I have been their customer recently and I can just say fabulous customer service and nice behaviour from all of the team, especially Courtney! She was so nice and helpful all of the time! I was there 5 minutes before closing time, and she was tired, but she help me with a big smile, even when I change my mind many times! And she suggested to me the right shoes and the right socks. She absolutely made my day. Big thanks to all of you! Highly recommended!❤️❤️❤️

Brilliant staff amazing choice decent prices

Last time I was in the store, One of the staff landed a Sick flip trick on my Skateboard! My favourite brand is vans, Can't say nothing bad about it!, Got a vans duffel bag, Vans Wall flag, Vans shoes, Vans clothing, Everything Vans!

Couldn't recommend highly enough, went there today with my brother who is on the Autistic Spectrum and really fussy about shoes for skating. The guys in the store were so patient, we must have been trying different models on for more than half an hour. They had loads of recommendations and didn't mind running up and down the stairs for us. They were so friendly and helpful, cheers lads!

Just rude!!..didn’t seem to have a pair of van that are in every jd store going,in fact they don’t do them..huh?!...I think staff should be trained on what vans are actually out and popular.just plain rude didn’t want to know couldn’t wait to get off the phone.sorry van store in Leeds it was for my daughters birthday.

*** These staff are an asset to the VANS Franchise *** FANTASTIC & PROFESSIONAL service from... I assume the store manager. The UltraRange VR3 I wanted were not in stock....No problem. He ordered them and they are being sent to my address. WHAT A SERVICE!! Also the staff there recommend a range of places to eat as we are not from Leeds. Rudy's Pizza!! Came in earlier to look for a jacket and I didnt like the customer service at all. The young woman who worked in there spoke to us eventually but the man who worked in there was extremely rude and his body language was off putting to be honest.

My fiance and I have been served by Ash and Tim the other day. They have been amazing, helping us to find the perfect shoes for us. They have been super nice to us, offering a great and friendly service. We will definitely come back.

Great if you don't mind being followed around the whole store. Me and my partner go to different vans shops all the time and have no problem but we felt like suspects in this shop!

How did I end up spending £300 🙃 great store, well organised and staff who did a v gentle Gok Wan maneuver on my teen to convince him to update the shredded skate pumps (and more) that've been driving me mad 🤟🛹

Nothing special as a store. Shoes were all full price and some could be found on the website cheaper and some styles can be found in the York outlet at cut prices.

Went in to buy a van but they didn't have any. Had lots of shoes and that though and they were alright.

Vans Leeds is a small Vans store in the city centre, with quite a good collection for all the gender and age.

Went in today to but a present for a member of my staff! The service was fantastic. So refreshing to see such polite helpful people. The lad that served me is a true credit to you store. 👍🏻
