This place is pretty and relaxed. The food is above good and prices are not very expensive. Fruit wasn’t really that fresh and they don’t keep salt and pepper at the table; you have to request for it. Coffee is good! Service is above good as well despite they take a bit time to serve you. Liked this place for its location, once you finish eating you can walk around La Isla Mall!! 🤩👌🏻

Perfect place for light breakfast if you’re at the mall. I had a mushroom omelette that came with coffee or tea and juice or fruits for just 137 pesos. Been here twice now. Service is excellent and food is great. Highly recommended.

My last experience at vips was 15 years ago in Juarez and that was a big disappointment. Today was a pleasant surprise. My wife gave 8 stars to her chicken tostadas. My molletes tasted very good. Nice clean restaurant and kind staff. Only negative was that the rest rooms are located on another floor.

Get the points card for 10% off each time and promotions. We share the molletes and bisquets for a cheap lunch. My fave is the tortilla soup. Coffee is all you can drink. But be careful after 3 the shakes start 😜

Amazing experience! The food was absolutely delicious and it's a chain around Mexico for a reason they are consistent and good. The restaurant was super clean and the food came quickly. No complaints here.

Waited over 15 minutes to have my order taken and another 20 and still had no beverage. Asked 2 times for at least my orange juice as it was clearly busy. But at over 35 minutes and no coffee or orange juice and a family of 4 that was seated after me receiving their beverages, I left...I usually like VIPS for a diner breakfast so this was extremely disappointing.

We stopped in for a snack. We had a craving for a plate of nacho’s, beans, guacamole and salsa - nothing on the menu. Someone came out from the kitchen and asked what we wanted, we told him and he prepared it just like we wanted, very accommodating, our own custom nachos 😋😋😋👍👍👍👍, very friendly staff!!

Everything tasted like it was deep-fried in months old oil. The staff wasn't friendly. Pretty unmemorable experience.

My wife probably got food poisoning from there. Be careful! have eaten there in past without incident

The food served was subpar. I wondered why it was always so quiet inside. I visited 3 times over my week stay nearby and it didn't matter the time of day. It was disappointing considering they have a large varied menu, with photos and they all look amazing. Eat elsewhere.

Food was bland, dry meat patties in hamburger. Also, more pricey than competition around. I would avoid it.

Terribly slow service, ordered and watched families come in, get seated, order, eat and leave before we ever saw our food.

Terrible service the server (her name is lulu) didn’t bring us our food after 2 hours the only thing we got during those two hours was our drinks. We went downstairs to pay for the drinks but even then it took long to pay for them 0 out of 10. Never coming back worst place to eat at. Don’t recommend going there

The best mushroom-eggs I've had in a long time. All breakfasts come in a combo. Delicious! Nice 2nd-floor window site.

The Philly sandwich was subpart. The meat was thin, tough and had no flavor. The worst part was the smoke detector battery needed to be changed in two areas. There were constant loud beeps the whole time we were there. It was like everyone just ignored it. My husband said the restroom was very smelly.

The service was very slow and it wasn't a rush hour. Hence why the complain and review. Food was just ok ( not truly worth for what you pay for) but the place was clean

Hamburgers and fries arrived in small pizza sized boxes. Hamburgers were not wrapped, nor were fries...so.everything was a mess all over the inside of these oddly large boxes. Bizarre. The food was stone cold, not tasty, and then we got food poisoning! Eeve been miserable all day. Avoid this place.
