On Vacation with my wife for my birthday, made reservations, Owner knew exactly whom I was before we introduced ourselves!! Had an amazing time! between us we had to try several apps, several main courses, and shared deserts. All the food was fantastic! (we came back a second time that week and the Brazed Short Ribs are to die for!) I am sure my wife has a review on here somewhere as well. But its our top Restaurants we have visited! Thank you very much and we'll be back again!

Dinner was amazing! I had the short ribs & mango margarita & my wife had Mahi Mahi & Cadillac Margarita, everything was amazing. Highly recommended. Wonderful ambiance

This place was delicious! We went here last month in May and the service was awesome as soon as you walk in. Everything we got was delicious - squash flower soup, crab cakes, braised short ribs, Sicilian gnocchi and crepes for dessert. Next time we're in PVR, we will definitely be back!

Excellent meal, the food was fantastic! Pork Shank fell off the bone and was extremely tender. The duck breast was full flavored and tender as well. Don't skip the French Onion Soup. We didn't order anything traditionally Mexican from the menu. I would call the menu North American. Well worth a visit!

Amazing! Fabulous food, outstanding service, great atmosphere. A wonderful place for our anniversary dinner. We started with the Crab Cakes and the French Onion Soup which were both delicious. Crab Cakes were the best my wife has ever had. French onion soup was rich and hearty. We had the Shrimp and Asparagus Risotto and the Braised Short Ribs. Melt in your mouth perfection.

I recently visited Bravo's restaurant during Vallarta Restaurant Week. I appreciated the better pricing for a fabulous three course meal. I started with the delicious Roasted Tomato Basil Soup, thoroughly enjoyed my Sesame Crusted Tuna entree and finished with a decadent Cajeta (Caramel) Lava Cake. Accompany that with two glasses of white wine and voila! I consider Bravo's an upscale restaurant amongst our many available dining and eating locales and I like that it can transport me back to my east coast NJ, NYC dining days at one third of the price. Bravo's is a MUST when in Vallarta visiting.

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary here tonight.. All I can say is wow wow and wow. It the experience that we got from Luis, Aldo and Orlando was exceptional. We even were treated to a complimentary shot of tequila by the owner Michael! A fabulous evening of great service and excellent cuisine + Hohhly recommended!

Excellent. I had the short rib which was quite good on mash potatoes. Wife had lasagna. Now I'm not into lasagna much, but it was incredible. Best we've ever had. Really recommend this place for a nicer evening out. Cdn about $28 for short rib. Cdn about $18 for the lasagna. (which is very reasonable) also service was exceptional.

We enjoyed the busy atmosphere of this popular spot. The prime rib was excellent and accompanying vegetables cooked to perfection. A unsatisfactory menu item that was returned was promptly replaced and staff treated the situation with professional courtesy. It was a busy evening with many returning guests being greeted with welcoming enthusiasm.

We happened upon this restaurant by chance...what a GEM! Clean, well appointed and comfortable. Very responsible prices. Although the decor and cuisine are upscale, it isn't pretentious. We were warmly welcomed off the sidewalk, despite our casual attire. Our server and the entire staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The food is delicious with generous portions. Fresh buns with tasty spreads got us started. We had more than enough to eat with plenty to take "home" for the next day. A doggy bag was offered without us having ask, or feel like it was an inconvenience, or "uncool". Although being stuffed we managed to make room for the delicious, refreshing sorbet for dessert Bravos was jam packed with smiling customers, chatting and laughing. My observation was that guests were being treated more like family than customers..how lovely to see and experience. As an English speaking tourist, it was very helpful to have the staff be able to communicate with me in my native language. Thank you for a wonderful experience Bravos!

Went to Bravo's again. Once again, they did not disappoint. I had the barbecue ribs, and they were "fall off the bone" tender. The service was again, wonderful. This was their first night open for the new season, but all was seamless.

