Update: After several visits to other restaurants in Cabarete, I have to say that Bliss Restaurant is by far the best restaurant in Cabarete. Atmosphere, food and service 100% - you feel "in good hands" here. We are very happy to come back. Rightly one of the best restaurants in Cabarete. Great atmosphere and great food. Only the service does not live up to the whole 100%, but we are not here in Europe. Today we were surprised with the stuffed chicken and Angus tenderloin, excellent, just excellent 🤗 We like to come back again.

What a hidden gem! A gorgeous and unique venue. It felt like sitting in a courtyard beside a pool in Italy. The owner welcomed us and shared the evening specials. The employees were impeccable. The food was on point, simply perfect. I had the daily special which was a red snapper filet and my husband had the Churracio. We shared the beef carpaccio as an appetizer and the Tiramisu for desert... to die for. The wine selection is excellent with a description of each bottle. The bliss is now one of our "go to's" when we visit Cabarete. Thank you for an excellent dining experience and evening.

Gazpacho was just OK. Maybe it needed vinegar? My husband liked his tuna dish, although it was a little too sweet. Only slightly loud from street noise. But otherwise lovely setting and service. Bread looked delicious, but not a lot of gluten-free options. Also lots of dairy on the menu. Margarita was very good.

My wife and I frequent many of the restuarants in the Cabarete/PP/Sosua area. Bliss remains our favorite for many years !

Date night with my wife. Food was superb and restaurant is gorgeous. We've been looking for a Montreal quality restaurant to go to and we finally found it. Highly recommended!

The best of Cabarete. If you want spoil your friends this is the place. Incredible meal, Incredible owners and atmosphere. Highly recommend, specially Surprise menu.

Gnocchi, octopus, gazpacho were all super delicious. The staff is very friendly, helpful and polite. The atmosphere is an oasis in the middle of this noisy country. Balinese style interior, very nice!

The ambience is ok, food was missing taste and color.I had a plate with fish and rice and my friend had pasta with fish both were very bland. We ordered two Spritz and they were so light that I doubt they used water instead of Prosecco. Service is slow and not well coordinated. Go somewhere else if you are looking for fun food & drinks.

I'm always happy to go there. It's a good place to organize a surprise party for someone who love.

The service is amazing! They are attentive. We started with tuna tar tar, squid that was prepared like the octopus(they did not have any because the seas were rough so they could not get any). It still tasted great. Entree was rib eye steak for one and rib eye steak for 2. I felt the rib eye steak for 2 was like for 1 size. The prawns were amazing. The skirt steak was good too. I just did not get a chance to take the menu book. You can ask for it as there are more in the book. The atmosphere is nice and relaxing. Love the vibe. Swing by and give it a try if you are around the area.

Beautiful atmosphere, very friendly owners and extremely delicious food! We cleaned off every plate we ordered: polipo, tuna tartare, gazpacho and mahi mahi with tomato cream. We wanted to order everything on the menu! We were also given gluten free toast which was crispy and tasty. Bliss is definitely being saved as a spot to visit next time we come to Cabarete! Amazing, amazing food. Definitely a fine dining experience and one of the best restaurants in Cab. Steak is fantastic. Best tapenade I've ever had in my life. You can get escargot here. One of the best dining experiences (if not the best) in Cab and I recommend it to everyone. Great for large groups! It's off the beaten path - take a right or left into Callejon de la Loma (technically an alley, and depends on which direction you're coming from as you're passing Ocean Dream.) The restaurant is never really packed as a result, great place to bring a date, has a romantic vibe. Lots of space in the restaurant so you won't be sitting close to others. I believe the couple that owns the restaurant is from Spain. They were fabulous and welcoming and I'm so glad they're sharing their culinary traditions and expertise with the rest of the world. I think I've been here about five times and their specials were well thought out and do not disappoint. They're also very adventurous with the specials but I have to say I was not a fan of the "chocolate ravioli" (ravioli with a chocolate filling, not a dessert)... My friend ordered this and I tried it and it was well prepared... but let's just say it tasted exactly the way you expect chocolate ravioli to taste... A warning for diners: wear long pants and long sleeves. DO NOT sit next to the pool. Mosquitos will absolutely eat you alive. It's still 100% worth it. They accept American Express.

Very good restaurant and great ambience. The owners and staff are really nice, professional and we missed nothing there during our dinner. One of the best places we found so far in the cabarete / sosua area!
