An exceptional stay around. Rolando, Juan, Enrique, Ana, and everyone else on staff made our stay a true relaxing vacation. The room was spotless (and I mean spotless not a spec of dust, thank you Amanda and service team), the was food delicious, and the location is perfect for those who like to explore by foot. Thank you Casa Nicole Team, I look forward to my next return.

Stayed 6 days and had a beautiful experience. The location is just a block from the ocean and on a great street to access nightlife. There is a pool on the roof top and gym. We had breakfast at the restaurant below 2 times and had fantastic service and a great meal ($25 USD) positive: -The showers we great -filtered water for drinking -next to a OXXO for snacks and drinks -pool with shade for days the beach was too busy -private and romantic location -not on a loud and busy street If I had ONE Negative… -the pool water was chilly But that is being picky. I would recommend this to any couple looking for a stay.

I always have a great meal at Casa Nicole. The service is amazing, food is fresh and delicious. I love the outdoor patio, but when it gets too hot, they also have indoor AC.

The nicest staff and so accommodating. I had to extend our stay as my husband got injured. They moved rooms so we could not go up the stairs, they recommended some takeout that I could bring to my husband. I was so appreciative of them and felt like I was leaving true friends at check out. The rooms were spacious and the tub was huge! It was also nice having an outside patio and balcony. And their restaurant is really good and gets busy. Fair priced and good omelettes!

Stayed here for three nights and loved every moment! This is truly a boutique hotel with less than 10 rooms (I think), making for an intimate they-know-our-names experience. Service: Juan and staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. They really knew our names and were readily available if we had questions or needed recommendations. Rooms: everything was clean and modern. The body wash & shampoo provided smelled divine! We had a room on the 1st floor right next to the restaurant. This meant that every morning at 7am, we would hear the staff prepping for the day and hear patrons/music as they trickled in for breakfast. I would keep this in mind if you're a light sleeper & request a room on the 2nd floor. Amenities: the hotel is overall very modern and well decorated. The rooftop pool was small but had ample sun lounges and tables. Because the hotel has limited guests, I had the entire pool to myself majority of the time. Gym was equipped with dumbbells, bench, and four cardio machines. Location: on the northern, quieter side of Romantic Zone, it's 3 blocks away from the main strips and 1-2 blocks from the beach. Super convenient to get around. Overall, we loved our stay here and would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend to others!

We decided to come to the Casa De Nicole restaurant for breakfast one morning during our stay in PV, and that meal is the highlight meal of our trip. Amazing servers, the coffee was unmatched! We both have the chiliquillas with eggs and chicken and we were blown away as we had the same meal at other locations. The quantity was large, the flavours were amazing and we were treated so kindly! We we will be back!

This review is only for the restaurant. We didn't stay in and just been there for Sunday brunch. Place is really nice with indoor or outdoor seating. Service was amazing with friendly waiters. Coffee Drinks and fresh juices could be a an excuse for a cool down return. Food was a bit oily and pancakes were a bit off beat with (I guess) oxana cheese! All in all, nice experience.

Clean, modern and walking distance to everything. We've been coming to PV for a while and decided to find a spot that was in walking distance to all of our favorite places to eat, that also has cold modern air conditioning, and a restaurant on site. This is it! The staff is extremely attentive and friendly, going the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. The beds, blankets and pillows are luxurious, as are the towels. We got a room with a shower and a free standing tub. Big flat screen TV and a mini fridge in the room. Plenty of storage for your things. The food on site is delicious. The hotel is right across from a bakery and a convenience store (maybe 10 steps from the front door). Location is secure. A few blocks from the river market. Several ATMs nearby for getting pesos. Taxis readily available for any extended adventure. For your consideration: Not recommended for small kids in my opinion, the rooftop pool is about 5ft deep and the stairs are all tile. There are plenty of other family spots in PV to choose from. The views are mostly of other buildings (see my photos). There isn't a spa on site but several in walking distance. If you're looking for a "stay in" type of resort this is probably not for you. Not very many community spaces. Again, nothing wrong with that just depends on what experience you want. Overall a wonderful home base for your PV stay!

We loved our stay at Casa Nicole! The location was perfect; close enough that everything was walkable, but just far enough off the Malecón to escape the noise. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean and modern, and the rooftop pool was beautiful. The restaurant is open for breakfast/brunch with plenty of delicious choices just steps from your room. The only drawback was that the noise created by the kitchen preparing for the day around 6am woke me up daily, but once the restaurant closed in the afternoon the place was silent. Overall, we loved the intimate vibe of this small boutique hotel and would definitely visit again (although we may request to be a little further from the kitchen next time, lol).

The design of the dining area is quite beautiful in the garden. I had the avocado toast and it had no taste at all unfortunately and the prices are okay. The service was top notch. I will try it again but not anytime soon. There are too many other eateries to explore here in Vallarta.

I absolutely recommend this hotel! You do not need to keep reading, here's the simple truth: excellent service, spotless rooms, great breakfast/brunch, close to every amenity and the AC works awesome! I recently stayed with a friend at Casa Nicole for a week in Jalisco, Puerto Vallarta. The hotel was accommodating of our late check-in time (after 8pm) and we were greeted warmly. I really started to enjoy saying "Hola" to Juan every evening. The service in the restaurant was always fast and the staff were very eager to serve. The food was hot and delicious. I want to say "Mucho Gracias" to Amanda who cleaned our room. She always did a great job!! I wish I could have left her a better note to express our gratitude. I have probably said it enough but Ana don't quit your job! You are a gem in the industry. To the management and staff who will read this please know that you have made our vacation wonderful. Russell and I were very sad to leave. We felt like we were leaving good friends and we hope to see you all very soon!! <3

This hotel is advertised in the Romantic Zone which is technically accurate. Truly though it is an urban hotel in a very busy streetscape. Trucks, sirens, a steady stream of vehicles winding through the narrow street in front of the hotel. The room we had was on the ground floor and what a shock it was to discover that at 7 am. every morning the clatter of setting up a restaurant within feet of our front door would begin. Yes the area metres from our room (stone floors) was set up for a 80 seat restaurant. Only open until 3 pm. but basically opening your door meant you were in the brunch bunch. Rooms clean, staff pleasant, the rooftop little pool area was our saviour to getting this hotel 4 stars. However the sliding door opened onto a inner planting area that did not inspire. Why does this hotel even exist? Not sure but given the sketchy nature of the neighbourhood, it was definitely the best choice I suppose.

Best breakfast in town! Enrique is our favorite waiter in the patio area!

I stole this review because it brilliantly encapsulates my experience. We did not stay in the hotel, but we were there for breakfast in the restaurant. The upscale feel of this place is accentuated with their excellent service and high quality food. Breakfast was one of the best we have had in Vallarta. Uniformed staff are friendly and helpful, prices are very reasonable and the quality of the food is wonderful. I’ve had far inferior food, in a far inferior space with far inferior service for the same price elsewhere in PV. If you want a lovely, very upscale, but mid priced breakfast, I recommend.
