They do an up charge if you pay with credit card. The server took care of all the tables around us and neglected our table. Had to get up go to the bar and get my own drinks. the appetizers were excellent the main course was overcooked. I am in the food and beverage industry and I am a very disappointed. The view is excellent. The drinks are good.

Service is a bit slow, but the food is absolutely delicious and fresh. Great ambience, especially you get to see fireworks from the pirates boat if you go around 8pm daily. Ceviche and fried red sniper is strongly recommended! Love

I asked for what I wanted and they brought it with great service. Just don't sit by the walk way unless you want to be sold to the whole time. Their food was great with great beach views. Solid lunch choice nearby our hotel before we left Puerto Vallarta.

Great service, clean but food can be hit or miss. Most times it is good. Yesterday's breakfast had half cooked potatoes, no spinach nor sauce in the Eggs Hollandaise.

Food and drinks were great. We sat at a table on the sand just steps from the Pacific. The staff was great. As the sun moved, the umbrella had to move too. The staff dug new holes for the umbrella twice. Really friendly nice people. The food was also top notch.

This is one of our favorite sunset bars. Great Happy Hour 5-7. Friendly service and live music!

Nice place to have dinner at sunset on the beach or inside. Had the best and biggest fillet mignon with a good porton of huge shrimps and the nicest piñadas. Prices are very reasonable for a restaurant located on the beach.

This place has a great octopus ceviche. Their oysters that day was surprisingly really good! The waitstaff are friendly and attentive.

Our boys ordered their lunch and we asked our waiter to put their order through and to come back in a couple minutes. 20 minutes went by and the waiter never came back to take our order. Service is terrible and I would not recommend

The Italian in Mexico was an absolute surprise and amazing! We did a lot of tasting of each others meals and everything was excellent! It's a must to visit. The owner is an absolute gentleman and his wait staff have been there 31 years. Doesn't get much better!

As usual, great food and awesome views even on a cloudy day. The shrimp molcajete is the best I have ever had, soft and tasty. Happy to see Emilio (manager) everytime I go. Have been coming back time and time again.🤗

Amazing food, fantastic staff, and amazing views. Highly recommend coming before the sunset and getting a table on the beach.

Great location for people watching, offering reasonably priced menu selections to choose from. Unfortunately the wait for placing orders was lengthy due to a shortage in staff. But in all I’d give it another try.

Langostinos is a nice restaurant on Los Muertos Beach. They do not accept credit cards. The food is decent, and the prices average for a restaurant on the beach.

I will start with the fact that the atmosphere is beautiful. from this restaurant, you have a great view of the sunset, and there is plenty outdoor and indoor seating. we happened to go on a day where they had live music, which was nice! also liked that they had vegetarian options and took card if you ordered over 500 pesos worth of stuff. the food was as follows: -queso fundito was good -guacamole was OK; wish it had more seasoning (salt, etc) in general -chile relleno was OK; could use more flavor -rice, beans, and veggies that come with most meals: OK. veggies were not flavorful -lobster: very brown. the tail was the only edible part, which was too bad. was OK if dipped in sauce. -fish filet: OK when dipped in tartar sauce. could use more seasoning -garlic bread: good -shrimp: the star of the show the restaurant overall seemed busy with a party, so we had to flag down our server to order things and ask when our food was coming (it took around 30 minutes). when my food came out, it was wrong, which is forgivable. the 2nd time it came out, it was wrong again, but I just settled since I was so ready to eat/ it had been 40+ mins of waiting. overall recommendation is to season the food & maybe hire more staff. still tipped cause we aren’t monsters or anything.

The food couldn't be better, or the dreamy atmosphere at dusk at oceanside. The waiters speak only Spanish but are eager to please and will work bridging the comms gap. The succulent shrimp tasted like lobster, the thick filet minon wrapped in bacon was perfect medium rare needing no condiments. The combo seafood soup was dark, thick with generous fresh chunks of shrimp, scallops and octopus. So yummy! The few table vendors and musicians were respectful if you waved them off. If outdoor eating isn't your style, there is plenty of inside seating that still has open windows to the sea and sand.

Our go to happy hour. Jorge is so welcoming, he makes you feel like you’re his best loved amigo.

Service was very slow and inattentive in the lounge chairs. I had to ask for a menu and then no one came back to take my order. I had to wave someone down. I ordered a Pacifico but was brought a Corona. That's fine. I seriously doubt I could tell the difference in a blind taste test. Sadly though the food was also bad. When my food arrived, it was luke warm and the melted cheese on top of the enchiladas was already re-congealed. The red sauce was like jar spaghetti sauce. Just weirdly bad. The chair, for me, was also really uncomfortable. I ended up leaving much earlier than I had planned because my back was done. Makes me really appreciate when the restaurants on the beach get it right. I have a favorite, but was trying to branch out. Pros: The staff, when present, were friendly and the view is, of course, great.

Had the chili relleno and the Diablo shrimp. Wife had the shrimp taco salad. Menu said they were voted #1 for the chili. Not impressed with mine. The taco salad and the Diablo shrimp were good.

Thank you Jorge who made our visit from London so special. The drinks were great and the restaurant cat was gorgeous. Thanks for the hugs Jorge. You’re a superstar and hope to see you again someday ♥️

This is by far the worst My family and I have ever been treated. I would give it a zero if I could. Do not come here. They don’t tell you ahead of time that went a specific mount of tip, but they will add it to your bill and put optional net to it but still expect a specific tip amount. The waiters are extremely disrespectful. They brought us the check and my mom left a tip. They came back and said they needed more. We explained that we were running low on cash and plus the receipt says optional tip amount. The guy started yelling at us and told us that they don’t make as much money as we do. They just made an assumption that because we’re not from there we make a lot of money. we asked to talk to the manager to explain. The manager didn’t even bother to come talk to us. He just stood there and watched. The waiter came back and threw the tip at my mom and said keep your money. It was the most embarrassing thin ever. In the US you would have been fired for that. All the employees stared at us and talked behind our backs while we walked away. They acted like we didn’t pay for the bill. If you want a fix amount then maybe they should state that ahead of time instead of just assume. Plus we did tip. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere l. Plus the food wasn’t that great it was very watered down.

Great ocean front location. Great good, very attentive service and outstanding location. The Arrachera was excellent, the Shrimp Diablo were very flavorful and the Filet was amazing. Can't wait to go back.

Fish ceviche is MASSIVE and the classic margaritas are solid. Chill in the off season. Very cute mascot.

Great food but really really bad experience with the manager "emilio" Apparently a French Canadian guy Very rood and no respect for patrons I don't know who owns the langostinos restaurant but it is not nice to have the manager come to your table to " talk " to you in a very rood way Very disappointed with that "manager" for further reference Old guy grumpy face and no manners at all The waiters Sofia and Estrella in the other hand where Very attentive helpful and the food it is good if the manager is not around
