They've
earned
their
high
rating,
that's
for
sure!
I
think
this
is
a
great
value
stay
in
a
fun,
lovely
area
of
Puerto
Vallarta.
This
is
what
you
should
consider
before
booking:
1.
Lots
of
stairs
inside
and
out
so
some
may
not
enjoy
the
level
of
activity
required.
You
have
a
tremendous
view
of
the
town
and
water.
But
it's
because
of
the
tall
building
and
walking
200+
stairs
from
the
waterfront.
The
sidewalk
stairs
are
also
steep,
uneven,
and
the
curbs
are
high.
2.
Difficult
to
park
at
the
hotel
and
drive
from
airport.
I
strongly
recommend
just
taking
a
cab.
The
cab
drivers
will
get
you
there
much
faster
with
less
effort
for
like
$10USD.
3.
This
is
a
boutique
hotel
so
services
are
limited.
I
think
they
provided
all
of
the
essentials
very
well
and
I
personally
preferred
the
low-key
vibe.
But
you
do
have
the
trade-off
that
there
is
not
always
someone
at
the
front
desk.
Your
access
in
and
out
is
controlled
by
a
physical
key.
Let
them
know
when
you
plan
to
arrive
and
provide
your
flight
information.
4.
Limited
hot
water
for
showers
so
plan
accordingly.
I
never
had
a
morning
hot
shower.
You
will
have
some
hot
water
if
you
shower
at
an
unpopular
time
(but
no
more
than
5
minutes).
I
don't
know
if
this
is
just
unique
to
the
hotel
or
if
water
in
the
area
has
the
same
limitations.
5.
Fairly
noisy
at
night.
If
you're
a
light
sleeper,
bring
good
ear
plugs
and
a
sleeping
mask.
The
church
bells
go
off
often
and
early.
Dogs
are
barking
(sometimes
non-stop)
at
all
hours
of
the
night.
This
is
the
only
aspect
that
would
deter
me
from
coming
back
because
it
led
to
many
sleep-deprived
days.
6.
Lots
of
garbage
on
corners
exploring
around
the
hotel.
It's
a
really
concentrated
area
and
you
often
can't
avoid
walking
right
beside
bags
of
garbage.
7.
Pool
is
not
heated.
I
was
never
tempted
to
take
advantage
of
the
pool
because
it
was
too
chilly.
They
kept
it
very
clean
though!
But
even
with
some
of
these
"inconveniences",
this
place
offers
a
truly
unique
experience.
1.
Close
to
many,
many
restaurants
that
offer
a
variety
of
dining
experiences.
I
wouldn't
even
bother
with
the
boardwalk
restaurants.
There
are
so
many
great
spots
within
town.
2.
Really
interesting
layout
inside!
The
building
is
open
so
you
get
lots
of
fresh
air
and
exposure
to
beautiful
greenery.
Apparently,
the
hotel
was
someone's
home
at
one
point.
3.
Fun
decor!
I
love
the
themes
with
each
room
and
how
much
bright
color
is
incorporated
into
all
the
spaces.
Walking
in
and
out
of
the
room
everyday
was
quite
the
experience.
4.
Awesome
views!
Whether
you're
having
breakfast
or
at
the
top
by
the
pool,
there
is
so
much
to
admire
when
you
look
out.
5.
Lots
of
shared
spaces!
If
you're
trying
to
save
money
on
food
and
drinks,
this
hotel
will
help.
You
have
access
to
a
full
kitchen.
6.
Continental
breakfast
every
morning
starting
at
8am!
We
took
advantage
of
this
most
mornings,
sipping
on
coffee,
eating
toast
and
fruit.
Personally,
I
found
it
to
just
be
a
really
relaxing
start
to
the
day.
The
view
was
the
best!
7.
Superb
hospitality!
It
never
felt
over
the
top
excessive
(like
some
hotels).
It
felt
genuine
and
warm.
8.
Lots
of
access
to
filtered
water!
It
feels
weird
to
list
that
item.
But
it's
also
important
to
consider
that
you're
not
buying
bottled
water
everyday
and
you
can
access
it
on
every
level
in
all
common
spaces.
The
only
recommendations
I
would
make
for
a
better
experience
are:
1.
Better
bedding:
you
start
with
two
sheets
and
they
have
a
thicker
blanket
in
the
closet.
But
really,
it's
not
all
that
comfortable.
A
fluffier,
light
comforter
would
have
been
nice.
They
did
incorporate
the
thick
blanket
when
they
made
the
bed.
But
the
bedding
is
so
low
on
the
bed,
that
it
would
start
just
below
your
chest
or
you
have
to
sleep
halfway
down
the
bed.
It
was
awkward.
2.
Add
signs:
this
place
feels
like
a
maze
and
I
have
the
worst
sense
of
direction.
I
just
learned
by
trial
and
error
over
one
week.
Signs
would
have
made
me
feel
more
comfortable.
