The beach is not clean, water pressure in the bathroom is non-existent, food and drinks are overpriced. The thing is, it's one of the few options in Pto. Cortés. Beds are comfy and A/C works well though.

It’s not close to 3 stars hotel, it’s a 1-2ish, attention was good but for a 100 dollars room, the amenities and quality of the place is not worth it coming.

Went to wedding. Place was great. Food was great. Wedding at the beach was beautiful. Sunset magnificent

I've only eaten here. I love having dinner in the large palapa on the beach. There is a great breeze and a view of the sunset. The Cobb salad is very good. I just wish they had avocado for it. The shrimp ceviche is delicious. The grilled chicken dinner was also very good. Service is excellent. They have watermelon juice which is my favorite! Their beach is huge. I walk the beach afterwards. Nice way to spend a evening in Puerto Cortés. It is a bit expensive compared to some of the other places I've eaten nearby. They include a gratuity in the bill.

We had an unexpected flight layover and happened upon this hotel as a quick trip to the beach. It was just what we needed! So relaxing! There's a great deal of space so it feels spread out and private. Loved the room and the private patio. Everything was clean and the staff was friendly!

The place has not improved its old facilities at all. The shower doesn't work properly, the receptionist service is horrible and for a two star hotel the price is too steep.

When got there had an inconvenient but at the end of the day everything was so perfect that forgot the first impression.

We stayed 5 days hot water did not work, we couldn't use the pool because it was too dirty, we asked management to get it clean; they did not. The location and beach is good but the hotel itself is not worth it.

Great place to relax. Food and service were great! We sat at the huts in the beach front and had a wonderful family time. Live music playing was a nice addition too.

Excellent place, location need a little upgrade on the room, but overall a nice stay. Careful with the mosquitoes at the beach and outdoor areas.

The hotel is terrible, it has very old facilities, the food is terrible and low quality and its incredibly expensive. Do not waste your money.

Waited an hour on restaurant, for them telling us they ran out fish 😃
