This is absolute paradise from the moment you get to the resort until the time you leave. The staff was absolutely amazing in every division. The food was incredible , so were the drinks which we never had an empty cup the whole time we were there. We stayed in the honeymoon suite which was incredible. The hotel is clean immaculate The beach was beautiful and well taken care of. We were lucky enough to be able to arrange the romantic dinner which was once in a lifetime memory that will never be forgotten.. The walk to the downtown area was easy and fast all the vendors and townspeople were very friendly. I highly recommend this resort to anybody who's looking to get away from it all and relax. We cannot wait to go back! We did the all inclusive package and enjoyed every last minute of it including the 24-hour room service with delicious food brought to you anytime of the day within minutes.

Staff was amazing along with the room. If you are looking for a hotel to meet other people and socialize in the evening. Look somewhere else. They cover all the poolside chairs at 6:00 and swim up bar closes. There is no easy place to find a drink and no place to sit and enjoy the outside except the restaurant or your balcony. Only one elevator worked most of the time and at one point, only one elevator was working. The gym was closed the entire stay. AVOID THE TIME SHARE PRESENTATION!!! They say is 1.5 hours but it was over 3. They say you get 30% off excursions, but you can get that online yourself. Not worth the cheap bottle of tequilia. I would not return to this resort.

I cannot say enough good things about this boutique hotel. My husband and I got married here in May and it was an absolute DREAM. They have perfected the serene, lay by the pool all day, eat and drink anything you want vibe. All of our guests had such a wonderful time and many want to go back again (including us of course!). We also met so many guests who had come here every year for over 10 years which is impressive given how many choices there are out there. Special thanks to Vanessa to helped plan our dream wedding! Can’t thank you enough!

Amazing experience overall! One of the most romantic and relaxing trips of our lives. Thank you to the staff who made this trip so incredible with your excellent customer service and wonderful personalities. Alejandro Cadena, Manuel, Alfredo, Alejandro (behind the Pool Bar), and Enrique made every meal special and delicious. Paul was the king of getting us towels and finding a pool chair for us and he always did it with a smile and sense of humor. Diana was our massage therapist and my massage/facial was one of the best I've ever had. Whatever each of these folks is being paid, it's not enough for the extraordinary guest experience they provided us. We will not soon forget this trip and plan to come back soon!

We stayed at Villa Premiere over Christmas 2023 and had a wonderful time. The staff were very kind, attentive, and easy to communicate with. The hotel itself isn't jammed with as many people as possible, so it's easy to find beach or pool loungers whenever you make your way down. Bartenders are knowledgeable and can make whatever you ask. The room service was our favorite way to eat dinner. Special shoutout to Paul, Javier, Alejandro and Isidro for taking care of us during our stay!

This resort blew us away the entire time and we can’t recommend it enough. From the welcome champagne and massage to the friendly staff to the delicious meals to the beautiful pool, it was so hard to leave! The staff tended to us in such a kind and attentive way. No request of ours seemed too big or too small. The all inclusive deal is totally legit and they actually serve GOOD food and drinks with multiple restaurant options. They also offer room service 24/7. Some all inclusive places offer just buffets or watered down drinks, but their food was so delicious and well made. The only downside is the rocky beach, but some water shoes helped with that and the pool is just as nice to spend time at. Please go here!!! You won’t be disappointed

Stayed there three nights and first class all around. Great location within walking distance of restaurants, art district, boardwalk, night life, etc. The room was clean and bright, facing the water. Great pool and beach area. A bit on the expensive side but well worth it if you’re looking for a calmer and less crowded place to stay in an otherwise very busy tourist destination.

I was here in August 2021. The beach is iffy, depending on tide. Views were fantastic. Pools were lit up at night. Bartenders were friendly & attentive. Service was superb 90% of the time. Tammie (Tammy?) the concierge was absolutely amazing & gave me all the info I needed. She told me about the sister property next door, & I ate there a few times. Restaurants & food were fancy. If you like paying top dollar for fancy food, you are in the right place. I myself am not, & there were a lot of things I didn't like on the menu (please know that it is a matter of my taste, not anything wrong with the food). I ordered a burger almost daily because that was simple enough, but they kept putting some pesto sauce on everything. They put it on literally every hot food item. I asked for it without, & they'd still put it on there. It's like they weren't communicating with the kitchen. I walked out without eating more than once out of sheer frustration. I ended up ordering room service quite often, but the burgers would show up raw in the middle, even though I specified well done. For all inclusive, I sure went hungry a lot. I got diarrhea for several days & was miserable. I ordered my last breakfast without the pesto sauce, & of course they slathered it all over my eggs. After having been awake all night in the bathroom, this was the last straw. I checked out a couple days early due to just being done with it all (and didn't even eat). The lady at the front desk understood that I was upset, & she stated she would refund the remaining days on my reservation since I was leaving. What actually happened though, is after I got back to the USA - they charged my card for another $400~USD for no reason. Getting that money back plus my unused reservation days took nearly 2 months. Overall, property was stunning. I paid for the best room on property & it was excellent. My only issues were the food, the broken elevator, & the extra charges. Getting sick might have been the food, but hard to know.

