The bed was firm, but comfortable. Housekeeping was quite inconsistent and kept leaving things in different places each day. Appropriate amenities for the price. Nice pool. Fairly thin walls (heard things you can't unhear). Overall, I would likely not stay here again for more than 1 night.

There is no zero or this place would get it. The first day when we checked in, the room was dirty and had not been cleaned. This was upsetting as they did not offer a different room but rather to clean this one. So we went to the restaurant and waited while they cleaned it. I drank a margarita and my wife had a water. When they told me the room was ready, I paid for the drinks and came to the room. The next morning when I went for breakfast, the woman running the restaurant accused me of not paying for my margarita. This infuriated me because of the way she said it. She did not ask if I paid, she flatly told me that I owed her for the drink. I told her that I paid the server and she said that if I had, he would have made the payment. I asked her politely to call the server and ask or I would simply pay for it again. After a few attempts, she contacted the server who collaborated my version. She apologized but it was still very rude. On day three after spending all day on excursions, we came back to a room that smelled like burning plastic. We told the front desk and they had maintenance come up immediately. It turned out to be a defective fluorescent light above the sink. We left and went to eat dinner because the smell was so bad. We asked them to find some way to mask the odor. When we came back two hours later, someone had turned the airconditioner off, it was hot in our room, and they had sprayed some super strong lemon scented oil all over the floor. I am sitting here in a room where the odor is so strong that it is making my eyes water. I told them of the problem but they seem to not care what a horrible experience I am having.. I will post an update if things improve. I went downstairs to see what was taking so long. The original person that I spoke to left without telling anyone what was happening. That upset me. I asked the oncoming night auditor if she knew what was going on. She was extremely rude...when I say rude, there are names for women who purposely try to aggravate people. She did everything she could to avoid addressing the subject. So, I asked to speak to a manager... by this time it was 11:15. Instead of getting the manager, she went to the desk and started a checkin for a large group. It took about 10 minutes before I figured out where the manager was. He was in a staff meeting. I barged into the staff meeting and asked for his help. He wanted me to wait a minute. I told him I was done waiting and asked him politely to come up to my room to check for himself what was going on. He now realizes the depth of the problem. I am waiting for the resolution.

Nice hotel with a very convenient location. Young man at the front desk was very discourteous and dismissive when I asked for a late checkout. "No" was the one-word response I received. I was shocked. Finally, another staff member came over to explain that normal checkout was 1pm. Problem solved, but the initial interaction was completely disrespectful and totally uncalled for. This wasn't a "Karen" moment. I was calm and courteous in my request.

Needed a reservation and at an extra cost, if I planned to use jacuzzi 🤔🤔🤔 I'd say wth?,and when I approached that jacuzzi area it seemed like an abandoned area, first time in Vallarta, and this was my 3rd hotel within a week ,and had to give some negative reviews to all 3. I am planning in coming back, but these 3 hotels i mentioned, will remain in My BLACK LIST. I do wish my self better luck next time.

You get what you pay for. The concierge is amazing but everyone else was just slow and wasn't concerned with service. They got angry when they messed up food they made and I sent it back. Good location

Nice bright, clean rooms with great bedding. The location is tricky and takes a while to get used to. The restaurant is simple but way overpriced for what you receive. There are many nice places to eat close by. The concierge was amazing. From check-in to check out they're always available to assist. The front desk staff is spot on. I will return.

The staff are ALLLLLLLL excellent beautiful people. But I left early because you are not allowed to leave the hotel at night and sit outside. The galleria guards force you back into the hotel. Also, after needing medical treatment for being assaulted by the Mexican police and going to Joya hospital for X-rays, the manager charged me full price for one more night there.

I can't remember names but they will remember me and my mother. My mother is from the USA. She fell ill while in Puerto Vallarta. The illness didn't have anything to do with any of the Mexican stereotypes. It turns out she was falling ill before she arrive in Mexico. The CMQ Hospital in Romántica was incredible! I came down to escort my mother back home and stayed at Fiesta Inn for one night. The entire staff went way above and beyond from the time we arrived until the time we left. I can't say enough positive things about everyone we came in contact with during our very short stay which was about 18-hours total. Thank you very much! We will be back to enjoy this part of town!

