The staff is what makes this hotel shine I like to commend them for accommodating me during my stay👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 The newer rooms above reception area were modern, clean and spacious. Strong Wi-Fi 🚀🚀🚀 4 x large towels Hair dryer Shampoo and 2 x soaps Modern strong AC with overhead fan 2 x queen beds with 4 x pillows Rain shower: pressure was mild, but did the job. Lots of hot water 2 x Complementary bottle water Large refrigerator w/freezer Large flat screen: HBO, Netflix, YouTube , etc etc Large counter Large shelves and closets 6 x hangers Universal (USA) outlets Beautiful large tile flooring The Bad: Noisy Noisy Noisy 😭😭😭 Rooms poorly insulated The business next door plays loud music from 9:30am to 11:00pm. The loud cars playing music, will make your room vibrate and echo like you’re at a rave party. Inconsiderate Hotel customers slamming doors and talking loud in the hallway. Linen was Rough and worn. FYI: the rooms in the back of the hotel are larger and have kitchens . Its more outdated , but it is quieter. 1 minute walk to the Malecon, beach, restaurants, shops, bars , 24hour stores , MCD’s, coffee , etc etc If this review was helpful, please give it a 👍 Safe travels

We were in room 126 and the views from our balcony was the highlight of our stay. You can watch acrobatics, fireworks, and sunset every night from your own private patio. The price was very fair compared to other hotels in the area. There were 2 AC units in our room. The location is good, beach 1 min walk away. Really good authentic mexican restaurant 2 min walk away. It was nice having a kitchenette so we could order take out and plate it in our room. The biggest disappointment was the fact that we had ZERO wifi in our room. We were so far we couldn't even see the hotel wifi. The kitchen area in our suite stunk like sewage. The second bathroom often smelt like cigarettes because our room was above a casino. They did not have beach towels or water refills available. We were apparently on the "quieter side" of the hotel and it was still very loud with street noise / casino music at night, and church bells ringing every 30 minutes in the morning. The beds weren't the most comfortable, but manageable.

I had reserved a room via Expedia and for a good price. Reviews said hotel was recently renovated, etc, etc. When we got there we were "upgraded" to a bigger room. However, the kitchen seemed like it was done in a rush, as well as the bathroom. However what was disappointing was that this room could only be accessed by the street on the opposite end of the building, next to the parking garage. The door was literally a few feet from a very very busy street. If the window was open, you could clearly hear people's conversation as they walked by, even if it was 2am. I will say the beds were super comfortable and housekeeping does an empecable job. I only saw one dead roach the whole stay. Kudos to the cleaning crew. Front desk staff was also friendly. Location was good except for the very very busy street our room was on. The last 3 days we did not have any hot water but it was hot so we didn't complain. I would not recommend those 2 rooms on the street. Inquire as to the location of the room before you commit.

No wifi, no hot water. They decided to move us basically in the middle of the night instead of just fixing it. Then they moved us back the next day to the original room. All it was was the handles were backward, shower AND sink 🤦‍♂️. The wifi was now working as well, finally. Then, the sink pipe was leaking, and a puddle appeared that caused my elderly father to slip and fall in the middle of the night. Luckily, he was ok. They should have refunded us MINIMUM one night for the hassle, but they did nothing, even after suggesting it. I will say the staff was very friendly and accommodating as they could be. But the manager absolutely should have compensated us in some way. It's too bad because the concept of this place is actually really cool, and it's in a super great location. I'd have given this place 5 stars if the manager had just admitted they had a lot of really inconvenient screw-ups. But they didn't even apologize or compensate in ANY way. Like, c'mon, free breakfast? Some beers? A "my bad?!"

Nice room, friendly staff and within walking distance of everything downtown. Keep in mind there is quite a bit of street noise and church bells!

Great location and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Make sure you understand the location of the room and the amenities as each is different. I underestimated the road noise with loud mufflers and booming music so keep this in mind. Also, my room only has air in the bedroom rendering the living room mostly useless because it was so hot. They should also invest in a WiFi mesh network as there are about 20 access points all vying for space and it would drop frequently. But overall given the location right on the malecon and the price, I would stay there again in a slightly upgraded room.

