This is a restaurant without the bells and whistles. You come here to eat and you get good food. But don't expect too much from the ambience or decor. We've pretty much checked out all other sushi/roll places in the area, so I figured that we should try this. They have several sushi, sashimi and roll options. They also have lunch and dinner combos. We got the Monkey Brains as an appetizer and the Santa Fe and the Spicy Pueblo rolls. Everything was very good. Money brains had breaded avocado. The Santa Fe roll was mild and mainly the cream cheese, tempura and cucumber flavors. The spicy pueblo had a little kick here and there which was nice. I also ordered the warm sake, which was ok...I've had better elsewhere. Good restaurant to come for a meal but not really for a special occasion. The server is very nice. She was the only one on the afternoon shift when we went.

Good flavorful food however, sushi is very bland…..we ordered spicy sushi rolls and there was no spice. Service was ok.

Thought we would give it a try. First off was the cheap tables and chairs. Second was having dumplings served in a paper dish I use to feed dogs in at a boarding kennel, so things weren't going well so far. The decor is minimal, and that's fine. But, the sushi is just ho hum, my Arizona roll was good but way too large across, it was like 3" across. Shrimp tempura had no flavor, the pickled ginger had a musty after taste, so it was just a bad experience. The music was something you hear at a nice dining establishment, so that was odd. Maybe play Japanese music? That would be a novel idea for a sushi place. Don't waste your time or your money. Also, maybe give people a dish for soy sauce instead of tiny take out plastic portions to try to dip the huge 3" sushi roll into the 1" soy sauce container.

Been a little while since I visited and it reminded me why. Service was great but the sushi rolls were not.

They have very good food, very good service (kept my drink full), I was seated fast and served my order quickly but not rushed. Very enjoyable. The noise level was very low and relaxing music played in the background. I will be back.

BEWARE!!! Food was very disappointing. They didnt tell us the sushi we ordered were going to be missing ingredients they did not have, especially salmon and smelt! So we got incomplete sushi! We were charged for a 6th roll that was never delivered. Appetizers came out AFTER the main dishes. No refills on any beverage, even water. Will NOT be eating here again. This place is a sham.

I've been going to this location for the past 4 years. The prices are decent and the food quality is good. Tasty rolls and timely service! Order time for 5 people's worth of sushi is 20-40 minutes depending on if it's dinner rush.

Happy hour and dinner specials are great. The sushi is amazing and never dissapointing. Service is quick and easy. Highly recommend. The best place in Pueblo for sushi.

Food was amazing service was on point even short staffed the food came out in a timely manor and we were treated extremely well. I will be returning . Thank you momo west.

It's a decent place to get food. Seems like they only have on waitress. She did an amazing job was very attentive even though she had to deal with all the tables by herself. The food is good wouldn't say it's to die for but it hits the spot.

We're frequent diners. Monkey brains and Las Vegas roll are absolutely amazing. But we've never been disappointed or left food uneaten.

Wonderful sushi bar with all my favorites. I got the meal to go. Took less then 10 minutes to order and go.

I don’t know why the avocado and salmon (or any other fish) isn’t as fresh or flavorful as it could be. The staff are nice and polite overall. The flavor of each roll I’ve had is just bland. I only make this review because I’ve eaten here multiple times.

I love the sushi it's just I haven't been there in so long and I think I might go tonight!

We would have never thought we would find such good quality sushi and service here in Pueblo West. One would think you would have to travel to denver.

Love love love this place. Was so sad that they closed the one downtown. They could definately spice up the atmosphere though. It looks cheap and the chairs are uncomfortable. How about wood floors, booths and high tops? Some more decor and a fresh coat of paint?
