At
first,
when
I
walked
in,
I
was
a
tad
disappointed
that
the
restaurant
bad
a
buffet
bar
for
salad/soup,
appetizers
and
desserts.
Oh,
how
common,
I
thought.
Then,
I
was
presented
with
the
menu.
Then,
I
selected
two
main
dishes.
Then,
I
proceeded
to
the
salad
bar.
Then.
I
was
stunned...
because
of
how
delicious
each
morsel
of
everything
from
the
buffet
bars
tasted!
Then
I
tasted
the
two
main
dishes,
1.
Chamorro
and
2.
Tamales.
Not
your
everyday
Chamorro
or
Tamales,
the
first
a
Veal
Hock,
and
the
second,
the
almost
mousse-like,
softest
a
d
tastiest
corn
masa
ever!
They
were
both
absolutely
delightful.
This
was
a
rare,
surreal
occasion
for
me,
when
one
gets
a
glimpse
of
what
truly
skillful
chefs
can
produce.
I
am
not
sure
whether
this
restaurant
is
always
this
good
(although
I
am
told
it
is),
or
that
this
was
its
only
day
that
everything
aligned
perfectly
in
the
kitchen.
Regardless,
I
must
say,
I
am
almost
afraid
to
go
back
and
find
out
that
this
gastronomical
dream
will
not
repeat.
But
I
would
recommend
all
who
yearn
to
find
that
delicate
balance
of
heavenly
senses,
to
give
this
restaurant
a
try.
When
you
do,
I
most
sincerely
wish
your
tastebuds
the
same
luck
mine
were
gifted
with
today!
