The store itself is pretty well organized. The problem I always have is that the cafeteria area seats are mostly occupied by merchandisers and Walmart employees. 1 employee occupies seating for 4. Management needs to get them a breakroom.

Always crowded, but it's worth it, It's centric and you can find practically everything in just one place. Some cashiers are not people friendly thou.

The place is fine but the line for entering is god awfull takes around 10 mins to enter

Parking logistics at the entrance is a disaster. There is only one way in and one way out, which begins right at the main entrance of the store. Maybe make second door at the end of the parking lot the main entrance to permit better flow of vehicles without having the added delay of pedestrians crossing.

This Walmart is an Amazing store I was really impress of our Walmart Stores in Puerto Rico they have everything you need. I saw this beautiful Patio set that really caught my eye it was only $116.00 & it included the table, the chair's, with a really nice design on the umbrella. I thought the price was right very reasonable, they have nice plants, a lot of baby clothing on sale, lots of pretty dresses for girls, their employees are really helpful and polite & they always walked around with smile on their faces & their eager to help their customers. I been to this store a few times & I always walk out satisfy with their low prices. Last time I bought a few kitchen items my self, a ceramic cup cake baking pan really nice I made some corn muffins & they came out really delicious & another pan to make flan & to also make our Traditional pastelón. Nice place the bakery department was really good the 3 leches cake so yummy.

Walmart is ALWAYS busy. For some reason they always have thw fire alarm going off at random times. So much so that no one even cares. But you cam find what you're looking for.

For breakfast don't even try it Slow, 0620 breakfast still nor ready and if you ask for coffee it can take another while stay away specially if you value your time.

Super packed no matter what time.

So I’ve been to many Walmarts in America and all though Puerto Rico 🇵🇷 is part of USA , all the prices are at least 30%more like two bucks more or less give or take a buck was kinda disappointing… but very well stocked workers was great and helpful, need more space in certain spots but over all great 👍

The Good: Big, everything you need, well organized. The Bad: getting in to the parking lot is a hassle. The Ugly: 95% of the damn shopping carts are trashy-mostly broken-almost unusable. I don’t understand how such a big store has old poorly quality carts.

Their produce isn’t that great and their groceries options are a bit limited. Everything else is fine as in any other Walmart Supercenter. They didn’t have portable AC units either - but it seems that portable AC units are next to non-existent in Puerto Rican retail for some reason so I won’t hold it against this particular Walmart.

Products available, easy traffic to get there, employees very attentive. Great purchase experience.

It's a big Walmart with all kinds of stuff it has other stores inside there's a Banco popular a store where you can get you're glass there's an extra clearance store that has all sorts of stuff the Gaby's mini donuts Is a must before entering the store it tastes so good they have a clothing section electronic section has ps5 the new Xbox Nintendo switch phones and there is a clearance shelf for games that are super cheap and cost less than they're online cost if you like that selection of games it's worth buying in general pretty good Walmart I mean it is a super store not going to lie.

Store clean and organize, employees courteous and professionals but parking space and organization is horrible and time wasting.Hope the parking issue get fix because is a very good store.

Excellent variety of products at great prices. The clearance & sale items are an added bonus. Grocery section is well stocked & check out is fast.

They have become a staple on the island. Shelves are stocked. Important are the prices, not as high as on the mainland, especially for the food staples. Staff extremely friendly. Gotta admit, if you know what you are doing, you can eat well here on low $.

Normal large set-up indoors but the parking is poor as there are very few exits causing a lot of traffic jams.

There is only one entrance to the parking and it's always a mess. I love Walmart but this hassle keeps me away.

We got sandwiches at Walmart in caugus, it took them 40 minutes to make i can't believe it i almost asked for my money back and than they didn't taste good. Live and learn.

Good place to find almost everything. But long lines to enter cause the pandemic and long lines to pay. I think this is going to be normal everywere. I give 5 stars if this change.

Got what I needed, checkout was fast and employees I saw throughout the store were super friendly.

They got HOT food here including my favorite. ( sancocho) it was so good, and very reasonable price.

Very big with a bit of everything I'm tends to be quite crowded regardless of the date. Due to how crowded it gets the road to the store is extremely slow on most days. The supermarket area is quite extensive and includes a lot of variety. Aside from some of the other areas being a bit hard to find due to the size of the store, everything is pretty well organized.

I only was passing through but it seems a great place I'll have to go back sometime soon.

They have everything I love in the food section, and at good prices, Greek yogurt, the cosmetic section is a blast a like it too..

It's just Walmart not a big deal prices are a little more than the US... Especially when you add the taxes here that are off the roof. There's a couple of things that I buy in the US that I can't find here and may i add There's always one or two cashiers or lazy person on the floor or CSN ..that might trigger a nerve but ignore those people and pray for them they just miserable and forget about comparing prices online that does not exist here.. and even if they stock things wrong they will fight you for every penny even if the policy says they have to give it to you at that price but other than that there's also kind people that love to serve andI have a funny sense of humor. I've only gotten attitude from the one in plaza Centro Caguas and I came for a death in the family haven't been here in years and I have extended my stay for almost a month so my experience has been if you want to go to a good Walmart that people will be kinder Go to the one on cayey my experience been that they have better attitude.

What can I say about Walmart that you already don’t know? This Walmart is always very full specially on weekdays. To get in and out is a bit slow because its just has 2 ways in and out so you’ll just need some patience to get in and out, but you’ll be fine.
