I fulfilled a longtime desire visiting El Eden just outside of Puerto Vallarta where some of the all-time best ever action movie "Predator" 1987 with Arnold Schwarzenegger was filmed. Great experience. You do want a half decent vehicle to get out here as the road can be a little rough.

This place felt like paradise, honestly, first we're greeted by a wonderful staff and given a little tour of the place, then we went ahead and did the zip lining, and this has become my best zip lining experience! There's 10 lines and they were breath taking and beautiful. After that we took a little swim in the river, which was perfect right after the zip lining in the hot weather, the water felt so clean and fresh, perfect picture moments. Plus the waterfall and cave was amazing. My suggestion is to go as early as you can because it gets really hot towards noon and it gets more crowded. Loved the experience and hope to do this again if I ever am back in Puerto Vallarta!

Beautiful riverfront restaurant with opportunities to go birdwatching, zip-lining, hiking and much more. Or just enjoy the atmosphere and dive in to the refreshing waters of the river and it's waterfalls.

We had a great trip to El Eden. My entire family was able to zipline and enjoy the experience. The kids had a great time though some fear in the process. So fun. Worth the wait for a bus ride up to the place. Daytime adventure and food only. Closes up in the 4-5pm range.

Always a great place to get out of the heat and relax in the natural beauty of puerto vallarta! The river is so fresh and restorative and run by great people. Thanks so much

Amazing little area! Rocks were slippery (so be careful) but it was amazingly beautiful. Nice little restaurants for snacks and drinks while you explore El Eden.

Nice and peaceful place. It's also known as the Predator set, a movie film from 1987 of Arnold Swartzeneger

Beautiful waterfall and cascade that's great to spend a few hours at,road is laborious and bumpy on the way up but it's all part of the fun.

Such a cool place. Zip-line is so fun. Staff are absolutely amazing. Careful jumping into that pool at the end, the heat and the cold water can give you a shock. Especially if the water levels are high, the current is very strong.

This place was amazing!!! We did Zipline, ATV, swan in clear cascade water and did tequila tasting. Everyone was so helpful and nice. Definitely will be doing this again.

It's a really nice spot. We had a great time but be aware that the trip to the falls is hard. From left to right of the river from time to time. There is a combination of rocks and dirt trails. If you know how yo read a trail without signs you'll be ok. You can always follow a local but they are quick and they won't stop for you. It is a beautiful place if you reach the top fall that has a bottomless pond. But you can always swim along the river to cool down or just to relax.

Nice public beach. Restrooms are horrible(minus 1 star).....DON'T sit on the toilets!!!. Bring your own tissue/paper towels/ hand cleaner /soap!!! They do allow you to sit at the tables & order food. Vendors DO come around ALOT asking if you want to buy things!!! But they are polite & accept "no thanks". If you're driving...good luck finding a spot. Better get there EARLY & don't move your car!! Bring pesos, the waiters are VERY friendly, nice & helpful recommending options.

If you can find it and if your spine survives the road and if your car's suspension is in tatters and you are not hungry (the restaurant is awful) then, yes, its ok for zip line and a stream.

This was a Zipline tour. This place was beautiful and amazing but tiring. They do have restrooms and food once you've arrived. Fair warning you still have to go up more flights of stairs up in the mountains aside from the bumpy dirt road up to the jungle. Side note this is were they filmed 'The Predetor'....

Getting to the destination is a rocking ride. Dirt road is pretty rough. It's best to take one of the tours. There's no phone reception. Taxis only provide one way service.

Place is very nice, wonderful landscape in the deep jungle. Food are very very basic and expensive... Cash only Road is not that easy to get there with a regular car, be aware.

Great place to visit. What an incredible spot. We had good food / drinks and then enjoyed the water and small water falls in a hammock.

At Tequila tasting stop transfer from a/c comfy tour pus to open window jungle bus and go on 45 minute 15 mph bumpy ride to over-price restaraunt ~ great munu/food with generous portions, but spendy. If you take a rental sign up for the insurance. Bring you swim suit ~ moutain spring fed swimming hole. It's part of the tour package, which I can now say "Been there done that." I wasn't a fan of Predator, but it made me watch again. I saw the same set in the movie converted to the restaurant.

It is kind of a hidden place but it was worth it. The place is so beautiful and relaxing. They had a restaurant, zip-lines for kids and adults. Hammocks are over the river and your can enjoy the little water falls that surround the place.

Stunning views, very clean beach. Relaxed atmosphere. We took our own cool box and food as we heard that drinks are expensive on this beach. One of the best beaches in the area. Well worth a visit.
