I
had
a
terrible
experience
at
this
resort.
I
was
a
young
woman
travelling
alone,
which
the
workers
knew
because
when
I
came
to
reception
they
said
“you’re
the
one
travelling
alone”.
Firstly,
the
reception/guest
services
member
gave
my
room
number
to
a
man
that
came
to
ask
them
for
it
so
he
could
return
my
towel
that
I
left
at
the
pool.
They
willingly,
gave
my
room
number,
to
another
male
who
was
travelling
alone.
Did
not
call
me
to
ask,
did
not
reject
his
request,
just
simply
gave
it
to
him.
He
promptly
came
to
my
room
and
proceeded
to
assault
me.
Secondly,
at
2am,
I
was
awoken
to
a
man
outside
my
door
(a
different
man
from
the
first
point)
in
our
villa
screaming
and
pleading
for
help
and
for
someone
to
call
the
police.
He
was
banging
on
doors
and
yelling.
It
took
hotel
workers
20
minutes
to
arrive
and
see
what
was
going
on.
Mind
you,
there
was
security
on
the
property,
reception
was
a
2
minute
walk
away,
and
the
24
hour
doctor
was
just
downstairs
(and
the
walls
are
very
thin).
I
don’t
know
how
nobody
came
for
20
full
minutes.
It
was
a
terrifying
experience.
I
did
not
sleep
the
rest
of
the
night.
In
the
morning,
I
went
to
guest
services
and
asked
to
check
out
immediately
and
changed
my
flight
home.
Guest
services
proceeded
to
call
my
room
later
and
ask
why
I
was
leaving.
I
told
her
that
someone
from
the
hotel
gave
my
room
number
out
to
a
man
and
he
came
and
assaulted
me.
She
said
that
she
was
the
one
who
gave
my
room
number
out
and
that
he
promised
he
wouldn’t
do
anything.
She
asked
me
to
come
talk
to
the
manager,
and
he
suggested
I
switch
villas
(assuming
that
the
second
incident
was
the
only
one
that
happened).
I
refused
and
said
I
wanted
to
leave.
I
did
not
feel
safe
anything,
not
only
with
the
second
incident,
but
that
the
hotel
is
willing
to
give
your
room
number
out
to
anyone
with
no
questions
asked.
Everyone
seemed
to
skim
over
the
fact
that
they
gave
my
room
number
out
and
I
was
assaulted,
and
only
was
concerned
with
the
second
incident.
I
didn’t
want
to
repeat
the
first
incident
in
front
of
all
the
guests
wanting
to
enjoy
their
vacation.
I
had
to
talk
to
5
different
people
just
to
check
out
early
because
they
all
asked
me
why
and
said
I
could
just
switch
villas.
That
was
not
the
problem
-
the
problem
was
I
did
not
feel
safe
there
anymore
and
I
was
not
going
to
stay
any
longer.
When
I
got
home,
I
made
a
complaint
through
the
travel
company
about
what
happened
and
the
hotel
refused
that
they
had
any
knowledge
of
what
happened,
said
that
details
about
my
stay
were
private
information,
and
they
they
had
no
record
of
any
complaints
and
that
I
left
over
a
“family
emergency”.
Funny
that
they
have
no
record
of
it,
because
why
would
you
willingly
admit
you
gave
out
the
room
number
of
a
solo
female
and
she
got
assaulted.
And
funny
that
after
the
fact
it
was
“private
information”
but
while
I
was
there
my
room
number
was
just
given
out
when
someone
asked.
Overall,
if
you
want
to
feel
safe
at
a
resort,
this
is
not
the
one.
And
if
you
are
a
solo
women
traveller,
I
really
don’t
recommend
this
resort.
Or
even
a
group
of
women.
Just
overall
very
unsafe
and
absurd
behaviour
from
this
resort.
