Went in an agreed a price for some items. The guy I initially spoke to was decent. He told me to bring my items back the following day and speak to Danny (with whom he had told the agreed price) so I waste my time coming back the following day and speak to some ignorant old bloke who I assume was the manager only because he was dressed different to the other staff. Trust me there was absolutely nothing else about him which said he was management. He tone he used and general language used towards me was disgusting. When I mentioned the lack of customer service he clearly was not concerned about service standards. He told me that he could go to Argos and buy the same items for not much more than I wanted. So I told him that perhaps he should train the other staff on what prices to agree so not to waste anyone's time. He's parting comment was "see ya" which was said in a patronising manner. This person should not be working in a customer facing environment.

Kevin has always been so kind when I come in. He always makes us laugh. And he is great with customer service. For this I gave him 5 stars.

Ok .... right first thing first is ...I can't explain how I end up all the time leaving whit stuff....🤣 because they good looking? because they funny?because of the good prices?..well .... none of the above !you want to know they secret!impeccable customer service!I'll call it refined service 🤣!I just think on this level of customer engagement,can't be thought to you ! You develope it because you love what you doing, you love been the one that help an undicited customer ,getting the best out of hers or his purchases!and let me tell you ,they never fail to deliver !well if you planning visiting the store...make sure you have no one waiting for you at home ..1h early go by like... puff.. is just the effect the store and each individual has to offer ones you step in the store ,from helping understanding to giving you the best buy option in payment planning all is explained to you! Get ready for a well negotiations..but I can tell you that they will always help you walk out the store whit a smile .....as you will began to think about your next purchase ..while you leaving ...🤣👍

Came into Cash Converters yesterday, was greeted by Amer who made me feel welcome, was after a phone with a budget of £150, Amer found me a phone that was everything I wanted and even saved me £40. He tested everything made sure it was all working correctly and even gave me a demo on how to use it. He even thanked me for coming in, I would recommend going to see cash converters and dealing with Amer to Everyone, big thanks to Amer will definitely come again

Item sent out was faulty and not as described. Refund received. Wouldn't order from this store again. Won't give them one star as they were quick in issuing the refund, just frustrating they can't inspect/describe the items accurately.

Well, i purchased a samsung tablet 2 hrs ago, it had a problem with charging..i took it back, they staff members were awesome..very understanding..an gave me back my money in full, i will continue to shop here.. Great staff attitude an service. This is from someone that teaches customer service an excellence. I am impressed

Comparing to the other branches of Cash Converters which I have been dealing with in the past they really stand out. I don't remember the time in this country when the staff in store said to me: 'We are here for you as you are our customer' instead of showing some rude and snotty attitude (It was chap called Kevin who said that and this actually triggered me to post this opinion in Google - I really appreciate such attitude - it is very rare now to receive this level of professionalism in retail shops). Overall guys there are really helpful, they always trying to find the way to sort out the things in favour of you, even if you are late with some payments, you have missed the date when you have had to pay and in fact they are really friendly and polite. Top one - keep it going like this guys - triple A from me.

As Cash Converter goes this is a decent store. The staff are really helpful and friendly. My son bought an Xbox 360 there yesterday, managed to get a bit of discount and now I can finally have a bit of peace. Was served by Kammy and Scott. 5 star service. Thank you :)

Came in today to buy a phone and got looked after by Amer and Gordon. They are amazing salesmans and advisories. Always serve with a exellent manar and smiles on their face. Good managers. Will shop at Tong again and would recomend to others.
