Highly Recommended. It's not by the beach but has one if the most beautiful view from any room, service was Great and Very Friendly

This place must have been very nice when it first opened. It's slowing signs of wear, but it was still a lovely place for us to stay for two nights, while waiting for pre-flight PCR test results. It's at the top of the Conchas Chinas hill. We walked to the Romantic Zone centre one day and even walked back another day. It's a 3km walk up a relatively steep hill in the heat and humidity, but we like hiking and it was worth it. The pool and hot tub on the roof are nice to hangout in. The room we had was very spacious, had good WiFi and air-conditioning. The staff were super friendly. Two of them gave us rides downtown when we asked them to call us a taxi.

Loved it here! Incredible view and comfortable room. Javier treated us really well. We really enjoyed the pool and also the fact that we felt safe during the pandemic.

I guess a lot depends on how much you value "the view". EXCELLENT view! The road up is awful. Always a $100 peso taxi ride on a washboard 1/2 mile of steep hill. The steps in the pool are dangerously slippery. Needs sand tape or something. Friend got a nasty scrap getting in the hot tub. Room had bare amenities. If any food was left out, ants move in quickly. Staff was extremely helpful.

This hotel is AMAZING!! Their pool is nice and clean with an extraordinary view to the ocean! I just have to say the views are spectacular also from the room's balcony! Huge panoramic windows, so you literally wake up yo an amazing view during your stay! Very clean rooms with fridge, coffe maker, and even a toaster. Beds are comfortable, AC in every room. The only thing that made us leave off to another hotel was the distance to the beach and malecon. Otherwise, we would've gladly stayed here at this hotel during our entire stay in Puerto Vallarta. 🙏 if you are looking to spend a quit, relaxing vacation, this is your hotel!

It's a nice building in the staff are excellent and very accommodating. However, the garden review room that I stayed in was a bit dated in the mattress. Absolutely needs to be replaced. Good value for the money. Nice and quiet place up in the hills with taxis and Uber readily available. The restaurant next door at hotel Mirador was outstanding. I would not stay in this exact room again. However, if they had an ocean view room I would consider staying again

Beautiful place, loved the pool . I got alot of sun up there. Watched whales form our balcony. And the employees were very helpful and kind . Loved it definitely will return

It was ok. It had no hair dryer or iron, balcony could be more private. Inside needs more updating. However the view is beautiful

Loved it. Great place to relax and enjoy. Everyone here goes out of their way to make you feel like family. Oh! And the sceneryis beautiful. Looking forward to coming back!!!

Great view! Rooms are clean, spacious, and kept cool. Staff is nice & welcoming. Wish there was a community area inside or covered area outside to sit, when it's raining.

This hotel is located about 15 to 20 minutes south of Puerto Vallarta in what I think is the conchas chinas area. It's a smaller hotel and I wouldn't really call it a resort. But I found the rooms to be very nice. Mine included a deck, a kitchenette and a surprisingly nice shower. There was a nice pool and (working) hot tub on the top floor overlooking the beach and the Grandview hotel next door. The views for my room were amazing. The staff was friendly, especially the manager, Sergio, who is extremely nice and helpful and brought me a coffee when I said I had forgotten to get coffee for the coffee maker in the room. It's a little isolated and there's not a lot to do in the area so you have to be prepared to walk or drive. (It's located on a hill which is pretty steep, so if you're going to walk anywhere, you have to be prepared to walk up and down some pretty strenuous cobblestone roads). You can go to the Grandview next door and get a drink and eat (note: it's an all-inclusive resort) and you can walk down to the Patio Azul hotelita and get something to eat and drink there. There are also options to get delivery to the hotel. And it's not really that far to beaches and zona romantica. (Note: a lot of the resorts in the area are gated and you have to be staying there to get in). But if I were staying there I would probably rent a car and depending on what I wanted to do and how long I wanted to stay. I would definitely stay there again if I were staying in that area.

Location is beautiful but getting an Uber is frustrating.