A beautiful resort! My wife and I have 2 rules for all inclusives: 1. No kids 2. Great food This was the first “boutique” resort we stayed at (we are in our 30s) and the food was amazing!! Service was top notch as well. We had the best pool assistant, Paul, who was incredible!! He brought some pool floats for us to use and even sourced us some great tamales. The location was fun, right in downtown with lots to do. Felt safer than walking around center city Philadelphia. We booked a fishing charter and my wife caught a large mahi mahi- the restaurant manager, Jorge, set up a nice table for us and had it cooked for our dinner. Best meal we had!! Will be back :)

I’m very picky when it comes to spending my money on vacations. Having said that our experience at this hotel was excellent the service was great, anything we needed from anyone was quickly accommodated. Turn down service. Every day was super nice. The food was great but would probably go with the European plan next time because there’s so much food to explore in the city. We had easy access to old town taking the bus was super easy and inexpensive and safe. the only complaint I would have is that the beach was rocky, a quick purchase of water shoes solved that problem. I wish they had properties other places in the world. It can sometimes be stressful for me finding the perfect place. FYI, the clientele is 50+, there were some 30 something couples but it’s not a party atmosphere. You can get that next-door and most definitely in town.

Really a wonderful place. Booked through Costco Travel. We usually stay at Hilton properties, but on this trip we wanted to be walking distance to downtown, so we chose this property. It hasn’t disappointed. The food is absolutely excellent. Portions are just right; they aren’t trying to turn you into an overstuffed person here! Quality, fresh ingredients. Amazing menu selections. Also, for those who dairy is not their friend (like me), they have lactose-free milk, and non-dairy options available. The staff goes above and beyond, and no one asks for or waits for a tip; you get great service before they know if you’re tipping or not. The beach is beautiful; very few vendors and they are not pushy at all. Bed is extremely comfortable, and they have you choose your preferred pillows at check-in such as feather, synthetic, foam, soft, medium, firm. I’m a pillow person, and I appreciate this service so much! Our room is very nice, spacious, and has a good-sized balcony facing the ocean. I do not recommend spending on the honeymoon suite, or asking for a top floor. They do have an expansive view of the ocean, but they also overlook the impoverished neighbor next door. And higher floor units have very small balconies unless you’re in a corner unit. 2 pools, walk right out onto the beach, can hear the waves in our room even with the patio door closed, and all the restaurants have a view. And yes the pool chairs are filled up if you come out closer to the afternoon, but the chairs on the beach are plenty and available. Or just hang out in the pool instead of next to it! Swim up bar, anyone? Just enjoy! There is a pool guy who keeps up with when chairs come open, and when the users just stepped away and will be back. Just approach him and ask what’s available and he’ll take care of getting you a spot.

The great - the hotel itself, the rooms, the staff, the beach, the location, no kids, the views from the room, the service, the comfortable beds, the bathrooms, the breakfasts, the atmosphere, the tequila. We really enjoyed our stay. We didn't get the food package because we wanted to try the great food PV offers but we ate most breakfasts there, which were very good. We regularly ordered drinks while poolside or while on the beach & the bill wasn't too bad. I liked the wrist bands for room access, there's no worrying about room keys. We've stayed at a lot of hotels & these beds were the best I've had away from home. This is a great place, so peaceful & enjoyable. We booked through Costco for the end of May & the prices were very affordable. I see no reason to stay somewhere else on our next PV vacation. The downsides - while there are no kids allowed, there can be loud young adults who party into the night. And I'm glad we didn't get the food package. The outdoor restaurant is great, right on the beach. The lunch & dinners are good but we enjoyed awesome food by going out. Get to the pool early, the spaces fill up quickly.

