Absolutely the best meal I have had in Sousa. The scenery is beautiful, an amazing location. Will definitely go back.

The food were good I got some food delivered to my villa was a hassle could be improved the text on what'sapp but when i got the food was good and we got 2 complimentary drinks when we checked in and the bartender definitely made it strong so good spot.

Food is good but the service has gone down hill. We have been there twice in the last few weeks and the servers spend more time on there phones. It's like pulling teeth to get a drink or some bread. I was told they had no Avacodo for there dip, said we could walk down the hill to the hundred girls walking around with the baskets on there heads full of them but the tuna tarter had lots. Couldnt help but laugh at that excuse. I think there are better places to eat this year. We won't be going back anytime soon !!!

Ordered Stroganof with Roesti (hash brown) last night. Unfortunately the hash brown was not crispy (just soft) and everything was way over salted. Not the quality we used to get at this location

The food is average, the atmosphere and the view is beautiful. But the staff was just miserable, non-professional, slow and chaotic, not bringing what we ordered, mixinf things, horrible. We were waiting half hour for drink (water), more than one hour for food, half and hour for the bill. The staff needs to be trained and managed somehow by someone more experienced. If not, this is quite disaster.

This used to be one of the better places in Sosua. However, the service has gone down big time. I had to wait 15 minutes for them to take my order. The waiters would just congregate near the concierge podium talking or looking into their phones while the guests would wave frantically to get their attention. The food was also mediocre. The did comp my chorizo. Therefore, 3 stars instead 2.

I recently dined at a wonderful German-owned restaurant that exceeded my expectations. The food was top-notch, offering a delicious selection of tasty dishes. The service was exceptional. This one of my favorite restaurant in Sosua , it’s open from lunch to dinner. They have a wide menu that even includes vegetarian options and a menu for kids. It has ocean view and a nice garden to take pictures. Normally during weekends they have live music. The service is very good. It’s a nice place to celebrate weddings or any event that os not very big.

Excellent food and service right near downtown Sosua- we went at night so didn’t see the view but I’d imagine it’s nice based on location.

Amazing place food and view ✨🌻

Food and setting/view was definitely the reason for my second visit. The staff was very friendly and their English language skills were definitely appreciated. There was two large parties attending during our dinner visit which brought an increase to our wait time on occasion but was completely understandable. Over all, great escape for a beautiful meal.

One of just a few nice restaurants which certainly has a lot more class than most and not overly priced. They are generous with their alcohol drinks but sadly if you just want a glass of wine, you are served the house wine which is barely good enough for cooking. Food is excellent and generous.

Residencial hispaniola is the community that's associated with the restaurant. The community is very nice, safe and clean . . . Plus it's near the night life but still very secluded and quiet.

If the waiter asked us if we wanted an appetizer or another cocktail or dessert and filled our water The Establishment would have made another $50 in the waiter and other $5... poor management

Long wait for the food. We waited 1 hour for rice and chicken finger for our son. Fried calamari was chewy. Tuna carpaccio salty. Not recommended. The sea view is nice.

Fabulous dinner. Food and service great. Our sunset view was amazing. Up on hill right behind downtown Sosua in lovely safe and nice spot. Decor was great. Food was excellent!!!!!

Five star Food, I had the Barbeque Buffet. I will have it again. Wow so good. Less 3 stars for long food delay for our group and forgetting to bring my wife's dinner. Gained back 2 stars for owning up to the mistake and making a good apology that made her happy. 4 stars total.

Good food is hard to find in Sosua but not at La Hispanola. Lunch specials are always great and very affordable. Great view of the ocean and delicious cocktails.

Clean environment men's needs up grading And paper towels. Nice bar menu better than the two others next door to them price wise and pour. And they know how to make a cosmo.menu also seemed better.priced. only reason for 3 was due no paper to dry hands. Otherwise I've been here 4xs vs other two.
