Nice colorful monument for Puerto Vallarta. A little large to try and capture while getting any detail of a person as well. Great central courtyard to meet.

A six foot tall seahorse being mounted by a man/boy wearing nothing but a sombrero... not my idea of great art, in fact there is a word that best describes these kind of creations. Kitsch. On the other hand, plenty of people visiting Vallarta seem to like it

Great beachfront boardwalk, the malecon comes alive at night. Lots of photo spots, space to walk, and eateries and bars to hangout in.

It is Puerto Vallarta icon, so you must visit it, take the pic and enjoy this beautiful zone.

It's nice to see some art as you walk the beach and Malecon. Said it before, but this is a nice walk that Puerto Vallarta has. You can walk the beach anywhere. This is a welcome change.

Nice place for a touristy picture but that's all. And be ready to wait or ask people to move.

The Seahorse (1976) - First structure erected on the Malecon. The iconic sculpture on the Malecon.

One of the main "photo spots" along the malecon. Come in the early morning if you want a photo without a bunch of random people in it.

A great place to stop for photos along the Malacon. Lovely views over the Pacific Ocean, and even the opportunity to spot breaching Whales needing to pay for a trip! I even saw Pelicans on the beach when I visited in January 2020.

Its the Puerto vallarta icon. You cannot go there and not see it. The only thing is that is positioned in the wrong angle if you want a picture in front of it. Is hard to get a picture without people walking across.