Just returned from our third time at this property and I enjoyed it as much or more than the other visits. We experienced a hurricane and the staff were calm and organized in preparation. Although we were not hit directly, damage sustained was immediately remedied and we were in the pool 24 hrs later! The pool staff: Paul, Alejandro, Aurelio, Javier, Edson, and Alamo made every pool day special. At night Enrique was a gracious and attentive bartender. If you want to relax and be close to town in a smaller property, this is a great choice.

Villa Premiere was the perfect romantic getaway for our honeymoon! As soon as we arrived, we felt like we were receiving a luxury experience. Every room in the hotel has an ocean view, and ours was incredible from the sixth floor. We liked the smaller feel of the resort. The staff was incredibly accommodating, and worked to make our life easy all week. The pool service was great at providing constant food and drinks. We particularly enjoyed Paul who always made sure everyone had a clean and dry lounge chair at the pool. The on-site restaurants were amazing fine-dining experiences. We loved the themed five-course dinners at La Ceiba and the nightly specials and elevated feel of La Corona. We highly recommend the all-inclusive package so that you don't miss out on anything! Booking through Costco got us complementary massages, as well as champagne and other treats in our room.

We stayed at the Villa Premier mid of June 2022 for 8 nights and chose the all-inclusive option. Would we come back? Yes, possibly! The main reasons for that are 1. truly adults only hotel, 2. excellent and friendly service, 3. outstanding food, 4. great location near Malecon and old Puerto Vallarta. 5. We loved the cabanas at the beach. We are in our mid to late 50's and well-travelled and can say that the quality and the especially the nouvelle-cuisine inspired food was outstanding. Large plates with small servings. But because we had several courses, we never finished it all. Both restaurants were à la carte. One restaurant, La Ceiba, featured different themes which we liked a lot. The menu of the other restaurant, Corona, was fixed, more international but also excellent. On two occasions they featured live music during lunch and dinner which were excellent performances. Unfortunately, they did not receive the attention they deserved. The people who work there are very friendly and really take care of you. At the end of this review we mention a few names of the people who made our stay wonderful. We enjoyed our time in the cabanas at the beach. The location was great. Malecon and old downtown are a short walking distance. What we did not like was the following. When we arrived we were presented with a $300 charge. They told us that this was a fund held back for the musicians who could not play due to the pandemic and would be used to fund unprivileged children to go to a music school. We could decide later if we wanted to have this donated or not. We never heard of this school before and had no information about how the money would be spent. In addition, there were musician performing during meal who we tipped greatly. We also were presented with the fact that there was loud plumbing work going on during the day. Loud drilling and hammering in the first days of our stay. Luckily we spent most of the time outside. Then one day, our room was filled with a strong penetrating chemical smell. Hard to breathe. Apparently from painting work next door. We had to move to another room which was quite inconvenient. The hotel actually has only 2 restaurants. Both excellent as mentioned, but only two which limits options. We were no fans of the two "pizza & pasta nights" because we have that at home plenty. You can visit the restaurants at the adjacent family-oriented hotel which also has a buffet. Disappointing was the only-one-white-wine and only-one-red-wine option. We are white wine drinkers. Complementing the exquisite dishes served to us, there was only "White Wine", literally the label on the bottle said: White Wine", a blend of something from Spain. Even for the all-inclusive option we were disappointed that there was no more varieties of wine offered than the wine you find in cheap diners. Really the low point of any dining experience and a one-star rating. What was inconvenient was the constant scanning of your bracelet for everything you ordered. The bracelets identified you already by color. But this may have also been a way to increase tips. We love to actually swim in the ocean. The beach is very stony and rocky, a pebble beach with occasional sand but when you walk into the water you can feel the stony ground which felt very uncomfortable and could hurt your feet. We strongly recommend wearing beach/swimming shoes. The ocean was at times rough, clouded from debris of plants and occasional trash like pieces of wrapping paper or plastic. We also recommend bringing earplugs. The screaming and yelling of the party people at the pool bar can get on your nerves. We contacted the hotel many times via phone call and email to send us an itemized bill but never received it. We give it 4 stars and plan to come back. We can't remember the names of everyone who made our stay more pleasant but the ones we remember were Javier and Paul at the pool side and at the restaurants Manuel, Adan, Hugo, Marlen and Bladymir.

The service is impeccable. Who doesn’t want to show up to their room with adult beverages and chocolates two days in a row? The cream of the crop is the restaurant on site, La Corona. In particular, Hugo and Alan take fantastic care of their guests. The food is also amazing. I recommend the scallops, beef tartare, and the tuna. If you need time to get away, relax, recharge, and think about life, this is the place to do it.

