I’m pretty sure it’s illegal for Hyatt to block access to the beach. You are not allowed to have private beaches in puerto Vallarta

Looks like a very nice beach, but there is no accessing it, as the Hyatt does not allow passage and everything around is carefully fenced. Very unfortunate that Hyatt gets to operate above the law.

Only way to access beach seems to be by paying $60 for mandatory all inclusive day pass.

You can't access the beach. Illegal. The Mexican government needs to step in.

I wonder what would happen if you took a water taxi to this beach and just plopped yourself down with your own umbrella and chair. Would they try to kick you out?

Unfortunately, Hyatt has the beach blocked!! So sad this is permitted, because is not allowed.

Boycott Hyatt for illegally blocking this beach!

We saw beach on google maps looked like a nice beach for swimming.. Walked 1 km only to find no public access. Is entirely fenced off and only access is via the Hyatt private road. All beaches in Hawaii have public access paths. Shame on Hyatt.
