My
opinion
is
from
the
emergency
area,
an
abrupt
and
sudden
situation
that
affects
health
and
puts
the
patient's
life
at
risk,
where
the
majority
of
us
who
are
there
are
very
susceptible
to
the
health
of
our
family
members.
My
family
member
arrived
at
3
am
after
undergoing
surgery
at
a
private
laparoscopic
cholecystectomy
clinic.
At
2
am
when
he
arrived
home,
he
began
to
have
a
high
heart
rate
and
difficulty
breathing,
since
health
systems
are
expensive
and
considering
how
delicate
his
health
is
with
everyone.
With
mixed
feelings,
we
went
to
the
Cholula
general
hospital.
A
very
friendly
police
officer
greeted
us
at
the
entrance
to
the
waiting
room.
The
man
who
admits
the
patients
took
good
care
of
us.
He
also
offered
us
a
wheelchair.
The
triage
nurse
was
a
terrible
experience.
Her
touch
Towards
the
patients
he
is
despotic.
He
was
upset
that
we
were
just
why
do
I
desaturate
my
family
member
to
77%
and
I
ask
myself,
upset,
is
that
the
only
reason
they
come
at
this
hour?
My
answer
was
clear,
she
just
came
out
of
surgery,
I
think
it
is
an
alarming
fact
🚨
that
she
has
difficulty
breathing
and
her
heart
is
beating
fast,
anyway,
fortunately,
the
Dr
came
in
and
looked
at
the
monitor
with
the
aforementioned
data,
they
informed
me
that
they
would
transfer
her
to
an
x-ray
🩻
and
they
stabilized
her,
I
was
there
for
around
4
hours,
thank
God,
and
the
Dr.
my
family
member
came
out
better.
🙏🏼the
calmness
that
the
doctor
gave
me
in
the
face
of
a
moment
of
anguish
was
excellent.
Now
I
understand
why
the
waiting
room
was
calm
even
though
it
was
full
of
family
members.
