Such a cute and fun place to stay. It’s a one minute walk to the boardwalk and it is chock full of instagrammable spaces. The colors used in this Casa are bright and beautiful and the staff will help you with anything you need. They are quick to respond and beyond sweet. Location to restaurants and entertainment are just minutes away. We felt very safe here and their beds are incredibly comfortable.

Disgusting, cockroach infested mess. We had to leave at 5am because it was infested with cockroaches in our bedroom. When we tried to get a refund from Emilio for the rest of our stay, we kept being blown off until we were eventually ignored completely. Avoid at all costs.

Great location, very reasonable. 1 block from the Malecon. Clean, amazing hot shower. Mattress appears to be new king size and very comfortable. Air conditioning is Great. Community kitchen and hot plate in the room. Rooftop terrace with great view and quiet during the day. Not quiet at night but that is why we come here. Music till 3am and an amazing and positive vibe fills the Malecon every day.

The location of the hotel is great a block to the beach. The area has a lot of traffic but the suites are well insulated. Abraham was very friendly and very attentive. The bed was comfortable, the suite was beautiful and the wi-fi worked well. Love it!! Thank you so much!!

I was very pleased with my stat at Casa Maria Malecon. As a female solo traveler, I can 100% say that I felt safe my entire stay at Casa Maria Malecon. Thank you, Abraham. Casa Maria is an excellent place to stay right on the Malecon this was my 3rd visit and already planning my 4th. Very clean and comfortable. Whilst I was there Abraham assured me if there were any problems he would help. There were no problems

The accommodation is rough . Emilio failed to disclose that there is a disco next to the building the noise at night is stifling, no windows and the lighting is poor. The door lock jammed locking me inside- no emergency exit or way out a fire trap and disaster waiting to happen.”, air con did not shut off nor is it adjustable, refridge not working properly …bed comfortable, bathroom updated. Boardwalk one block away. I would rate this a 1 …… We left the property and booked another place. Addendum: the bribe was if they were to consider a refund I must not put a negative review…I have two words for the management.

Horrible owner. Everything was broken. Locked door was easily opened. Deceptive posting, very disappointed. Couldn't even get sheets for one of the beds until the next day. Fan didn't work and owner had no intention of fixing it.

Casa Maria Malecón Is such a cute place to stay at. It has beautiful and colorful Mexican vibes. The rooms are warm and cozy with colorful traditional decor. Common areas are vibrant and very soothing to the eye. It is close to really nice cafés and restaurants, I prefer the ones on the block past the boardwalk. I love this place. Abraham who is the manager and his staff are very nice. Will definitely stay here again.

Great location! Located downtown close to great restaurants and bars. The boardwalk (malecon) is only steps away and a short walk will take you to the beach and romantic zone. Abraham is an excellent host and will answer questions you may have. The room was perfect for me and my girlfriend. We enjoyed sitting outside on the balcony. You can see the ocean to the left and mountains to the right. Good price for this spot!

Great place ! Loved the decor. Just stayed there one day with a friend but everything was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Would surely go back
