Had a great time. Food is really food, staff is very nice. Lots of activities, some for a fee, or lay by the pool or on the beach and enjoy. The 2 restaurants offer great selections. Buffet is amazing. Lost my prescription glasses and hoping they will mail them to me!

The entertainment team was great! They were very friendly to my boyfriend and myself and also my parents. Martin, Isaac and the rest of the team made the stay here more fun. We did have an issue with hot water and water pressure for the first 2 days but it was eventually fixed. I do suggest not getting the super saver rooms if you don't want to walk 4 flights of stairs and have no balcony. Other than that I would definitely return to this resort. Food was great too!

The resort is pretty clean, an all inclusive stay located on the beach. The staff understand English pretty well and google translate ways helps. Some of the locals don't like it because their seafood options are limited as well as some of their drink options. But it comes down to personal preference. The rooms are simple and clean and each room comes with a balcony. You are required to wear a mask when walking around and there are hand sanitizer dispensers everywhere. At the beach it can get a bit annoying with some of the locals trying to sell you something. PRO TIP if you are trying to go somewhere outside of the resort- GET AN UBER! A taxi costs $20 and up to get to the city center where an Uber only costs $3-$6!!

We had a great time, the people that work in the hotel are great people, animation staff are the best, especially Isaac such a funny, great personalty , o can't wait wait to come back to the hotel in the near feature. Bye Dominican. See you soon. Beautiful people.

Tolles Hotel, bei welchem die Zimmer schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen sind, aber für ein 3,5 Sterne Hotel prima. Essen hervorragend, mit Meerblick. Alles schön sauber, gutes Wassersportangebot, leckere, wirklich gut gemixte Drink's. Warum ich nur 4 Sterne gebe? Schlechte, bis gar keine Sportanimation, Abendprogramm billig und albern. Das wir 2 mal Kakalaken im Bad hatten, nun ja, ist halt Tropenklima und da wir ein Zimmer ebenerdig hatten...an der Sauberkeit hat es jedenfalls nicht gelegen.

Eine Traumhaft schöne Anlage in super Lage. Es war ein Traumurlaub wie man ihn sich vorstellt. Die Zimmer waren immer sauber und wurden täglich gereinigt, die Verpflegung immer schmackhaft und bekömmlich. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Leider ist der Urlaub schon 3 Jahre her, wir erinnern uns aber sehr gerne daran zurück.

Went to Puerto Plata in 2020 before the Pandemic and the staff were just absolutely fantastic, so enthusiastic and bring lots of entertainment to the Resort! Food there is also the best variety I’ve had at any resort, especially the freshly made pasta! Pool area was really nice and big, with a built in bar and a volleyball net. Rooms were great and clean, would recommend to families and everyone who is looking for a great vacation.

The beach is absolutely beautiful here! It is always clean, and everyone here is so kind. Martin specifically was one of the most fun entertainers! We had one of the super save rooms and although it was the top floor and you have to climb stairs, each level is only 5 steps each so not a tough climb at all even though someday say it is. Drinks are always perfect and made to how you want them!

Great service especially RUDY the pool bartender a very nice guy. the place is clean and a THE FOOD VERY GOOD a lot of security that make you feel very safe. the only thing that i didn't agree is that the children are allowed to be in the adult side of the pool around the bar they have a kids pool. but beside that the place is great.

I were there and sadly signed a membership for 2 years at the „Club“ and really wished i had never done it. It was called the „paradise vacation club“ Pay attention if someone offers you benefits in the HOTEL. They are talented to sell you Stuff you NEVER NEED. I went there for 13d at 1200$ and an extra of 1000$ for the“Clun“-benefits for 2year( and some not really cheaper offers for rooms).

Amazing time! Perfect location on the beach with awesome views and food. For celebrating my sister's birthday! Poolside & night entertainment was ok. Shout out to the best bartender Carlos! Friendly, attentive to all. I'll never forget you!

Lovely, updated resort with lots of dining options to suite everyones needs. Staff is very friendly. Rooms are spacious and clean. Pool is dreadfully cold, so cold (even in the summer time) that I could not get in. It was still very beautiful to lay and tan by. Beach is beautiful (not blue water) but far too rough to swim in - it would be dangerous to swim in. Great local tours to explore the city.

Great place! Yaritza is great, she works in the entertainment team. She is full of energy and always smiling. Food is good, very comfortable beds. The disco has a good vibe and is never full. The hotel need more drinks variety. But overall I enjoy my stay.

Really nice hotel. The entertainment crew is brilliant! Especially a guy named Isak. He treats everyone so well. Nice pools for both children and adults. The beach is literally on your doorstep. Food is awesome. Don't miss out on the snack bar at Eden's. Cocktails are great. An all and all great place to stay for 14 days. Will definitely come back!