A great place to stay. All the rooms are different. Ours was internal with no outside windows which meant no road noise. The patio was inviting so we used that for breakfast and met other guests which we enjoyed. Parking was secure. Reliable wifi.

The staff is nice and helping, but the quality of the rooms varies a lot from noisy (very), to small, to apparently nice. The white neon lights which are the only ones in each room make them feel very cold and there are no bedside tables. BYO lamp if you wanna feel cosy. Although the location is perfect.

Great location. Everything you need is very close, just a few block walk. Staff professional and courteous. Building is still under renovation but noise is minimal. Could use a little more maintenance in the room . Kitchen faucet was loose, headboard not attached, but minor. Would definitely stay again. Thank you Enrique and staff. This is a great little hotel. So close to the Ocean. It's not fancy but it's totally fine and a great price. I had a balcony which was great, it was so nice to sit on the balcony and see what's going on around the street and just see and hear life around. We got a room with 2 beds and a pull out couch. There was a little table, dresser closet, safe, private washroom and shower. It was a great price. The rooms were also very clean. We also had a fan and air conditioning. The staff was friendly and helpful. The other nice thing about this hotel is there were a lot of common areas to sit in and relax throughout the hotel. Also there is a parking garage if you have a car. I walked everywhere, or took cabs or the bus as its so convient to get everywhere from here. What's great is its so close to the malecon and so many places to eat and go. One negative thing I would say is if you are on the casino side, the casino blasts music all night.

Good for the price, old and used looking, bad wifi, but overall good. No blanket though, just sheets in the room we got.

Excellent location, clean rooms, and reasonably priced. My wife and I live in Puerto Vallarta, but sometimes we just spend the night here for fun.

Stayed there a couple of days ago with my family. Let me start off with the restroom leaking water from the bottom. The air conditioning wasn't working properly. The ceiling fan didn't work at all the whole time i was there. Very bad experienced I will definitely never stay there again. Very overly priced not worth the price!!!! Horrible Experience!!!! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone..

Hard NO! Not as advertised online. Not going back. There are plenty of reputable accommodations nearby that will get our pesos.

The location of this hotel is great if you like to be right in the action (but keep in mind it’s a loud area right off a busy street). The staff were great and very friendly! Unfortunately, the wifi didn’t work at all. My room was located in a hallway accessible from the parking garage only, the hallways is open to the public garage at all times and felt unsafe as a solo female traveller. The room was super dark and had no windows to the outside, the only window faced the hallway, so the blinds were closed at all times. I wouldn’t stay again.

Rooms were hot. Air conditioning only in the room/rooms. Service was bad as my mom's purse got stolen and they couldn't do anything about it. Location was okay.

We just stayed there 3 weeks ago and the service was great! I read the reviews about the noise and was concerned but our suite was just fine and everyone slept really well. We stayed in the Paris suite BTW. The suites are small but they have the essentials: pots, pans, cups, plates, cutlery and we did not feel cramped during our stay. It may seem a little dated but it's comfortable and the staff are wonderful! They even let us check in 3 HOURS early and our room was very clean! The only things I think can be improved: 1. that there were few small stains on a bedsheet 2.No conditioner for hair 3. There's graffiti outside on the back of the building which made it seem a little scary (I did a bit of research and according to crime rates It's actually a very safe zone so don't be alarmed! We didn't feel unsafe during our stay at all) 4. Our room didn't have a spatula so cooking was a little difficult. Overall I will be staying here again when I visit Puerto Vallarta. As a college kid I have to say that it's a good place to stay at a fair price!

Staff was very warm and welcoming. They made us want to return to stay there again. Location! Hotel is across the street from the Malécon, the beach, shops and a convenience store. Also, there is a casino on the same block as the hotel. Loved that the room had a balcony and that the a/c and fan were working properly. Not any bells and whistles - just a simple room with enough comfort and necessities to make one's stay enjoyable.
