Excellent service whilst dealing with a puncture on my tyre that turned out to be a fracture in the wheel that he spotted and was able to get repaired. Fitted me in straight away despite being very busy. Highly recommended this place.

Advised by staff to order online, fitted well. Raised a concern regarding TPMS warnings upon driving out of premises, I was concerned for errors in system. Instead of a polite explanation regarding recalibration, owner was abrupt in explaining how to rectify,. Was upset that the order was online and not making enough profit on fitment. I had a reasoned discussion that they offer the service and standards of professionalism shouldn’t change if customers order via internet.

I was looking for all four tyres replacing and aligning but I wanted my alloy wheels which were perfect to stay perfect. In the past I’ve had new tyres fitted and they always leave marks on the alloys. I did mention this to them when I popped in and was assured they would be perfect. I picked my tyres with their help, arranged to fit 2 days later and when I collected the car they were as good as their word. Not a mark on them ! The car drives like a different car with the alignment and tyres. I would 100% recommend especially if, like me, you’re fussy about your alloys and good service 10/10

These guys are both honest and professional. Never over price or carry out unnecessary work. They offer honest advice and put customer service and safety ahead of anything else. Yes at times the guys are busy but I’d rather use a busy well respected garage. Used these guys a number of years and will continue to do so.

Great service here each t I've used them. Used then several times having not been happy with other tyre garage in Shipley. Have had new tyres here and most recently had a puncture repaired. Super helpful over phone when I booked. They fixed puncture for £15 in around 20 minutes. Free tea and coffee machine and WiFi while you wait. Definitely recommend
