The food is good. There is nothing wrong with it however not good enough to return to for dinner with the other restaurants nearby with far better food for the same price. The server was bilingual, reserved and very attentive. The space is very small and was completely open when we went in late April. They do have AC and the ability to close the doors. I think most people would find this place very very good so I encourage you to try it.

Deliscious and amazing service. This place is very very clean and everyone who works there really works hard to make your experience grand. The chef came out and said he would gladly replace anything we did not like. We liked it all. The fish, chicken and lamb were all very flavourful and well prepared. The dog desert was like nothing I had before. If you are in pv and feel like Greek... give this place a shot.

Amazing little place! Great Greek food with reasonable prices. They only have a few tables so be prepared to wait if you go on a busy night, but it's worth the wait! Portions are not massive, so it's an great opportunity to try a few different dishes. The owner is very attentive and takes the time to talk to each guest. Highly recommended and I'll be going there often!

OPA is a good Geek restaurant and I will eat here again. The eggplant was really great and the lemon soup was my favorite, very "frothy" and lemony! The baklava was a little dry, but great flavor. Small space, but nice atmosphere and good service!

Dessert was fantastic. Entree was good. Salad was fresh and very flavorful. Staff was helpful and friendly but not bothering me while I eat. Owner / Chef is Greek and you can taste it in the cooking. I will be back again to work my way through the menu.

One of the best Greek restaurants that I have had the pleasure of eating at. The combination of Middle East and Greek cuisine enhanced the flavor from the appetizers to the desserts. Thank you Apostoli.

While it wasn’t the best, it wasn’t the worse Greek food I have had. Most dishes we tried were good, except for the hummus and the falafel, which I was surprised by, as they’re the staple Greek dishes! They were both mushy like mash potatoes, and not particularly tasty. I’m used to a crunchy falafel and a thick and grainy hummus full of flavour, so this was particularly disappointing. The portions were also small for the price…which was also disappointing. Probably won’t return to this place again.

Very good price and very good quality. Saganaki and Gyros were great.

Feels like a cute hole in Greece, but the quality of food was not as we expected. Ordered vegetarian/vegan meals. Ordered falafel gyros, hummus, and eggplant croquettes. The pita bread was good, but the consistency and quality of the hummus was far from the freshness and creaminess you would typically expect. The falafel and eggplant croquettes were not crispy, and were mushy on the inside. The recipe for the falafel definitely needs a revisit.

I’ve always gotten delivery, but oh man it is so tasty! They give you the perfect amount of tzatziki sauce. And the lamb is delicious! I do wish the servings of baklava were bigger and more Greek than flan inspired. 5/5 best Greek food in town!

There was a breeze and it was not super hot. It's dog friendly. The Taziki was good. The Kabobs were cooked a little too long. So get yours rare so they aren't to tough. My girlfriend had pasta fuili which she liked. Now my favorite was the grilled zucchini. They were amazing.

We shared the opa salad and chicken stuffed with feta cheese. Fantastic meal, reasonable prices, great service and friendly staff. Would highly recommend eating here!

Everything was so delicious! I ordered for delivery the lamb gyro, the sweet potato fries, and the greek yogurt and strawberry tartlet, and was hesitant the fries would arrive cold and stiff, but everything was absolutely delicious! The tarlet arrived a bit wrecked (the middle spilled over) but it didn’t change anything really cuz the base stayed hard and crisp and the flavors were simply amazingly good. Will definitely be ordering again.

Overall, we enjoyed our meal. The service was great, decor is nice and everything was very fresh, but I grew up with homemade greek food and this just isn't authentic. The falafel & spanakopita missed the mark. Everything else was really good but like I said, it just didn't satisfy my greek food craving, so I probably wouldn't come back. I do however appreciate that they have some vegan options.

Everything was amazing!! Perfectly grilled meats and vegetables. We had the octopus, lamb skewer, and Mykonos style fish. Made my Birthday so special with wonderful flavored meal and family feeling. Thank you all!

