We
spend
a
week
at
Puebla
and
we
could
not
leave
without
eat
here
which
by
the
way
is
one
of
the
best
rated
restaurants
at
Puebla.
The
place
is
pretty
well
located,
just
two
blocks
away
from
the
city
centre,
and
its
name
was
set
because
inside
the
place
you
can
find
several
wall
paintings
created
by
Antonio
Álvarez
Morán
that
shows
very
important
people
whose
have
built
Puebla’s
history.
The
restaurant
is
huge,
is
a
two
story
building
with
a
little
bar
and
a
small
store
(not
talking
about
the
oxo)
both
part
of
the
place,
between
them
is
the
main
entrance
where
you
will
find
a
friendly
hostess
who
will
assign
you
a
table
either
at
low
level
or
up
stairs,
you
can
choose
which
place
works
for
you.
Once
you
are
in
the
table
you
will
be
pampered
by
the
cosy
attention
provided
by
the
staff
of
the
place,
in
our
case
Fernando
was
the
one
who
took
care
of
us
while
in
place,
very
attentive
and
willing
to
assist
us.
The
courses
menu
is
not
so
extensive,
so
that,
you
will
surely
find
something
that
will
fulfill
your
hunger,
but
it
is
all
the
contrary
with
the
wines
and
liquors
menu,
it
is
pretty
extensive,
but
if
you
know
what
you
are
looking
for,
you
will
surely
find
the
perfect
pair
for
your
food,
but
if
you
have
no
idea
what
to
ask
for,
you
can
request
help
from
your
waiter.
The
food
here
is
delicious,
all
the
elements
used
in
all
the
courses
are
brought
by
local
producers,
so
that,
you
will
taste
premium
and
fresh
ingredients.
In
our
case
we
ordered
a
“Sopa
Poblana”
and
a
“Mole
Poblano”
with
Duck
Magret,
both
dishes
where
delicious,
the
soup
was
very
fresh,
I
mean,
you
can
taste
each
ingredient
freshness.
And
the
Mole,
well
is
one
of
the
best
“Moles
Poblanos”
I
have
ever
tasted,
it
is
a
little
bit
hot
but
sweet
in
the
same
way,
just
like
a
“Mole
Poblano”
have
to
be.
And
for
the
grand
finale,
we
ordered
a
“Regalo
de
Quetzalcoatl”
which
is
a
coulan
stuffed
with
hot
melted
cocoa,
when
you
cut
it
on
halfs
the
melted
chocolate
runs
out
on
the
dish,
it
really
worths
to
wait
the
20
minutes
which
take
to
prepare
it.
There
is
no
dress
code
in
place
and
you
can
get
in
without
booking,
but
I
recommend
always
to
have
a
call
so
as
to
schedule
a
reservation.
