Great local store with easy parking and access to the store , always served by friendly staff working hard giving a good experience , friendly atmosphere for shopping in and easy parking outside for easy access to the store .

Went in today to return an item. Was served by a girl called Karen. She was pleasant, helpful, Was service with a smile. Could not have had a better experience. The service was quick did not have long to wait to be served only about 2 minutes. Well pleased.

Freya was amazing, very friendly and professional service. I ordered an item from the wrong store and Freya quickly and professionally solved the problem for me. She deserves a raise! I usually buy items at Currys but have never experienced such good service. I will definitely start buying from Argos more often from now on.

been trying to phone ARGOS today with no joy so decided to go and see if the Barnsley shop was open when i got to the store and waited in a small queue only to be told they are not excepting returns for faulty goods until the lockdown is finished . i have no problem with this as its for safety reasons but do think it should be put on the web site to save other people wasted journey .only went there as the goods was running out of warranty but was told it would be honoured after lockdown

I visited Argos at Peel Parade yesterday (Thursday) I had a query with regards a soundbar. I spoke to a young lady called Emily, she was very helpful, polite and quite bubbly. She sorted out my query professionally. Thank you Emily.

Rude power hungry staff wanting to use challenge 25 on a 35 year old man to refuse giving an item which has already been paid for as an excuse to feel good about there pathetic life's.

Had to pick up a package yesterday(28th August 2020), and the gentleman at the door around 4.30pm, who was directing customers to their pickup points, was extremely friendly, professional, and helpful...whoever that masked crusader was, excellent work!

Five stars to the ladies (a lady at the door and a lady at the collection point) today who helped me with some heavy bags of sand with a trolley and kindness. Thank you. :-)

Horrendous system in place, e-ordering in store lost connection twice and had to start again, large queueing system with one till waited 20 minutes and when I went to pay THEN they told me they can't take contactless payments.... absolute joke. Had to walk out

I have used in store pick up several times over the last month. The staff make it quick and easy and are attentive to my needs. Charlene always makes an effort to be welcoming as do all the other staff. A great big thank you to everyone in store.

I got a few things from here, definitely will continue to shop here. The kiosk makes everything easier!

Argos is what it is as it has everything you can imagine order online or go to the store I bought this within 10 minutes of going in and out. Staff is super friendly and efficient. I felt super welcome.

Terrible... tried to buy a gaming pc for £1500. They don’t offer delivery nor collection on these items so how they hell as I supposed to buy any of the 11 they have in stock? Completely backwards business sense. Amazon all the way!

Poor service to tell me on the day that the washing machine is due to be delivered to say it’s no longer available. I’ve already waited 2 weeks for the delivery date!

Went in to pick up a click and collect. Shop was clean and bright and the staff were very friendly. As it was quiet I only had to wait a few minutes for my item. A seamless process of in and out quickly. Perfect.