Simply wonderful! The staff are warm and friendly and go out of their way to attend to your every need. We got exceptionally great service from Paul and Jorge at the pool, Alice Kurt and Lourdis at the front desk, and Hugo and Samuel at the on-site restaurants. It's not cheap, but everything about this place is top of the line!

We stayed in the Honeymoon Suite Pros: great location. Able to walk to just about anywhere and when we needed a taxi it was so simple to walk to the lobby and have one within minutes. Our spa experience was great. The new spa is under construction so the location was a little strange but it didn’t matter once the massage started. Elizabeth was amazing. We enjoyed our stay so much Food- Lunch was pretty bland but breakfast and dinner were very enjoyable! Jorge can help you have a private dinner or plan a special menu. Location and views are unmatched. Walk to town and get some tacos for lunch. Most couples were low key and just enjoying the relaxing atmosphere. We are in our 30s and didn’t want a loud party vibe. Cons: AC in room was pretty loud Honeymoon suite doesn’t have an in room soaking tub, shower only. I thought I would love the soaking on the patio but it takes a while to fill so we only used it once. Next time I will call ahead to have them fill for us so we don’t have to wait. The tablets for all inclusive charges was very confusing. The waiters were not explaining what we were tipping or what our total tip was. I ended up checking with the front desk and they were able to explain it and show charges. We will absolutely return, might not purchase all inclusive next time because we enjoyed venturing into town so much.

Beautiful hotel with great views, great staff, cheerful vibes, open spaces, it's a great way to relax. I had hopes of sitting by the beach and relaxing but never got to experience it as I was pestered nonstop by local vendors. So I mostly stayed in the room, which was very nice and had a jacuzzi. Mostly attracts the 50+ crowd, retirees and older professionals looking to be waited on.

It's okay for the price. Excellent location right by downtown PV. Room was a bit noisy right outside the blowers. We did not do all inclusive and they even charged for the tea bags used in the room which is absurd when already paying 300+ USD a night. Otherwise, service was great and very hospitable.

VASTLY EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS!! This hotel is positively lovely. The staff, of which there are many, are all warm, friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The hotel is absolutely immaculate, the cleaning staff clearly go above and beyond. The food was well above typical "hotel food" (and I say that as someone that travels extensively for work). The ambiance was understated elegance and attention to detail in every possible way. This place is an absolute gem, I would give it 6 stars if I could.

This property is a hidden gem, it's off the main street away from traffic and sidewalk but still close enough to it as well without a long walk. The ambiance is remarkable, the smell of this hotel is alluring, the staff was so pleasant and helpful too. My Junior Suite room was nice as well, however there was someone who lived outside the hotel next door and would play their music blaring at night(at least 2 of the 4 night of being there). I thought was strange. Also, the constantly being approached by staff to purchase a vacation club became overwhelming to say the least. Other than that, the stay was good, and yes, I'd go back there.

This is our second stay at Villa Premiere and definitely will not be our last. We stayed in the Master Suite and could not ask for more amenities. The romance of sitting in your private hot tub watching the sunset cannot be beat. The staff are amazing throughout. Edgar, Javier, Enrique and Alejandro made us feel like we were their only guests. The Front Desk, Concierge, Room Service and Room Staff are attentive, accommodating and made us feel very special. Villa Premiere is now our go-to place in PV!

SCAM ALERT - Do not book with this hotel. I should have realized that it was shady when they failed to send a confirmation email after booking directly through their website. They ultimately charged us $230 more for the room than we were quoted on the website. Additionally, they charged us an extra $500+ on their sister property, which we never stepped foot in. I have been getting the runaround ever since; promising that their "accounting department" would contact me. Then two weeks later, they charged me an extra $0.01 - clearly trying to see if my card was still active. I now am pursuing all of this through my credit card company & filing a police report in Mexico, but suffice to say, absolutely none of it is right or worth the hassle that it has caused.

Not worth the cost. Ended up getting food/drink poisoning from the pool bar. Stick to canned drinks if you order alcohol. They do not have a currency exchange as advertised on their website. Room service took 1.5 hours + and was cold and gross. Great location to walk around. Locals are nice. Dinner at the hotel was mediocre. Lunch and breakfast not good. Service during lunch and breakfast was slow even when we were the only people being served. When I brought my complaint to the hotel, nothing was done to correct. Beach front room was really a view of overgrown vegetation and a crack house next door. There's plenty of other locations in the area that are worth the stay. I would not recommend this location.

