Great breakfast spot. Big portions for some items but others a good portion, not too big. Very accommodating to requests on dishes and all staff were very friendly, speaking both Spanish and English. We had the eggs which came with hasbrowns, the chilaquiles rojo and an order of a single pancake with Nutella and strawberries. The pancake was big and had a lot of strawberries on it. It was very good. All dishes were delicious. Quite a bit of cheese on the chilaquiles more than I have had previously but they were still nice.

After a week, I was missing my American breakfast. Food was good and nicely portioned. Service was excellent. Complimentary bread with butter was a surprised. My cappuccino was good along with my fresh fruit. Their omelette was really good too and highly recommend. Topped with avocados which was fantastic. Cash only just a heads up. Cheers!

It was pack!! Had to wait half an hour but definitely worth it! Waiter moved the table out of the sun a bit and stopped it from being wobbly. I absolutely loved their pancakes! Delicious giant mountain of whipped cream with fresh cut strawberries on warm chocolate pancakes. Definitely recommend!

When a place is packed every time you walk by, it’s a sign to eat there! Loved e atmosphere of the pancake house. Fast, friendly service. Open air, but lots of shade with all the plants. Delicious fluffy pancakes, omelettes & eggs Benedict. Good coffee too. Will definitely come back! A hop, skip & a jump from our air bnb.

This place is lovely. The staff is lovely very attentive & the location itself is lovely. The only thing I’d say is that it’s very pedestrian. The food here is nothing particularly memorable & the taste is not great. It’s like diner food but with a you’re a tourist in Mexico flair. Most of everything here is bland. I ordered I believe a pecan waffle & whereas you’d think it’d be a toasty waffle with toasted pecans folded into the batter, I got a room temperature waffle with raw chopped pecans on top, which is odd. So I give the service a 5/5 stars but the food a 2/5. Happy to check it out though!

You know the place is good when there is always a 30 minute wait. There are a lot of breakfast places within these streets, this one is the best one. The hot salsa was so good and complimented my Mexican breakfast eggs and beans so well. Coffee was great, the home made tortillas were the best! Great service from my waitress as well.

Delicious food! The pancakes are so on point. The place looks like a jungle in the inside. There’s always a long line to enter, so make sure you’re not that hungry

We had to walk fast to arrive by 1:20pm, giving us 40 mins before they closed. Well, worth the rush! Excellent French toast, Black Forest pancake, Mexican Scrambled eggs, and even pina colada! Great service and great jungle vibe venue also.

Delicious breakfast food in Puerto Vallarta. The Eggs Benedict were spectacular - thickest slice of Canadian bacon I've ever had, and I was very full afterwards. My wife had the Anna Banana pancakes and was pleased as well. We were fortunate to meet the owner, Paty, who was very kind and shared with us about the history of her family owned restaurant. Our servers were fantastic as well. We would highly recommend visiting.

Great pancakes indeed! They were warm and fluffy with generous toppings :) We got the pancake combo (2 pancakes, 2 eggs and a choice of meat) and the omelette but the combo alone was enough to be shared between two people (they also serve toasts for free at the start). The bacon was too well done and was more like crisps but everything still tasted pretty good! Despite the tired waiters who were not very attentive, it was a satisfying meal so I’d be back for another breakfast :)

Can't complain for the price and quantity. We were the first patrons in the door on a Friday morning and had food promptly served in minutes. Great post workout, and pre hike, meal!

Came here for breakfast right when it opened - it got very busy very fast so make sure to come early! The food was alright - nothing spectacular but just what you would expect from an average breakfast place. The service was very slow and they kept forgetting to bring us items we asked for.

The whole wheat waffle I had was delicious. However, be sure to ask for whipped cream on the side because it isn't included in whole wheat. Also, you only get one thin waffle per order, not a fat one, but with pancakes you get two big pancakes. I haven't had the regular waffles, so I don't know what they are like. Size and number aside, the flavor was amazing. My mother got the eggs Benedict Florentine, and they were delicious, but they don't come with a muffin. Before our meal, they served us some divine, moist and tender fresh bread with butter, jam, spicy sauce, and mild salsa. I had a mediocre cafe mocha frappe, and we had delicious sides of grilled mushrooms and a fruit plate.

Incredible breakfast. Great portions. Unbelievable flavor. Freshest OJ in Puerto Vallarta. Highly reccomend!

If you are a breakfast person, this is a must! Atmosphere is good just open so it is noisy but can still have a conversation. A fave of the kids.

I got the machaca burrito and it was good but not the best. I tried their bread with jam and that was delicious. Their pancakes I was a little disappointed because it left a lot to be desired. I was really expected to be wowed with their food and was left wanting more. My friend ordered the birria and it was ok and my other friend ordered the chile verde and that was actual really good.

The food was very good, was very filling. Nice staff. I started a rate scale since I do this all the time called: standing ovation = clapping hands emote (1 to 6) 👏👏👏👏

The vibe inside is great and the waiters were great. Our food was good too. Keep in mind that they only take cash payments

Excellent brunch! We were very happy with out choice to dine there. They have more "American" dishes like pancakes, but we opted for the more local flare. The chilaquiles and the huevos rancheros were amazing! The staff was also very friendly. We will definitely stop by there again next time we're in town!

If you are down for a sugar coma, this is the place to start your day. They have every sugar combo available. Yeah, they have some healthy options, but why come in here at all if you aren't gonna do yourself in? The Pancake House is in the touristy part of town, but you'll find locals here on a Sunday morning, bringing the kids in for a treat. Sweet! Prepare for a nap afterwards.