This restaurant is one of the best in PV. The service is always a 10/10 and their menu is great - they have a lot of options and everything is delicious. It is also air conditioned if you are here in the summer.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Bravos Restaurant Bar in Puerto Vallarta, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment I stepped in, the warm ambiance and friendly staff set the stage for a delightful evening. The culinary journey began with a refreshing 'Passion Fruit Margarita,' a perfect blend of flavors that set the tone for the exquisite meal that followed. The menu offered a wide array of options, but my choice was the 'Rib Eye Steak with baked potatoes and Vegetables.' The presentation was impeccable, and the taste exceeded my expectations. Cooked to perfection, the rib eye was a succulent masterpiece, grilled to a perfect medium rare, just as I like it. While the prices were on the higher side, the quality of the food and the exceptional service more than justified the expense. The staff at Bravos went above and beyond to ensure a memorable dining experience, with attentive and friendly service that added to the overall enjoyment of the evening. To conclude this culinary adventure, I shared the 'Churros Basket with Ice cream' for dessert. The churros were served with a sprinkling of walnuts, which my girlfriend was allergic to, they did not mention this on the menu. We brought this to the attention of our waiter and it was swiftly corrected. The dish wase golden and crispy, paired perfectly with a generous scoop of creamy ice cream. It was the ideal sweet ending to an already fantastic meal. PS - Be careful if you order the 'Pastel De Chocolate Red Velvet' for dessert, its big and I mean big, could be shared between 4 people or used as a door stop. In summary, Bravos Restaurant Bar in Puerto Vallarta is a gem for those seeking a top-notch dining experience. While the prices may be on the higher side, the quality of the food, the welcoming atmosphere, and the outstanding service make it well worth it. Excellent service, atmosphere and food. The service staff were all very attentive and helpful. All of the entrees we had were delicious. I can’t say enough about how accommodating they were with me and my gluten intolerance.

We were a party of 4 on New year's eve. The food and service was excellent. Two of us had the carbanara (best ever!). We shared the calamari, crab cakes and bang bang shrimp. One person ordered the rack of lamb and it was cooked to perfection. I forget what the 4th ordered but know she loved it. We all have avoided indoor restaurants for the past 2 years and felt the protocols they had in place made us feel safe.

Excellent experience. Great service and delicious food. We were a small group of 10 and every dish was a 10. Crab cakes, French onion soup, short ribs end especially the fried meatloaf. A wonderful dining experience! Reviews are spot on about the quality of the food, menu offerings and service while dining in a comfortable and charming restaurant. We enjoyed our meal consisting of onion soups filet medallions topped with mushroon sauce, shrimp risotto and a bottle of wine while watching people strolling by in front of our window seating . This has been our best meal yet since our arrival 3 weeks ago. Don't leave PV without trying Bravos!

Service was top of the line, as well as the delicious food. Well worth the money. I totally recommend that you dress up (i.e. pants such as dockers or slacks and a sports shirt). This is not a taco stand!

Definitely try this restaurant. The French onion soup is one of the best I have ever had. Lamb shank and gnocchi was as well perfect. The owner is an experienced restauranteur!! And it shows! Food is on point as is the service. The short rib is a must try and is on their signature menu fir a reason. If in old town and you want to try a great dinner experience this is a great choice!

Always a great dining experience. The last two times we had Roberto wait on us and he is a superstar. The creamy chicken is incredible and we also fell in love with the green olive/goat cheese appetizer. A great value too. The neighborhood is not the nicest but don't let that detract from visiting this fine restaurant.

Overrated food, and the atmosphere was your typical cookie cutter design. I like unique atmospheres that make a dining experience pleasurable.Food was just ok, nothing special.

The food is top notch. Wonderful crab cakes, fresh dorado and the biggest piece of carrot cake you could want. Service is friendly and very attentive. They accept all major credit cards. If you get next to a vocal group it can get rather noisy, but that is true everywhere.

Simply outstanding! We got lamb and duck which were incredible! The french onion soup was delicious and crab cakes were yummy! We brought home two deserts but will have the later. They look good and if anything like the rest of our meals I'm sure are to die for! Best meal here in 3 weeks so far!