My husband and I enjoyed 4 nights here in January. We had the honeymoon suite & enjoyed it so much! The views were breathtaking. The staff made the experience even better for us. Javier remembered our drink order after his first time meeting us. Sarahi was very helpful during the check-in process. We asked Tammy about some of her favorite local food recommendations and she surprised us with a detailed list of her favorite spots (which we definitely tried out and they did not disappoint!) Some other staff to point out that were great are: Enrique, Erika, Edgar, Dania, Jorge, Raquel, Julio, Alex, Cristian, Nelson, & Heriberto, and so so many more! The food was excellent! The best we’ve ever had at a resort. The resort is perfectly located - close to downtown restaurants and shops. We felt safe walking around during the day & evening. The beaches were clean and family friendly. We saw two whales in the distance during our time there. The weather was a warm 82 degrees F every day of our stay with no rain or clouds. The water was warm as well however not super safe to swim in due to strong tides in January, which is typical across most beaches this time of year. They did have a water rescue team up and down the beaches just in case. Overall, we had the best time! We both agreed it was our favorite spot to vacation by far and we’ve been to a lot of different beaches in our lifetime. We would definitely come back to Villa Premiere and we will be telling all of our friends about it!

If you are looking for the perfect, romantic getaway, you MUST stay here! The rooms were phenomenal, the service was superb, and the food was absolutely delicious. We did purchase the all-inclusive package and were never disappointed in the menu options and the quality of the food. The servers Alan, Noel, and Enrique were very attentive and always went above and beyond. Jorge, the kitchen manager, always made sure everything was perfect. Suzy made check in a breeze, and we were able to get into our room early, which was nice after being on a plane most of the day. Stunning views of the ocean from the balcony, bed was super comfortable, and I loved the jacuzzi bath tub we had in our room. They do have 2 properties, one is family friendly and the other is 18+. I can not recommend this place enough!

Had a great experience at the Villa Premiere! We were there during Hurricane Lidia. The staff did a wonderful job of keeping us feeling safe all the way through the storm. They also cleaned up everything and removed all preventative measures in record timing. Apart from the hurricane precautions, the staff have been amazing! Upon arrival they greet you with a glass of champion and a 5 minute welcome massage. After a long day of travel, it was such a welcomed treat. Then they show you around the hotel and your room to ensure you know where everything is and how to use everything. They also offer turn down service and leave a little sweet treat on your pillow. Love this service while on vacation! We got hot stone massages and they threw in a complimentary facial! 💯 Wonderful service! When the weather was finally nice enough, we knew we had to get to the pool. Shout out to Paul for "taking care of the white people"!! We enjoy your white glove service and connecting with us!

We stayed 3 nights. Everyone we came in contact with who worked here was kind and helpful. Amazing service. We loved the hot tub in our room and the view was amazing from our balcony. Got a shoulders massage from their spa and it was incredible. So nice and peaceful, and loved that it was adults only because everyone was super chill. The foods and drinks were good but I was blown away by the folks who work here, amazing team!!

When looking for a hotel for a night in Puerto Vallarta we had a couple things in mind: a fancy hotel to live up our vacation to the max, walking distance from the sites we wanted to see in our one day there, and with tasteful scenery and beach access. Villa Premiere Boutique Hotel & Romantic Getaway fit all these requirements and thus we chose to say here without much further thought. By the time we had left, we were convinced we couldn’t have chosen a better location. This hotel outdoes itself in every aspect. The building’s design is very tastefully done with a breezy open air entrance and fountain leading to the multiple restaurants, pool deck, swim up bar, beach, and canopy walkway. We were greeted with refreshing welcome drinks and a choice of both pillow type and room scent. The room was quite spacious, nicely decorated, and the balcony was a joy to relax on. When lounging by the pool and on the beach, I appreciated the variety of furniture and fact that it was almost all available to all guests. On later walks down the beach we were regularly solicited to rent an umbrella or beach chairs which I kindly said “no gracias” to knowing we had the option of a swinging bed, curtained day bed, beach chairs, pool chairs, and more just a couple hundred feet away on a more secluded and pristine section of the beach. The drinks, bar snacks, and food were all very reasonably priced, so much so that we checked the bill to double check they didn’t miss anything. While the only meal we had at the hotel was breakfast, it was my favorite breakfast all trip and we even caught sight of a fin of a whale as it was being served. To give a better sense of the location, the hotel was about a quarter mile from the promenade of old town which led over the river to Zona Romantica - the two locations everyone said we must see in our stay. On a larger scale, the hotel is nestled just where the mountains begin to get closer to the beaches of Puerto Vallarta which lends itself to spectacular scenery. To top it all off, the staff all went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we could ever need. Isidro was the lovely butler who manned the front desk and gave us a thorough tour of our room. Tammy provided a detailed introductory walkthrough of the hotel grounds and Dario accommodated all our needs with check-in. At breakfast the team of Jorge, Edgar, Erika, Dania, Raquel, Julio and Alex thought of every detail from presentation to a surprise dessert dish. I will be recommending Villa Premiere Boutique Hotel & Romantic Getaway to any friend or family member I know looking to treat themselves to a lavish stay in Puerto Vallarta.

