I got really overcharged, she'd put through several fresh produce items as other ones. Plus 6 lotions instead of 2. Ffs.To add money on I guess. Very strange. Found her rude, common chip-on-their-shoulder Mexican. Was in a rush so didn't notice til after I left. The staff are generally rude and miserable. The only ones who spoke to me were those trying to push processed meats. The store itself is OK, the checkout wait is ridiculous. Just check your receipt before you leave.

Wide variety of selection of goods. The store is very clean and well illuminated. The restrooms are at the entrance. The store Always has good promotions. It is a well stocked store. A/C is always on at this store. From fruit & vegetables, milk dairy products, Meat, pet supplies, car supplies, garden, furniture, clothing, alcohol, and farmacy. The store gives you 2 hours of free parking (with a minimum purchase of $60 pesos). The only thing I was disappointed was that they don't put more cashiers. Has long lines and alot of closed checkout stations.

A great supermarket in puerto Vallarta. This is more of a grocery and box store. They have every kind of grocery plus toys and electronics and patio furniture and glassware etc. They do have prepared pico, guacamole that are amazing. I. Fact they have a whole deli with ready to go food. Both hot and cold. In the fish department they also have several kinds of prepared ceviche which are surprisingly well done.

Good place, always busy so plan on waiting. Your on Mexico time so it will be ok. Good selection of food and other household needs along with clothes. They allow my service animal, so they’re all right with me

Excellent grocery store. We enjoyed shopping here as opposed to Walmart or Costco because it is an actual Mexican grocery store and part of travel is learning about a new culture! We loved buying their rotisserie chickens and the fresh tortillas and fresh guacamole (must get there in the morning to catch the guacamole) easy cheap and delicious meal! The bakery is really fun. We liked to let the kids choose from the great selection. For 6 pesos you can get a donut. They've got ham and cheese croissants and behind the counter they often have fresh sandwiches all packages and ready to go. I highly recommend a trip to the panaria of Soriana.

A top notch grocery store. Meets are your needs and than some. Most shelves are fully stocked. Very clean restrooms. Only downside was not all the employees were English speaking but what the heck I am in Mexico.

I loved it there! They did not give me a hard time for my service dog! If I ever go back to Puerto Vallarta I'm going to do my shopping there! Much thanks you to the security gaurds!

Covid-19 protocols in place. Lots of free parking. Wheelchair Accessible. Clean, spacious and well lit. Lots of variety in a large range of products. They even carry Hidden Valley Ranch salad dressing 🤣 I will definitely be back and recommend this location to everyone else.

Boring. The food is very expensive, the prices are compared to those, in Canada. We were hoping to shop local but the choice is only American, overpriced, goods. Not recommended.

Produce is so-so. They were out of carrots and other things when I visited

Won't let you shop with a backpack. Security guard will stop you but doesn't even speak English to explain the policy to tourists.

Staff pretend to be blind. They are rude and pretend to not see you there and they also try to cut you off when you’re pushing your shopping cart around without saying excuse me. This Soriana location lacks a lot of things that you can find at another Soriana location nearby. Anyways, all their produce and meats look fresh though and store is well-cleaned.

Horrible loss prevention practices. I bought something, walked out, then walked back inside to purchase additional items. The cashier asked me to hand over the first purchase, claiming that they needed to verify that I bought it, even though I had my receipt. Holding up the line and taking my time.
