Best chicken in Cabarete with great local Dominican atmosphere. Very unique and it's been my go-to easy dinner since 2003! Same family, same recipes, same great service. Also they can cater events with delicious Dominican food....enjoy!

Loved this authentic spot! My husband and I each had a soda, split a whole chicken and had a side of yucca. It was a lot of food, and so yummy! It was under 500 pesos and worth double. The owner was awesome and speaks pretty good English.

This place is the REAL deal Dominican food. Chicken is either 1/4 or 1/2s usually, cooked on a low flame smoker for about 20-30 min while your vegetables and tostones are made fresh. We got about 6-7 pieces of chicken, large box of tostones, and side of veggies all for around 750 pesos. Cannot beat this value and taste - so juicy. It is a must if you are in cabarete! There is seating and you can bring a bottle of wine if you’d like (nobody ever checks).

Great fresh made empanadas that my kids were begging for! The people were friendly and the food was delicious. I’d definitely return :)

We showed up after 3 and didn't see any smoke, so Senora was still preparing and said opened at 4.We came back later on with 3 cerveza as they don't have beer.Place was smoking! Love the authentic Dominican tin roof and palapa look.Senora offered us some Yucca and onion to try as a side , was good so ordered that and vegetables along with 2 half chickens. Tasty seasoning and juice on it.Very nice family and business will be back 🤤😁

I had a lunch at Parrilla Luis and I absolutely loved it! The place has a big grill place where they cook on fire chicken, ribs and fish. I got quarter of a grilled chicken with side of steamed yucas and a salad. It was really good! The place doesn't serve beer, but you can go and buy some literally the next door. The meal cost me 250 dop. Would definitely go there again

The chicken is moist and the sauce is flavourful. Also sides yucca, veggies, service and ambience were excellent.

Best chicken on the island and everything is made fresh. Definitely recommend as it is also affordable and seems to be a family run operation. Very friendly people, love the little seating area in the back.

Delicious barbeque chicken and owned by Dominicans. For a whole chicken expect to pay $380 pesos (7.50 USA). Their tostones (fried plantains) are really good too. I could eat there every day.

The grilled chicken had a zesty lemon seasoning that was amazing! We ordered the sautéed vegetables that were also incredible. Great authentic place.

Chicken is great - flavorful and tasty with a good portion sized side dish. The only reason for four, not five stars is the pork chop isn’t as good as the chicken and we paid what I’d call a ‘tourist tax’ or premium.

Super simple (no thrills, hole in the wall like) bbq place with a few dishes (grill chicken, pork chops and a few sides to select from). Great value for money if you feel like having a protein heavy plate after a surfing day. Added bonus - place is run by a super nice local family.

Comedor style chicken and pork bbq on charcoals. I went there many times with a friend while in Cabarete, we took the full chicken with rice and yukas, delicious and affordable.