We booked a 4 night stay at Villa Premiere a little last minute and it was fantastic! First, Puerto Vallarta is a great city to visit. One of the cleanest and safest cities I've been to in a developing country. Villa Premiere was AMAZING. Everyone on staff was incredibly nice and attentive and they all did such an amazing job. The hotel is beautiful with a lot of care to keep things clean. Their food was absolutely WONDERFUL. Every dish was incredible! We had a couples massage and that was too was fantastic. I can't say enough good things about the staff, the food, or the hotel itself. Highly recommend and we will be back for sure!

I truly can’t put into words how much we are so thankful for our experience at Villa Premier (Adults Only)! From the moment my husband and I stepped foot into the resort, we felt welcomed. We booked the honeymoon suite as we were celebrating our 7th wedding anniversary. THE VIEW WAS TOP TIER!!! The All inclusive was worth it and I loved how they had restaurants on the property. The snack bar food and drinks were amazing! I loved the morning clean up service and NIGHT clean up service. The night crew would come, restock towels, make your bed again and restock the mini bar. We loved eating breakfast at La Ceiba as well and the bottomless mimosas. They were so helpful and even though we didn’t understand Spanish, they made sure they always found someone to help. Our concierge advisor, Lourdes was hands down AMAZING!! I mean she went above and beyond for us. Literally! Tammy, was amazing as well and she truly made us feel welcomed! Anything we asked, they did their best to assist. We can’t wait to return. Might I add the sister hotel Buena Varta was also amazing. (More for families) but the food and service there as well was TOP NOTCH!! You can’t go wrong with either resort. Again! Thank you all so much! Until next year!

Hotel Premiere is exceptional!! It's a smaller boutique hotel where I enjoyed every minute from arrival to departure. The food is so tasty I must have had ceviche three times a day and the drinks are perfectly made! Add the 24/7 room service to your package and you will not be disappointed. The rooms are clean and super comfortable. They leave nice notes when they service the rooms and included a nice arrival gift with champagne, chocolate covered strawberries, etc. Hanging out at the pool was so relaxing (no kids/adults only). Perfect little getaway and so many things to do close by including a multitude of excursions and other dining options nearby.

Not worth your money. Pools are dirty, missing tiles. Food is not great. The service is good, but not worth it. Half the time the service is lost. Certainly for the cost, it isn’t a place I would repeat. You have places in zona romántica with dozens of high quality restaurants (actually good food, not cafeteria-style like here) just a block around the hotels. Much better deal somewhere. Don’t get tricked.

We stayed here mid June. Overall we felt the hotel was beautiful. The rooms are really nice with each one having a balcony. Also the complementary shampoo, conditioner, & body wash are a nice brand, which I loved. The beds are very comfortable and they do let you choose your pillow type. I believe only one pillow type can be chosen for the room, however. My husband and I had different selections but only his was delivered. (This wasn’t a big deal to me though.) The pool and lounge chairs were very nice as well as the beach. The beach is a little rocky just as an FYI. We only ate at the restaurant twice for a quick meal. It was good. We booked this hotel mainly because they had a nice looking on-site gym. But when we went to use it, it was closed. I’m still giving the hotel five stars because they did make it right. We were able to visit another gym down the street (Simmon’s Gym was a few blocks away) and they refunded the cost. There’s also a Gym at their sister location which is next-door. However, it was also closed when we were there. It seems that they were doing renovations during the low summer season. My only critique would just be that the front staff that help with the bags felt very pushy. Anytime we left they were asking if we needed a taxi and when we had our bags they really wanted to help and seemed miffed that we wouldn’t let them take our bags. We prefer to keep our bags with us just for security purposes. Again, nothing wrong with this, just was something we noticed.

