It was late at night and was craving pizza and calamari. I found it in this place close to my hotel. I dined alone but didn't feel alone at alone. Great friendly people works here, very attentive.

Whoa !!!!!!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Monday 30 peso Tapas 🚀🚀🚀 14 x items and I could not stop eating It’s a culinary adventure that mimics some popular items on their menu. Try it all, you won’t be disappointed. Bartender was talented He made a citrus grapefruit drink that was out of this world. So refreshing . Strong, but not overpowering. The cab was also nice. Tang, dry and bold. The highly recommended Coconut cake, was the 💣💣💣. It’s worth every savory moment. Super cool staff. Good conversations and Lots of great food recommendation in the area. It’s a definite must revisit again and again. If this review was helpful, please follow or give it a 👍 Happy travels

We love this place! Delicious tapas (and other things) in our favorite part of town. The service is great, too.

So good we came back 3 times during our 6 night stay in Zona Romantica. Monday Tapas special was awesome and also the Mediterranean lamb! The pizza though… my god. One of the best we’ve had and very affordable. The variety of toppings is excellent and unique as well. Will be back on our next trip.

This restaurant is a must-visit if you're in the area and looking for an exceptional dining experience. The ambiance of the restaurant is cozy and well-designed, although it can be a bit challenging to secure a table due to its popularity. However, once seated, the attentive and friendly staff make you feel right at home. The cocktails are expertly crafted and the menu is filled with unique and delicious options. I particularly enjoyed the spinach salad, which was bursting with flavors and textures, as well as the calamari, which was cooked to perfection. While the restaurant can get busy, making a reservation ahead of time is definitely worth it. The wait time for a table can be quite long, but it's absolutely worth it for the experience that 116 Púlpito provides

We had a great dinner here! Great location, we could see the sunset from our table outside. It was tapas night, so we tried 7 of them. We then shared the poke tuna and grilled octopus. The food was excellent!!! David, the owner was very friendly and checked in with us during dinner to ensure we were having a positive experience. The waiter provided excellent service too. We will definitely go back and highly recommend 116 Pulpito to others.

Ordered a pizza for takeout. The cheese was barely melted and cold in some spots. Was expecting more with all the positive reviews.

We set up reservations to eat here and this is just 2-days after hurricane Lydia. On our way there the rains came out of nowhere and it was massive sheets of rain, we finally made it by hailing a cab. Pulpita had no power so it was dark, but they made room for us and had some candles ready. The good was great, we had the octopus, chicken and salad. Then they gave us a house drink which was awesome! Upon leaving we could not get a cab, one of them went through the rain soaked and hailed us a cab. I did not have any pesos left due to the storms and banks not working. They did all they could to take care of us. I highly recommend this place and the service was awesome with no power so can't wait to see what it is like fully functional.

Fantastic place to eat at in Romantica. Service was top notch. Bevies very tasty and creative. We had the octopus and gazspatchio and they were out of this world. Highly recommend. Patio and indoor seating.

I wanted to love this place and some of the dishes were good but it somehow didn't come together. The gazpacho, for example, had a fresh and delicious flavor and the fresh pieces of onion and cucumber in it were great bit a skewer with big pieces of prosciutto just didn't work. The spinach salad was delicious, though the dressing was a bit too sweet in my opinion. Pizza was not impressive though. The crust and sauce reminded me of a frozen pizza. I might go back if I lived in the area and would try something different. Monitor were good, though, and prices were reasonable.

I have lived in Vallarta for 4+ years and this is one of my favorite places. Pros: service, flat breads, salad, craft cocktails. Cons: nada. It's worth the wait

This little place had ok food, but they were trying to hard to do the show... Not worth the price for what you get food wise. They do have a decent drink menu though. Also the service here was some of the worst we received in PV...

Love this friendly place. We came in frazzled after a stressful flight, which included prolonged turbulence and a medical emergency on board. (Not to mention leaving my wallet in the taxi on the way to our accommodation). We were really too tired to make a selection but Benjamin offered up a small serving of olives, then recommend the spinach salad. He said it was large enough to share, and it was....both large enough and delicious. He also recommended the gnocchi, which was the house special on the night, again saying it was a shareable size offering. I enjoyed mine with a lemonada as I don't imbibe in alcohol, and my wife enjoyed a reasonably-priced cervaza. Our next visit was on a Monday which is when they feature a variety of tapas, artistically put together and displayed. We started sharing the Greek salad before sharing seven of the tapas, which were delicious. We also enjoyed the coconut shrimp, and finished with blueberry cheesecake. Our third visit included summer rolls as an appetizer and the special offering of black pasta with salmon, mwhich we again shared. It was enough for us but if you're really hungry, I'd order one each. My wife enjoyed a generous glass of sangria and I again enjoyed a lemonada, We finished with the cheesecake (made in-house by Diego), and coffees. My wife said that she'll be happy to come back to Puerto Vallarta just to come here for dinner!

The place is really cute but small, we arrive at 7:11 pm and by 7:30 the queue started so I recommend to make a previous reservation. Food is good and prices are considerably. 100% recommended I’ll back soon!

Amazing service, incredible food! Make sure you try the Tapas and Tempura for appetizers and it’s a good idea to make a reservation since the building is very small. Waiter speaks perfect English which is nice

Whether it's the delicious pizza or Monday night tapas specials, everything we've dined on has been great. Including some very creative and tasty Moscow mules. Service is great, but the place does get crowded so reservations are recommended. We took the pizza to go since it was busy and our room was in the god awful hotel above the restaurant.

What a wonderfully place... drinks are amazing (I highly recommend the hibiscus and cinnamon gin), pizzas are more than amazing and you can pick up your ingredients (delicious and thin), and to make it more perfect: cozy and great staff attending. For sure we’ll come back during this trip and the following ones. Don’t forget to order something for dessert!!!

Delicious fare and casual setting. Servers were super friendly and the drinks were amazing! We had the gazpacho, croquetas, calamari and shrimp. Flavor and presentation were on point for everything. Portion size was enough for 2 people. Definitely worth a visit if you want a nice casual dinner while in PV.

We got a table inside, the atmosphere was welcoming, intimate, and modern. The graphic design on the menus and on the walls reflects the attention to detail that the cooks infuse into every dish. The tapas were on point, we ordered 5 different dishes to cycle through and they were an adventure through the tastebud kingdom. Leaves you feeling satisfied but not too stuffed. Great place for a date night or just a fun night out with friends.

Tapas mainly so small shareable plates. Great looking drinks and a tasty falafel dish to boot. There's not many falafel serving restaurants in the area but this is one of them. The beet hummus is fantastic too and i don't even like beets!😂
