Great price for the room I paid. I booked with this hotel directly with them over the phone and received exceptional service. Kitchenette was outstanding & the hotel is steps away from a grocery store with all your cooking needs. Only thing I would change is for the hotel to add washing facilities. Overall, a great experience.

OUR ROOM SMELLED TERRIBLY OF RAW SEWAGE. Room was fine at check in, staff was friendly, and room seemed comfortable at first. Went to the Malecon and when we returned at 8pm our entire suite was filled with the overwhelming odor of urine and feces through morning at checkout. Thank god we only had 1 night booked. The front desk suggested we put a damp towel over the drains, and that it was “just that room sometimes.” We were in Room 302.

Hotel Suites Nadia was a good stopover for us before we moved onto our resort. The location is perfect. The hotel is quiet, the rooms are clean, our bed was comfortable. Definitely an older hotel, but the staff kept everything clean and I would give them a 5-Star. Our son left his headphones in the room and they returned them to us. They held our luggage, and breakfast on the top floor with the view was fabulous. We bought the Mexican eggs and they were great.

It's a bit of a funky hotel, we ended up there through Airbnb which cost twice the amount that you could find a room in booking.com. Their response indicates I wasn't there, that's because I went through Airbnb. The view from the top was nice but the hot tub was cold and the pool was dirty. It's a tired building that I guess back in the day had a hotel of excellence award through travelocity. The photo is the view from the pool. They also have to put a band around your wrist to indicate you are staying there is it a bit much.

Very friendly staff, nice big clean room, great property with a beautiful roof, and the location is great near town but not noisy at all. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Very clean. Very kind staff. Beach is right there. Right beside Mangos beach bar. Small roof top pool and jacuzzi. People here remember your name. They keep an eye out. It is a wonderful place to stay. Very close to Malecon. (Sp?). Feels like home. Highly recommend!!!

The excellence of your staff is superior. All your staff helped make our anniversary special. Room was exceedingly clean. Special thanks to the gentleman who made sure we got the room we wanted, and to Ejay for celebrating the day with us. Looking forward to our next visit.

It’s not fancy but it’s not BAD! It’s just right, if you plan on being out all day. Has own kitchen and all so you feel more at home. LOVE IT. I recommend this place if your on a small budget. (:

We had a terrible experience here! Asked a month in advance for 403, got 303. Told we could check in at 1pm, couldn't check in until 2pm because there were maintenance issues. That should have been an indicator right there that something was going to go wrong...yup, at 2 am, the AC started making this horrible noise and then crapped out on us. Then it proceeded to leak on us and the bed. My husband who is 6'2 had to curl up on the trundle, which was tiny! The room is the size of a shoebox and management is terrible. Ok, so things break, I get it... but they didn't even have sheets, pillowcases or enough towels for the 3 of us! I emailed Francisco before we went to dinner for these things, hoping they would be put in our room while we were gone. Nope, no such luck! By the time we got back from dinner, I was too tired to go down and ask. What kind of hotel doesn't have a pillowcase or sheet for the extra bed?? Horrible service from our check in with the rude lady, can't remember her name, to our check out. I wish we could have enjoyed our last night in Mexico. We stayed here to be closer to the airport the next day and to hopefully get some rest. Well, with a 2 am wake up with leaking air conditioning, we got nothing of the sort. We did manage to get back about $30 of our $190 rate...the room should have been comped in my opinion, but this is Mexico, don't expect great customer service!

The hotel was nice the room was smaller than I expected but not uncomfortable they have a pool on the roof which was cool because we would sit up there at night to relax and listen to the waves crash against the shore the good thing was we were the only ones up there most nights the

View of the ocean and wonderful sounds. 3rd floor looks over Grass Hut restaurant roof. Still a very good view. The hotel is four stories with a rooftop tub and breakfast bar. Staff are extremely Pleasant and helpful.

I did not stay here but had breakfast at the kitchen on the top floor. The food was delicious and the staff were great! There is a beautiful roof top pool and hot tub overlooking the ocean as well as a good view of the town.
