Our order took more than 1 hour to come out, which is so long, especially because we were not advised of the long wait, we were about to leave, and finally, food was served and placed on our table. So we calmed ourselves down and stayed, but to make matters worse, my wife ordered steak and it was awfully red rare and it was clearly required well done, so they took the dish back to the kitchen brought it back in and was bloody red rare again, just terrible. They did not even offer an apology

Great service from the staff in the front of the house and food from the back of the house! Just had a light snack before a movie. Convenient location.

Good service . was a little disappointed about the nachos. I understand it's the menu, not blaming the staff or chef , but 12 single nachos ?? Normally a plate of nachos (200peos ) it's share size

Fajitas were undercooked, tortillas were gummy. Please do better! Prices decent.

It's my second time eating in here. However, I got disappointed in my mext visit. The taste of the rice bowl is just not really good. I ordered other food which was chicken sandwich. However, it tasted not good as well the same with the fries. So, not worth of the price. Too expensive for the foods I got. Didn't enjoy my second visit here.

Food was great.. but the view of the cruise ship at sunset was awesome. the picture through the window doesn't give it justice.

Located by the food court 2nd floor in the Galleria shopping mall. We loved the great deal they had for $189 pesos included a drink and appetizer and a main salad! I had the tortilla soup and it's really really tasty. Not spicy at all. Beautiful view of the cruise terminal and waterfront.Friendly service and clean restaurant. Lots of tables to sit at and a bar area. Huge extensive menu with lots of choices.

Food was really good and service was excellent. So far the best meal that I had in Puerto Vallarta. Will def come back again.

Ordered off Uber Eats got here pretty fast. The food was pretty good obviously not as hot as I wish but overall pretty satisfied. Big burger taste was good. The jalapeno cheese balls were good also.

Chocolate lava cake looked much better on the menu than in reality, same with their lemonades - didn't finish either

I sat at the bar for their 2 for 1 margaritas, both of which were good, and my bartender, Joseph was nice. However, after ordering the buffalo chicken salad, I noticed many small bits of what appeared and tasted to be bacon. I follow the biblical guide to eating, so I do not consume pork whatsoever and it is a big deal to me. My bartender and everyone else within earshot promised me that it was not bacon and only fried chicken parts, but as a former pork eater, I know what bacon looks and tastes like. I would advise anyone with an allergy or any other restriction prohibiting them from eating pork to go directly to the restaurant manager who can understand English and ask them beforehand. Bacon was definitely not in the ingredient list. I also have observed that (not just at Chili's) any place in Puerto Vallarta whether on the street or in a brick and mortar store where you ask questions about your food (no matter how politely and in attempting to speak Spanish) or prices to make sure that you are not getting swindled, the people (especially men) seem to get easily offended even if they don't show anger. I definitely noticed that the mood changed and I suddenly felt uncomfortable after my inquiry and while being stared at the entire time that I was there. The view overlooking the Pacific was beautiful, but I will not return to the establishment. EJ Christopher - USA

Not as good as it has been over the last couple of years. Food was greasy and the prices have jumped up. More than other better places. Won' t be back. Sorry.....

The place is clean and the service is very bad, I do not recommend the food at all. Three service people standing in front of me and didn't even ask if I needed something, I had to ask if I could pay someone because they did not come back to my table at all. In my opinion if you want to have a business, train your employees depending on what type of service you are offering otherwise do not open it because there is no fear for the customers. The customers are paying for the food and expect to be treated fairly. I do not recommend this place at all and I have to say that my opinion is based on my own experience.

Chili's restaurant and sports bar... great selection of North American dishes, the food was served fast and hot.. and the beverages were cold while we enjoyed the amazing view of the Puerta Villarta harbor across the street. Staff were helpful and friendly, all at reasonable prices. Plus.. your fur babies are allowed in the restaurant and mall stores on a leash. Recommended. Barry 🇨🇦

Great Margaritas but the Guacamole is just not the same as nearby local family run restaurants

Good menu variety, clean washrooms, friendly staff, and fabulous view of cruise ships. Had mouth watering ribs and potato with small salad on a weeknight and it wasn’t busy at 7 pm. Always consistent good quality in this chain restaurant. My favourite location is Muscat, Oman but this is enjoyable too. No room for desert.

Its ok ordered a burger it was super greasy and my fiance ordered a salmon portions are kinda small and the prices are kinda high.

Quality of food and service has gone way down. Chicken sandwich is still great. But hamburgers are terrible now. It was some kind of mixture of spam and soy or something

Excellent service, the food was great. You should try the promotion: soup or salad, main course and drink for $149 pesos. Desserts are delicious! Always a good option
