My goto Samsung place, very good customer experience. Sales person Naresh, sathish and sekar are wonderful people to help with any product you want. They go an extra mile to get u the best possible offers available online for offline. You dont feel like losing money buying offline. They will always match up to online on top of that you will get product experience.

I booked a samsung wind free model 4 star ac in Omega show room porur date 26/03/22 Sunday, but till now they were not despatch the ac, today is the 4 th day, why are selling with out stock, their service is poor.

Writing this review after one year. I purchased a Samsung TV in aug 2021. The staff were courteous enough to explain different models and the price. I got the tv at ₹2,000 lesser than what other showrooms were quoting. Overall good experience and no issues till date..

Small showroom, but very customer centric. Loved the experience of buying what we wanted and got a price benefit compared to other retailers. They also explain why certain models are not available with other retailers. Most retailers have fast moving items but if you go specific then Samsung plaza Porur should be able to assist. Sekar who was the sales personnel for my purchase was exceptional and I appreciate his efforts to ensure all went smoothly. The delivery people waited patiently till the technician arrived enable the product to be moved up to the residence which is appreciatable.

It was a horrible experience yesterday. Google Maps cannot be depended upon to locate this shop, I wanted us to turn left (in fact it should have asked us to turn right under the MGR bridge while we were proceeding from Arcot Road and take the next U turn). There was nothing, not even a Samsung sign board in the place as indicated in Google Maps. We had to tread through heavy traffics only to find the shop after almost an hour. The Samsung Shop was good.

I think sales person unskilled working because they don’t have idea about Tab and poor response..pls don’t plan visit it’s waste of time ..

I bought Samsung Refrigerator, asked for new piece, sale man promised also, but finally delivered Show Room Demo Unit. These type of sales guys are dealing with MNC Brands and spoiling Brand Image. I never suggest this show room.

Brought a top load automatic washing machine. Their sales representative makes all false claims, like next day installation. Don't believe them, you kept calling them after purchase, they make some or the other excuses. It's all depends on samsung service executives free time they will comes as per their wish. Don't believe the shop people's words.

I planned to purchase a TV for my new house. So me and my brother went to Samsung Showroom Porur to purchase. We asked details and rate of the selective model TV with one of the sales executive in the showroom. He explained the details, Features and rate of the model. But from starting itself his conversation is not good. Customer relation is very poor in the Samsung Showroom Porur. Regarding this i hate samsung products also.
