I can not recommend buying here. We bought a Dream in a Box Spring Air mattress 3 months ago still in the original packaging and never used. We were seeking to exchange it for a more expensive mattress ($546 US vs $2,500 US) and management said “exchanges are not allowed”. There is no policy advertised. But buyer beware.

Quick and prompt service by the English speaking gentleman there. He recommended several options within my stated budget. I picked up a Sealy on sale for a great price.

O will say it again. Does everyone really need to sell mattresses? I have never seen one being purchased in a department store. I always order by phone and they deliver. Magic!

My experience at this store was very good. Luckily there was a man who spoke English. He was very pleasant, showed me a wide range of mattresses at different price points. They also have one-day delivery if you need it.
