We had an unfortunate experience with the manager, and I say unfortunate because we really liked this place. We ordered an arrachera steak, some arrachera burritos, a molcajete and some bacon shrimp. When the arrachera arrived we immediately got a rotten smell. We tasted it, and the meat was no good. We asked the waiter to take it back and the manager came out in a matter of minutes. He started arguing that the meat was fine and was very condescending (we own a steak restaurant we know how meat should smell). He couldn’t care less he was firm that it was good, with no bad smell or bad taste he said it was the sauce the meats marinade. We tried to order a pizza and he was taking the order. He interrupted us and then mentioned he could bring us something else but he was still going to charge for the arrachera. We asked for the check at that moment, we didn’t go in asking for anything for free but we were not going to pay for something we did not consume. Minutes later somebody from the back came to us and apologized and mentioned everybody was telling the manager the steak had gone bad and the manager told them even if it was bad he was not going to forgive the charge. Before we left the cook was telling the manager that the meat did was indeed bad. He told the waiter to remove the charge but he never came back out of the kitchen, We were already pretty upset, we chose to leave. This had been the third day in a row we had visited the place. The first time it was two of us and we liked it so much we invited a friend the next day. The third day, the day of the incident we took three other people with us. It’s terrible as a business to have these type of people dealing with customers without the proper training. If you guys ever train your manager let me know so we can come back.

Best service I have ever had but they tried to rip me off by $170 MXN. Maybe because I am a tourist, but it didn't seem right when I asked for the bill and didn't get anything. The waitor told me a price and it seemed way too high so we questioned it. Finally he gave us a printed bill ans it was much lower than we were told. We were suggested this place by a local but were disappointed to know they were willing to rip us off just for being tourists. It's unfortunate because I loved the music, atmosphere ans the service.

Great value friendly service with lots of choices for just 18 pesos. The tacos were good but not really well dressed and salsas were limited. I did not order any if the sliders but saw some delivered to the table next to me and they looked great. For me this is not so much a restaurant where you go for a full meal but rather a place to stop in for a beer and a snack. Might as well have a beer because a bottle of water is the same price. :-)

Its called Punto 18 cause al drinks cost only $18 MXN, like a $1 USD BAR. If you asked for mixed drinks they will serve you almost a mocktail. Beers are the same price and shots, so thats the best option, is always crowd and there is not really a dress code. Music goes from electronic to mexican regional as night pass away. Music is a little bit too loud on the inside but in the terrace its sound better.

Good food , good service , very inexpensive. Has air conditioning which is very rare in this city. Punto has an excellent 21 peso menu which includes beer , hard liquor , mini burgers tacos and much more. Its a locals bar which i love , its right next to plaza caracol. Check it out its one of my favorites.

Server was nice and friendly. The food was just ok. The portion was really small, this was the first time in Mexico I ate in a restaurant and still felt hungry after a dish. The bill was dishonest, the total was 409, it turned out they wanted us to pay 470 by handwriting, I guess they gave us a “suggested” tipping rate. The change should be 30 pesos with a 500 pesos note, but only 21 pesos came back. I left all the change there anyway as I planned to. I get that business is hurting, servers don’t get paid enough, that’s why I normally tipped 20%+ if the service was not too terrible, but it just didn’t feel good when I was told how much to tip.

No AC, prices are low, service is not the best, (it's more focused or the actual clientele is mostly teen agers.

We have enjoyed before, but today it was full, soccer game, and only 1 server/waiter. The price on menu for tiny margarita not shown. Waited over 20 minutes but decided to go. Paid the waiter..he came over to say it was more $$? Probably will not return 🤔

The burritos were the best. Food was ok. Atmosphere was ok. I wouldn't go back.