My mom, brother, and I stayed at Villa Premiere for a lovely week. We just got home! The location was great. We could hear the ocean waves from our room, and it was easy to go for a walk along the beach. We were able to easily walk to the Malecón Boardwalk and other nearby restaurants when we wanted to branch out from the hotel food. That said, the food and drinks were tasty! Aside from eating a couple times in the (casual) restaurant, we enjoyed poolside service and room service. The prices were decent (we opted out of all-inclusive meals). We really liked the staff we encountered. Isidro and Dario welcomed us to the hotel on our first night and consistently said hello when we'd encounter them in the lobby throughout the week, making us feel very comfortable. At the pool, Edson was usually the staff person who made sure we were fed and had a Corona in hand. And big kudos to Paul, who took really good care of us at the pool! He was always around to see if we needed more towels, sunscreen, or needed our umbrella adjusted for more shade. Cheers to the staff! Everyone we encountered was friendly and patient with our questions. :) We hope to return in the future. We felt very fancy. We usually stick to Holiday Inns in the States, so we really appreciated the service here!

Pros: -Very comfortable beds and AC + great ocean view and you can hear waves as you sleep -We only had breakfast at the hotel but it was always delicious. Room service food was also good. We opted out of all inclusive but felt the food was fairly priced. Pool drinks - not as much. I think virgin drinks cost the same as regular? -Staff was very kind and friendly -Decent location. Only a 15 minute walk to the boardwalk. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. -Really quiet at night if more peaceful is your speed -Adults only Cons: -This may be across the board at resorts but every morning people would set one personal item on the limited chairs by the pool, regardless if they planned to use the chair within a reasonable amount of time. Hotel staff did not do much, if anything, to mitigate this so those of us who went to use the pool and a chair ONLY when we planned to actually be there were left with nowhere to sit. I find the etiquette rude and entitled when everyone is paying to use a communal space. Literally a book would be taking up an unused chair for hours while actual people had nowhere to enjoy the space. -Not necessarily a con generally but a much older demographic of guests. Personally I felt it contributed to the issue above since they were the predominant group "reserving" chairs at 7am everyday and then not showing up to use them until after noon. We are mid 30s and felt like the youngest people there. -Our shower and sink drain basically stopped working efficiently by the second day. The shower would pool water almost to the point of spilling over onto the floor within 5 minutes or less. -The concierge tries to bait and switch you into a presentation in exchange for discounts on tours exclusively through their partner. We were tired from traveling and initially agreed to it for a free dinner but after getting to our room, reading reviews, and discussing privately, we did not want to do it. (read other reviews about it). They keep your $20 deposit if you decide to not go. It just felt shady and left a bad taste in our mouth. -Sort of strange because it was advertised to us during our tour but the 4 beach cabanas were literally never set up for guests during our stay. So there are two useable cabanas on the whole property and they were always "reserved" by people leaving their stuff there and taking off for hours on end. I would recommend this hotel with caveats depending on who it was. I'm 6 months pregnant so this will be our only stay due to the adults only policy but we would also opt for another hotel either way in the end just due to our personal preferences and what we value in a hotel experience.

Had the absolute most PHENOMENAL stay! Everyone was so welcoming, kind, and knowledgeable— the food was delicious, and the views from the room were incredible. Also a great location, near some smaller bodegas, corner stores, and a few miles away from the boardwalk. Will definitely be back!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at Villa Premiere! The front desk and concierge staff were always very friendly..they referred to us by name on our second day! The wait staff at both the pool and restaurants were welcoming and responsive. My wife has a dairy allergy, and they made sure her meals were safely prepared. The executive chef also visited our table to speak with us and suggest options to make a diary-free option super tasty! Our room – we enjoyed a honeymoon suite – it was clean and offered a breathtaking view of the bay. Lastly, the property’s location to the beach and the Malecon make Villa Premiere a perfect location to stay while visiting Puerto Vallarta!

We celebrated our anniversary and my Friends birthday and it was paradise from the moment you get to the resort until the time you leave. The staff was absolutely amazing in every division. The food was incredible , so were the drinks which we never had an empty cup the whole time we were there. The hotel is clean The beach was beautiful and well taken care of. My husband arranged the romantic dinner which was so amazing and a lifetime memory. We we’re close to downtown and everyone was so nice. I highly recommend this resort to anybody who's looking to get away from it all and relax. We cannot wait to go back! We did the all inclusive package and enjoyed every last minute of it including the 24- room service.

