Lovely experience! Mom & son bring you authentic homemade Mexican cultural cuisine. Blue corm tortillas topped with delicious meats or veggies as you wish. Take his suggestions, leads you to an amazing dish or two. Affordable prices, delicious food. Caring service, appreciative family owned business. Customizes to your preference! Highly recommend! Beer & wine available!

We were looking for a place to eat and ran across this place on Google, reviews were awesome and we would have to agree. Close to hotel zone, amazing food, great music and great service. I would highly recommend going to eat there. It's nice to see them cook in front of us too. Owner and mother are the sweetest 💗

Excellent food — I love the cactus on the tacos! The owner and his family are so friendly and welcoming. There's also a breakfast option that isn't on the menu. Very reasonable prices, tacos for 25 to 65 pesos. Have eaten here 3 times already during our stay and will be going back again.

The food is delicious and the service friendly. We ordered a variety of tacos that were all tasty. Their house-made chips were awesome. English spoken. Definitely visit El Chinelo Grill.

Wow! Such good food, great service, and a fun, authentic atmosphere in this cute small open-air restaurant. The Taco Chinelo was by far the best taco plate I have ever eaten. Fresh home made Tortillas, 3 kinds of meat, delicious melted cheese, and more. It was soooo good!!! It's a must try!!! I know we will be back for it!

I want to keep this place a secret…but that would not be fair. You are not going to want miss out on the mouth watering goodness that is created here. Fresh made tortillas and sauces and the meat…oh the meat…you just have to eat here and experience the flavor party in your own mouth! This is not just a restaurant, this special family welcomes you “home”. Definitely one of our favorites.

Loveliest people we’ve met in PV. Margaritas were one of the best as well. Super welcoming and cozy. Food was 4/5

The best people ever!!! Mom and pops location nearby our stay and opens late. We stopped by Monday night and they were so sweet. We got the mushroom quesadilla, huarache, mocajete, and Agua Fresca which is big like 0.5 L. We spent ~$57 USD, a bit better pricing if you pay in pesos obviously. This place is CASH ONLY.

Such a nice, local, family-owned place! The mom is amazing, lots of great conversations and so much kindness. They really make you feel appreciated. The cocktails were the priciest thing we got but definitely worth it! Food was great, everything felt really fresh because they were out of some products, meaning that they get some limited fresh produce every day!

Friends stopped by on a food tour, this place is in the Versalles neighborhood is authentic Mexican food , the stuff that comes out of this small kitchen is delicious. We had the Molcajete monster , forget the name of the drink we had but it was a mezcale based drink served in a clay mug , amazingingly delicious. Waiter explained a lot about how they make there meals , lots of vegetarian options, a must try if your in the area.

What a gem. I got the best service and a super meal at a low price. There isn’t a better place than this. I think the owners waited on me. They went across the street while a neighbor was picking limes off their tree. They ended up in my beer. Just a great experience!!!!!!

So happy we found this place while stumbling around PV! The owner took great pride in his food. Love the moles. The food was excellent! I wasn’t sure if I was crying tears of joy, or if it was the spice. Will definitely come back.
