This was a very good local recommendation! The service was great and the food was delicious. My wife is from Navidad, MX and gives the food 5 stars. We went on a Sunday morning for breakfast and they had live music as well.

You know what I love more than authentic Mexican food? Authentic service. Staff was super friendly and attentive, big plus in my book. Chicken mole was the perfect amount of sweet and omg rice and beans were SO perfect. I know—basic right? BUT the flavors and texture of both were just by far the best I’ve had here. Typically beans are far too runny and rice is under seasoned (IMO). Mixed fajita plate was a big portion and able to get about 5 tacos out of it. We were pleasantly surprised when they brought out two small Bailey/Kahlúa drinks that were on the house for a nice little sweet treat after our meal.

Victors is amazing. Your treated like a king and queen. I get the same thing there all the time, the red snapper. The breakfast is very good. The prices are very good. But it is can only. Dessert is tasty aswell. Do yourself a favor and stop on by I have been there about a dozen times now. I can't say one bad thing

We love Victor’s. We can for a week and ate here twice, it was that good. Very attentive wait staff, delicious food, plenty of options for picky eaters, and a great open air environment. They serve you a complimentary shot of house tequila upon being seated, and a dessert mixed drink (coffee, chocolate liquor type of flavor) is included as well. The kids were given complimentary ice cream. We also tried the flan which was perfect. The pico de gallo was very authentic and fresh. Between our group, we tried tacos al pastor, fish tacos, marlin tacos, octopus tacos, shrimp quesadilla, and combos 3 & 4. All were delicious. Great flavor and plating presentation was appealing. I highly recommend visiting this marina spot if you get a chance.

Located in the Marina area, this restaurant had terrific service and food. Loved the location where you can watch the sun set over all the beautiful boats and yachts in the marina. Atmosphere of the restaurant was great. They had musicians roaming between tables playing music.

OMG this place has the BEST red snapper in all of PVR. I highly recommend it. All the food was fantastic. The staff (except Christian) and especially Victor's daughter was a SUPERB! So friendly, so accommodating, and perfect service. The kaluah type drink at the end is a blast. the only negative, which is not a big negative, is CASH only.

Vegan fajitas, “Mexican water”, and amazing service, what more could you ask for. Definitely ate too much as I couldn’t get enough of their fresh tortillas. Soo good.

Had a good meal here. Food was decent. Guacamole n chips and the Hawaiian burger is what i ordered. Staff was very attentive and friendly. A complimentary Kahlua drink was a great way to end the meal. Nice view from this spot too. Thanks!

Outstanding food! They have gluten free options for people who are celiac. The waiters are excellent and so friendly! We especially loved Elias. Cash only, but the prices are fair and portions are generous. AND my favourite margaritas in PV. Highly recommend!

Busiest doesn't always mean the best.....we waited 20 minutes but did get a table right in front....great people watching, but the entry is very busy so kind of distracting. The food was food priced but average. There is better Mexican on the marina.... What saved this place from 3 star was the HUGE portion sizes....we both got a combo that came with 4 things when the same price down the marina was 3 things....all the food was just average....nothing to standoutish. The other thing that saved it from 3 star was the free shot of tequilla when arriving a.d the free kaluah & Cream at the end. The chips were super oily Last thing....bring cash

The grilled snapper I had here last night, omg amazing!! Service was great too. Mario, my waiter for the night, kept those shots flowing. Everything was fresh! I will definitely be back!

Best service EVER and delicious food. We both had the filet mignon with shrimp, I think I would have liked it better without the mushroom gravy, maybe on the side. They even offered us a complimentary Kahlua and cream. The staff was incredibly attentive. Thank you for a fabulous birthday dinner.

Nice place right by the marina, great views. Also great service and you get a free tequila shot, what more could you want. Food is tasty but expect it to be a little more pricey than other areas.

Victor's was good. The burritos and the fish and chips were great. When you sit they give everyone a complimentary shot of tequila!! I don't like the face that there are no drink prices on the menu. I also don't like that they are cash only.

This is a place recommended by the hotel concierge in the walking distance near the Marriott Puerto Vallarta. Good food, good price, and good amount. It is right off of the marina - amazing views!

The food was really good, my plate was full of Fajita filling, and I had lots of corn tacos to fill, there was beans, guacamole and rice, as well as shrimp, fish and onions too. Very very tasty and satisfying. You owe it to yourself to visit this restaurant for the great food and good service. Enjoy the Tequila shot too!.