It was great. Awesome staff that was very helpful and met our every need. Room was spacious and the view of the beach was wonderful. Breakfast and lunch were good but dinner was always a delight. Enjoyed the spa service. Already planning our next trip

The staff were very friendly, the room was beautiful and always clean. The main pool and pool with sit down bar we used every day. All the dinners were great. We had issues at the pool restaurant for breakfast and lunches. Most of the time they were also wonderful but the waiters are relying on their ordering tablets too much. They seem to let the kitchen control all, so there were many times when 1/2 of our table’s food would come 20 minutes later, or a few times not at all. We had to remind them too many times . They always seem surprised when we would ask for the chips they never brought with the guacamole or bring us our order of toast when we were already finished eating the main dish 20 minutes earlier. 1st few times we were not happy but after awhile it was a game, will we or will we not get the food we order. Will the appetizer come out 1st or last. Will we all get one. Over easy eggs can be be perfect or dark brown and need a knife to cut them. It was odd , it didn’t appear the waiters knew it was their responsibility to get things right the 1st time. They were always great about all as always apologized and removed items etc, no issues there. However a 60/40 track record of your service as a waiter I would be embarrassed by. Who the heck is training them?

Villa Premiere Boutique was the best hotel and experience my finance and I have ever had. We were treated extremely well by all staff. The best bartender was Jorge!!! We loved the pool area, meals, cleanliness and the amazing details. We enjoyed a romantic dinner at that end of the hotel during sunset. We are members now and I can’t wait to go to the sister hotel, Bonventura in 3 weeks for my 50th!

The food was great, but only two places to eat. Going to town was easy for other food options. The beach is pretty non existent, so don’t come here if you want full beach experience. The gym is awful- small hit and old equipment. Staff was overall friendly and very helpful- the pool service was sporadic- depended on which server was on duty. Would probably stay here again, but with different expectations

The Villa Premiere Boutique hotel was an excellent choice to celebrate my partner’s birthday. I read hundreds of reviews before arriving at this hotel and I was pleasantly satisfied with my choice. The resort is beautiful, clean, classy, modern, intimate. Adults only with a fairly mature, professional crowd here for a good relaxing time. We only stayed here for 3 nights and we certainly weren’t ready to go. I will definitely stay here again. The food was incredible. The drinks were fabulous. Loved the coconut margaritas poolside. Staff was great. Music was wonderful. Loved the live singers and musicians at dinner. They played the violin beautifully. Resort is centrally located in Downtown Puerto Vallarta and in a very safe area. I felt zero discomfort walking around at night. The locals were very warm and friendly. All in all, I highly recommend you book. You will not be disappointed.

I can’t say enough great things about our experience here. I can’t think of a single thing I would have asked for differently. Thank you to the entire staff for making us feel so welcome and at home. You did everything possible to make we had an enjoyable and relaxing time. We needed a getaway from the everyday stress back home and this was exactly what we needed. We stayed for 5 nights and 6 days, and we were definitely not ready to go home yet. Special shout-out to Tammy, Camilla, Dario, Hugo and our favorite bartender of all time Jorge! We will be back very soon and cannot wait for the next trip!

I & my husband spent a week in Villa premier and it was indeed a wonderful and relaxing experience. We had booked an all inclusive stay for 4 days and non inclusive stay for 2 days in a room with jaquizi and hammock with a beautiful ocean and resort view. It is an adult only resort and if you are looking for a romantic gateway with your partner you will really enjoy it here.. On day 1 we were welcomed with a champagne and a 5 min back massage 💆 which calmed us after a long flight.✈️ The staff here is very friendly n amazing and makes sure that you are always comfortable. We both are vegetarian 🥑 and the chef made sure to fulfill any kind of vegetarian requests when we got bored with the menu. The room service is great. The pool area had a pool bar which was exceptional and we really enjoyed sipping a drink while swimming. They have their private beach area where they put their Bali beds and it’s so convenient to relax there and order drinks and food on Bali beds. One of the special things we had was using the Gazebo for our anniversary night. The staff made sure things were on point and gave us a very great service. They also have Yoga sessions on the beach every morning!!! For the last 2 days we took couple of tours and explored Peurto Vallarta on our own. We also tried couple of wonderful vegetarian restaurants. Overall our stay in this resort was amazing and it was indeed a romantic gateway..
