We were in Olas Atlas on November 4 - 12 2023. Staff was very helpful. They sent direct instructions for check in (hotel has no reception). We arrived earlier, but it was not problem at all. Location is very good, close to the beach and restorans. One wish we had: better light in bathroom. Everything else was very good.

Great little place near the beach and in Zona Romantica. Good size rooms, beds, nice to have a small kitchen, great place for the money. Downside is no pool and near two late night loud clubs but depending on where your bedroom is the music may not affect you. Great overall stay. Second time here and loved it.

The rudest woman at the front desk that I have ever encountered. I would not recommend this hotel or stay there again, she was that rude! Also location far from the safe swimming Principal Beach. Hector who does maintenance at the hotel and translates for English speaking guests is amazing. Hector should be at the front desk and the other woman fired.

My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon and had an excellent experience. The service was great as the owner was very understanding when we were having issues with our card failing because of an international travel hold from our bank. The cleaning service dropped off new towels and sheets when we were out. The room had a kitchen with pots, pans, utensils, plates, cups, fridge, and coffee machine. The bathroom was clean and had a large walk-in shower. The balcony had a nice view and there are many delicious restaurants nearby. There is a door with a code to the street that you are given a code to when you book. After you arrive and enter, you call the owner, and she will give you your room key and show you your room.

I'm extremely disappointed with my stay at this place. The pool, a key feature advertised, was completely unusable - imagine my surprise finding it without a drop of water! The air conditioning was non-functional, adding to the discomfort. To make matters worse, there was a power outage, and the bottom lock on the front door was broken, compromising my security. The lack of privacy in the bedroom was startling. The window, overlooking the so-called "pool," had curtains so thin they might as well have been transparent. This complete disregard for guest privacy is unacceptable. Furthermore, basic amenities like towels, shampoo, and soap were absent. This lack of essential items is not only inconvenient but also shows a total lack of consideration for guests' needs. I had no choice but to leave and find another hotel. Yet, my ordeal didn't end there. For the past nine days, Booking has been trying to contact them for a refund, but to no avail. Their unresponsiveness and lack of accountability are utterly frustrating and unprofessional. This experience was a complete letdown, and I strongly advise against booking here. The management's negligence and the property's poor conditions are red flags for any potential guests. Stay away from this place to avoid a similar, aggravating experience.

My husband and I stayed at the Olas Altas suites from Feb 15-23 2023. What a gem of a property! Staff was very quick to respond to queries (there is no front desk). The room was clean, and although there are noisy clubs across the street, once the bedroom door was closed, we were not bothered at all. The location is AMAZING. So close to restaurants, the beach, bars, and nightlife. We had a wonderful time and we are already planning a return visit in the fall.

The price was good and so was the location. It is on a busy street but the bedroom is at back and street noise was not a problem. The bed was comfortable but other Mexican furniture was uncomfortable but that is common. TV was up to date with hi def cable box. WiFi reasonable. This suite is fine for stays of up to two weeks

The room was in a poor and dirty condition. The pictures are totally different from what actually is. The bed was super uncomfortable. Room was not clean at all. Pillows had bad smells. It didn't have any amenity such as hair dryer, or soup for washing your hands.

Olas Atlas was nice.. it had a small living area & kitchenette, a large bedroom w a TV. It also had a shared balcony w the suite next door. Awesome location. Walking distance to a lot of great restaurants & beach area. No elevator which was a problem w luggage.

i didn’t feel safe. it was dirty and very smelly. this place did not meet up to my expectations besides it was near the beach and restaurants. they are not good with communicating. there’s no stairs no carry up your luggage. There is wifi but i barely had connection to even make a call.

In the heart of it! Steps from the beach, bars, and restaurants. Amazing staff and comfortable beds. Loved sitting out on the veranda over the busy street with a short walk to the beach.
