I just love Deb Chase NP. I feel like she has been the only provider I have had, who really addresses my concerns. I wish there were more like her but she is unique and is good at what she does. I also appreciate that she practices naturopathic medicine as well as traditional. She is a rare gem and I trust that she wants the best care for me. I am so glad I am able to finally be her patient!

Absolutely amazing! Dr. Chase is probably the nicest doctor I've ever met! She's open to natural options and she loves to educate and make sure you know your options. If your looking for a primary doctor I highly recommend Dr. Chase and her wonderful office!

Excellent provider from a clinical perspective. So glad to have found Dr. Houck! She is patient and listens well. We did not feel rushed. She’s great with our teenagers also. Office staff is great- organized, helpful and friendly.

She's an excellent doctor Lindsey Dazzo. You can tell she cares for her patients well being. I just adore her! Grateful that we have her here in Pueblo. Unfortunately, one of their front desk ladies and it seems like it's the same lady every time, that has an attitude. When I ask her a question and try to understand what she was saying she gets impatient and you hear it in her voice. Not a nice behavior. English is my 3rd language and sometimes I ask questions to make sure that I understood everything right.

Dr. McCullough was excellent!! He was so thorough and so kind. He was knowledgeable & ready to take action with each of my expressed issues. I received a text that my new meds were ready at my pharmacy before I had even left his office! I found this doctor to be quite refreshing & I'm choosing him to become my Primary Care Physician effective before I left his office today. I look forward to a long & happy relationship (professionally) with him. (This was after my first appt. with Dr. M, I forgot to submit the review, so here's how I feel after 4 visits with him! 4th visit today, and this guy gets better & better! He's so attentive and he listens to me, & he is willing to play around with my meds. With the ultimate goal being to one day significantly reduce the number of medications I have to take! Friendly, personable and listened carefully to my needs and concerns as a whole to address my problem. Love this style of health care rather then one thing at a time. Healthcare is parts that make up the whole entity. It's important to hear everything to address one thing. This provider did just this. He is AWESOME!

My wife Brenda was in need of a new primary care provider since her provider in Fountain was closing. I called Centura health Pueblo and was given an appointment for the same week, that is outstanding care for the patient. Everything went great Dr Bradford was very caring. He listened to her and was concerned with providing excellent health care. All of the staff are very caring and professional. I highly recommend them if you need a primary care physician. They keep you informed about your care.

Dr. McCullough was excellent!! He was so thorough and so kind. He was knowledgeable and took his time asking and answering any questions that I had. When I called about getting a primary physician the receptionist was very professional and helpful making an appointment for the following week the choice of Dr. McCullogh was an excellent one. The staff is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I recommend him to anyone looking for a primary physician.

My experience so far in this clinic has been good, from the front staff to the nurse, doctor, and X-ray tech. They were all compassionate and willing to listen to my needs, and that in itself is awesome. Great job, BRAVO ZULU.

Dr. McCullough and his MA Nancy were above and beyond during my visit! I have high standards being an RN. My appointment was later in the day, before a holiday, yet they never made me feel like I was an inconvenience or like they were in a hurry. The doctor spent plenty of time with me, as it was my first visit with him, and was very thorough. I felt comfortable enough to bring up any concern and he made it clear that I could always call for future needs. Great doctor and great staff!!

The staff here are so friendly from the front desk to the back. Trish, the MA who checked me in, did a great job and even gave me the “heads up” that there may be an extra charge for my visit based on something I wanted to address. Ms. Dazzo is wonderful. She is very personable and knowledgeable.

I’ve been described by experts as a complex cardiac patient. I’ve seen Spencer Bradford, PA-C, twice now at CPHC - Pueblo West, as my primary care provider. I’ve found him to be a good listener, taking my complete health history into consideration. He’s very thorough and detailed with his diagnoses, explanations and follow up. He seems practical, personable and down to earth in demeanor which I find very refreshing among today’s diagnosticians. I believe I can trust him to be my healthcare advocate and unfortunately I can’t say that about every provider I’ve encountered.

Lindsay is a great provider! She is thorough, knowledgeable and listens to her patients. A skill that isn't very common in healthcare.

Deborah Chase is amazing! Definitely recommend her. She got straight to testing and have narrowed down my problem! She’s super friendly and just a great NP!!! She really listens to what you have to say and it’s nice to finally be heard again and taken seriously.

I couldn't get in to see my nurse practitioner I was asked if I wanted to see someone else. I said yes ,I saw Deborah Chase. I was really happy about how the the appointment went. She was very good at explaining what was needed to Handel my issue. I was sent to get x-rays, and results were back quick, she called me right away, but I was at the movies, and didn't get her call, I called back and I'm waiting for her call now. I will be seeing her again.

My experience was amazing. Dr.Stewart was very attentive. His instructions were very clear. Medical Assistant Patricia and Dr Stewart were very professional and sanitized their hands several times during my visit which is something you don’t see in most doctors offices.

My first visit, the reception staff were ok, not rude, not friendly, just there. The MA who took my weight and blood pressure was super friendly and Dr Chase was amazing. She listened, asked questions and seemed to care about my issues. Very different from other doctors who rush you through so they can jump to the next patient. I’m glad I found this office.

Well I already hate it here. I like my new pcp so far but I’ve been having intense and unbearable pain and itching on my arms, haven’t been able to sleep for days, I’m crying all freaking day and night cause of it. Dr sent prescription Thursday, it needs preauthorization to get filled, they didn’t get it Friday, suffered all weekend, called first thing Monday, the lady I talked to flat out dismissed me, wouldn’t listen to my progressing symptoms and told me I’d have to just wait so I guess I’m going to the ER instead because they won’t help me. It wouldn’t of taken up much time to show some empathy and just send a message to someone to send the pre authorization so I don’t have to sit here and get even worse. edit. Dr Stewart had told me call if it got worse and the lady answering phones didn’t even care to hear about it. Edit2. The number they responded with goes straight to voicemail and it’s going on day 3 of no return call. Pfft. What a joke.

The secretaries are very friendly, knowledgeable and easy to talk with! Spencer Bradford PA-C is also friendly, knowledgeable and easy to talk with about your medical problem! I would recommend them to anyone who needs medical care!

Lindsey Dazzo, NP is our favorite by far. She is personable and really listens (especially advocating for our young children). She makes the kiddos comfortable and even though the doctor isn’t always our favorite place to be, we know Lindsey has our back!

Very professional group of people. Very pleasant too. I'm excited to have them become my primary doctor. Dr. Houck was awesome and made me feel like she actually cared.