The best place at the Porto Vallarta Marina to eat. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Great variety of food. Chips and salsa are served as soon as you sit down. Dinner starts off with a complimentary drink of tequila. Big servings of food. Found the coconut shrimp very delicious. Service was fast and servers very friendly. They will not hesitate to take pictures for you or to assist you for any needs. Meal ended with a complimentary Kahului coffee which was delicious. Prices are very, very reasonable. Very good food and service.

Great spot on the marina, tortilla chips and salsa served as you sit down, affordable prices and great servers. I was there alone and felt safe and comfortable!

I don’t like coconut shrimp, but this place made me say wow this is great coconut shrimp. Highly recommend having it with the chipotle salsa that comes with the chips and pico to give it a sweet and spicy taste. Staff were kind and helpful with recommendations. Location is on the marina with a beautiful view of the mountains, seas, and yachts. Also, the beer comes with a shot of tequila which is great.

Great place! Was in town for business and some coworkers recommended this place, and I’m so happy they did! Very important note- ** CASH only!!** That’s probably one of the ways they keep their prices so reasonable. This place was everything you’re looking for in a restaurant: Indoor - Outdoor seating overlooking the boats in the marina. Friendly staff that kept everything clean. The margaritas were great! (Around $8 US) but huge! They had many flavors- I went with regular on the rocks but in retrospect maybe should have tried the pineapple. Next time! I was feeling a little more adventurous for my meal, and again, had coworkers recommendations to follow, so I had the grilled garlic octopus for dinner, and it was very tasty! Came with a little garlic mashed potatoes, steamed veggies, and fruit garnish. One of my dinner companions had the garlic shrimp, which were amazing, and would highly recommend. Other dinner companions had the Surf n Turf and the combination #2. All was delicious! The brought a round of complimentary after- dinner drinks made with baileys and cream, I believe. Which were a lovely touch on a really good and fun meal. Would highly recommend a visit to Victor’s next time you’re in Puerto Vallarta. Enjoy!

We were here and were greeted and seated immediately upon arrival. Had a very nice view of the marina and mountains in the background. Cute little restaurant too! You get complimentary tequila shots and baileys kahula! Very tasty! Also got a Pacifico and it was nice and refreshing after a hot day. Paired really well with the coconut shrimp. Chips and salsa were also great! I will definitely be back when I’m in PV.

Reasonably priced Mexican food with choices for everyone. Service was good as this was quiet season and more staff than customers. Located 20 feet from the water in the heart of the Marina so great views if you like boats. Only negative - unwanted performers who set up right outside this open air location and interrupt conversation. Probably the same everywhere on the Marina so don't avoid this place just for that reason.

Loved the chicken soup...flautas were bland... coconut shrimp was good... Mario our server was excellent... complimentary baileys at the end!

My partner and i are vacationing in Puerto Vallarta from the states and we are on the lookout for authentic and delicious Mexican dishes. We found Victors from several positive online reviews and the feedback was accurate! We have eaten there about five times total and highly recommend it! My partner is a chef and so we are inadvertently critiquing our dishes. Victors staff was extremely attentive and timely. The delivery of the food was very quick, the sauces were flavorful, plentiful, and just enough spice to accommodate any palate. The dishes were priced appropriately for the quality of the food combined with the entire dining experience! A Plus!! Victors is a must!

I LOVED this place! Beautiful views and delicious food! I got one of each - Al Pastor taco, fish taco and a beef taco. I liked the beef taco the best 👏🤤 Fish needed more salt! Free tequila shot is a nice touch as well. We really enjoyed ourselves there and will be back next time!!!

You want authentic Mexican food for a great price well you come here. Wow food was awesome place was packed but we didn’t wait more than 10 mins. The vibe of this pace is also top notch. Just make sure you bring some pesos since it’s cash only. I loved the food here so much!

Five stars on each front - the location is right on the marina with views of the mountain. The service was a notch above the rest. The servers are fun, friendly, upbeat and attentive. They offered us a tequila shot with the salsa and chips and also a small portion of vanilla ice cream at the end. I ordered a chicken chimichanga which was delicious. My husband loved the pinada so much, he ordered a second one. He found his beef burger okay and felt it could have been juicier. Will I recommend it - 100%!!

The sopes where amazing ...not a regular menu item but one i loveeee!!! So them making them ala cart for me was very much appreciated! They also gave us complimentary shots of tequila!! (When in Rome 😉) And the complimentary after diner drink was delishhhh🎉🎉🎉 Def want to become a regular at this joint!
