feel
like
I
was
some
kind
of
criminal
by
the
male
Supervisor
the
very
second
I
said
i
had
a
faulty
toy
to
return.
I
was
made
to
wait
over
30
minutes
while
they
tested
the
toy
which
although
i
was
patient
about
it
and
didnt
mind
as
I
was
genuine,
I
dont
know
anywhere
these
days
that
does
that
unless
perhaps
you
have
a
good
reason
to
suspect
the
customer
is
false.
Such
an
outdated
way
to
treat
customers
who
have
option
to
shop
online
and
have
quick
and
efficient
returns.
Earlier
that
day
we
returned
a
faulty
and
an
a
unwanted
toy
gift
to
Smyths
Bradford
and
the
service
was
exceptional
and
professional
and
they
apologized
for
the
inconvenience
of
having
to
return
a
faulty
product.
At
no
point
did
anyone
apologize
at
The
Entertainer
store.
When
a
customer
comes
in
with
a
clearly
faulty
product,
apologize
and
dont
make
them
stand
around
for
half
an
hour
while
you
charge
and
test
a
cheap
toy!
its
really
not
worth
that
customer
never
coming
back
and
losing
a
few
hundred
a
year
over
a
£14
toy!.
I
felt
so
annoyed
I
asked
for
the
Manager
who
was
polite
and
far
more
professional
and
was
hindered
only
by
the
Entertainers
outdated
policies.
I
cannot
recommend
shopping
here
ever,
when
there
is
another
great
Toy
Store
in
Bradford.
I
wont
be
returning
again,
ever.