I had a Greek salad and chickpea soup. It was all delicious. My husband had leg of lamb and it fell off the bone, very tender. My daughter had the chicken kabob. I highly recommend this restaurant. They also do a vibrant delivery business.

Tried the gyro pita wrap and was disappointed. Not authentic compared to gyro I’ve tried in Greece. Had to pay extra for fries which traditionally come in the wrap. Tzatziki was lacking flavour

Ordered lamb gyro, beef skewers, pita, and hummus. Gyro and tzatziki sauce were phenomenal. They forgot to give us our kebabs however. The pita was good but was not pita. Basically just thick flour tortillas which as I said was good but not authentic. And the hummus. I don’t know what they made it with but it was not chickpeas. It tasted like pure peanuts. Consistency was closer to sand than hummus. Do not order if you have a nut allergy because there is definitely nuts in the hummus. Overall food was underwhelming and not authentic in the slightest!

Excellent experience. A good varied menu. Everything was well prepared. Our waiter was terrific. Could not ask for more! *** Mykonos is next door and I was pleased to see that the menus were different. Hard pressed to choose one over the other on the good choices. Try both!

Wow I don’t usually comment on casual dinning places we go to because we eat out nearly everyday but we were cruising by after a Costco run and went in very hungry. Hummus was okay but normal for PV (even the Costco Hummus is just okay here which is weird). We had chicken and beef/lamb gyros. I have not had that good of gyro 🥙 meat in A LONG time. It was better than many places IN Greece that I have been to. What are the odds? Had to say something here. Try it and let me know! Simply amazing!!

Delicious vegan food actually! So many vegan options/ opciones veganas. I recommend the tabouleh, the eggplant appetizers (rodajas de berenja asada and the croquetas -they are like falafel but better, the hummus, and the vegetarian tower (torre mediterránea) entree. Really nice ambiance and vibe as well.

Love this place, server was attentive and friendly. Wine was good, lamb chops and baklava were good too. Octopus was some of the best I’ve ever had. Can’t wait to go back!

It was the best Greek Salad . A perfect balance of very fresh ingredients.

Falafel is good. A bit like a cross between falafel and hush puppy batter. I think the sauce is supposed to be tsatiziki but it's good. The pit is great. Not enough extra sauce for the falafel gyro. The beef gyro has decent flavor. I would order it again. My favorite restaurant in PV is Jerusalem Express but this is probably better quality. Jerusalem Express uses a 2,000 year old recipe for Baba Gnoush and it is amazing. This is disappointing in comparison but it's still good. Just less authentic. 👍

This was our second visit. The first time we ordered gyros, which were superb. This visit the dining room was quite crowded and the food we ordered was sub par. I ordered a lamb dish. The lamb tasted as if it was freezer burnt. The flavor was not good. Our companion ordered the lamb ribs. They were tough .

Food was tasty and service was great. I ordered the lamb shank and it was delicious. There is another Greek restaurant above so it can be a little confusing the identify which is which but the experience was great 👌

We've been wanting to try Opa for awhile. We had lunch there today (they open at 1pm). We had beef and lamb gyros, and they were excellent. The service was excellent too. We will definitely be back.

Came in on valentine day no reservation and they found a table in a couple of minutes.. Food was excellent tasteful and hot.. Baklava made fresh and authentic... Thanks to the personnel for the great service..

Beware of the extra tax! I would give OPA five stars except that a 16% IVA tax (value added tax) was added to our bill. My understanding is that that tax should be rolled into the price you see on the menu. In 2 months in Puerto Vallarta, this is the first restaurant bill that had a separate IVA tax. My wife and I had the stuffed chicken breast with rice and a couple of Modelas. The food was tasty and service was good.

I'm so disappointed! I've enjoyed many Greek restaurants in many different cities. I'm so shocked how tiny the portions are compared to the price. Usually a person gets such big quantities of food from Greek restaurants, and so delicious and flavorful, however this was not my experience at this restaurant.