Very easy access to shopping at La Isla Shopping Mall & restaurants. Overall much more affordable than most places in PV and great value. Would stay again..

second stay at this hotel. Charged us $282.53 for the one night. had friends there and they only paid $100.00, quite the difference. don't know if we will ever stay there again or recommend it to friends

Booked and stayed here for 3 nights based the decent reviews on Google Maps, as well as seemingly a good location which is close to the beach and the river from Maps. After staying there, we've realized there isn't any ways to easily access the beach from the hotel, and the river is all dry because it's the dry season in PV. Also if you stay in a room on the lower floors like us, you wouldn't even have a water view either. About the room, one thing I'd like to mention is that the sheets and pillows (both inserts & cases) really need to be renewed. The pills were all over the sheets. Plus the sheets were getting so thin due to overly use. Pillow cases were showing stains and smelly. The inserts were clumped. The room we stayed seemed quiet until some noisy neighbors checked-in. For the price we payed, I don't think it was a great experience for our stay there.

A very cozy, super clean hotel in the heart of a touristy area. Staff are very friendly and nice.

Room had an odor. No natural ventilation. Stayed 1 out of 5 nights planned. Much happier at Holiday Inn.

Great place to chill if your flight gets canceled and you want someplace clean but near both airport and food trucks

Just visited a friend but so excellent Might even be pricey for some and not so bad for others !! Built by the ocean , surrounded by the ISLA Mall with the Grand Venetian and the Peninsula Towers and the Oasis Beach Bar all very near.👍👍👍

If you’re old and visiting off a cruise ship, you’ll love it. Sad to say it’s in a mall.

Stayed here one night on vacation. It was a nice spot. Pool and $15 breakfast. Pretty long distance to things other than the mall. No real beach access.

I stayed here with my 7 year old son. I was in town to get a medical procedure done. The first room we went to was not clean at all. The second the bed spread was obviously dirty. Okay I figure it was okay The food on the buffet has raw chicken my son ordered a burger from room service he would not even eat it Then this morning at 5am I wake up from smelling smoke. There was no alarm going off on our floor so I was a bit confused. I opened our door and the hallway was filled with smoke. I woke my son up and we headed for the stairs. There were flames in the stairwell along with water pouring down everywhere. There was no staff to help to make sure we were safe . All the guest waited outside for 5 hours with no instructions No help to get to another hotel. Nothing. At 1030 they had people waiting in a conference room eating breakfast. Still no help. Now I cannot even get ahold of anyone there to get things from my room

Clean and updated hotel, no acces to the beach from the hotel though, you have to walk around the Blvd. Services available good and clean, secure card access only. Business crowd hotel for a reasonable price. Would Recommend.

Booked a room for my small family. Kids are 9 and younger. The hotel placed us on the third floor at the end of the hall where a massive window had been broken. The only thing protecting a young child from falling were a couple of orange cones and a guardrail. Also the door to the room had been hit with an axe. Strange experience for sure.

Standard executive lodging. Everything was clean and nice. The room had unusual big space even the TV looks small from the bed. I would like to improve shampoo and conditioner. Those bottles that work for any use should be banned from any decent hotel

Not enough staff, waited over an hour for dining, when food arrived finally, it was the wrong order. Didn't clean our room and we left all day we had no clean towels, However after insisting we were changed to another room. Do not enjoy having to use the room key to access lobby and to make elevator work time and time again. Sometimes they don't work properly and it shuts down and lights go out .😢

Good cheap place to stay in PV. Actually had partial ocean views and the food is really good. Very easy access to shopping at La Isla Shopping Mall. Overall much more affordable than most places in PV and great value. Only negative is room key kept deactivating and I had to get it reactivated almost each of the four days I stayed here.

This is a good place to stay. There is a mall to shop they have a swimming pool. But if you want to see a football game. Make sure you have a tv for frank or Francesco. He works in the front desk and likes to watch football too. Even though he knew we’re watching tv he turned the tv 2 times.
